there's this word in Serbian 'vukojebina' which literally means 'the place where wolves go to fuck' but they use it to mean 'in the middle of nowhere'. it sure does the job well, but the visual stayed with me longer than I would have liked it to.

At the risk of sounding like a pervert I am obsessed with this love scene between Mark and SPOILER! Helly (who is actually Helena).

It's so beautifully filmed! The lighting and blocking, the score, the angles and the editing. Make no mistake - it's a LOVE scene. They were very clearly making sweet sweet love. It's moving and it's emotional and it's hot and it has this tinge of disquiet running through it. It's perfect!

The HANDS. Oh my gosh their hands are everywhere. I love that detail. They are constantly caressing each other's face and each other's hands. It definitely adds to that evocative quality of the scene. I can't stop thinking about it!

Like everyone else who is actually living in reality while watching this show who knows these two are the central couple to the plot, I can't wait to see what they do with the Helena/Mark dynamic. Because after this? Impossible that she doesn't fall for him.
