As fun as the theory is that the Saja boys were former idols before Jinu scooped em up, my personal head canon is that most of them are older than him. As we can see with Mystery's tusks, they might've had more freaky demonic features before they went through their lil magic makeover. Maybe those features are time related?? (In my mind, from oldest to youngest: Mystery, Baby, Romance, Jinu, Abby)

And I think it'd be interesting if they had shames that were related to their names. Like--

Abby: Vanity (not once did he demonstrate above-average strength, I'm sorry 😭), obsessed with his appearance to the point of abandoning relationships, could also move into arrogance territory

Romance: Lust, messing with married folks, rampant womanizer, cheating on his own spouse, the possibilities are endless

Baby: Immaturity, refusing to help family or friends, incapable of taking responsibility for his actions, never acknowledges anyone else's hard work, just an ungrateful layabout

Mystery: Secrecy, pathological liar, isolationist tendencies, never telling anyone the truth about himself for fear of abandonment or cruelty

The longer they stay with Gwi-ma the less they remember of their original identities, becoming increasingly reliant on their shame as their identifier??? Considering Jinu and Abby are the only ones with actual names, I think it could work?? Maybe?? Idk I'm workshopping it 😂

Every time I draw something a little show-host in my brain walks up to a giant Spin-The-Wheel like

"WILL ALEX INCLUDE PUPILS IN THE EYES TODAY, OR WILL SHE JUST DRAW THE IRIS????"

and then he spins the wheel and I completely forget that my art is supposed to have SOME level of consistency until I post the damn thing

Archangel Jophiel rising to Heaven after bringing Manoah and his wife news of Samson's birth (Judges 13:19-20)

(The Bible said the angel speaking to Manoah was a guy, but guess what: This Is My Story and I Can Do What I Want. Her nickname'll be Joey tho, I think it's cute)

Archangel Jophiel is the angel of beauty and the arts, and for reasons unknown to even myself I decided to associate her with Samson. Yknow, buff guy, judge of Israel, not exactly a paragon of virtue and creativity. It's ironic and we're keeping it. Gave her LONG box-braids so she and Samson would have some similar traits, but other than that they're on entirely opposite ends of the spectrum. Girlie put far too much hope in a very foolish man. She doesn't have much of a backstory rn, but she's pretty and her vibes intrigue me, so l'll probably develop her more this year
