Jackie’s hair style changing all the time is kinda heartbreaking because it could be a sign Shauna is starting to forget her.

Sure, it could just be Shauna imagining what Jackie could be like had they grown up together while in college. Maybe it’s just Jackie experimenting on her style and trying things out in Shauna’s head.

However, it’s just as likely for this to be Shauna actually forgetting what Jackie really looks like. That’s why the Jackie in her head is so different from the Jackie who loved her to the point where she died at peace because she heard Shauna love and appreciate her—Shauna’s no longer seeing Jackie as she truly was.
