I was doing it wrong all the time. I tried to think in the way I never did. To deal with my negative thoughts, I needed to use my usual way - the way of the heart, not mind. I thought I lacked in critical thinking. It’s just that I have a different way of making decisions.

I am doing the VIA Strengths test and these are my insights.
It’s okay I lack objectivity. I make up for it in creativity. But without critical thinking I have difficulty dealing with my negative thoughts. I just believe them even when I see facts. I just need to see the truth that negative thinking won’t protect me from downs of life. It just means I won’t enjoy the ups. Thinking positively isn’t like celebrating too early. I won’t suffer more if something bad happens. I enjoyed the good moment when it happened.
Negative thinking just plainly and simply makes my life worse. Good things are just as true as negative ones. And focusing on negative thoughts won’t protect me from bad things happening. I think that if I feel happy, I will suffer more when it’s gone.

5 Practical Ways To Create The Life Of Your Dreams
1. Visualisation - all is mind. The hermetic principle of mentalism states that everything that exists outside of the mind also exists within it. Therefore we must create a clear mental picture of what our dream lifestyle looks, sounds, feels, tastes and smells like if it is to become reality.
2. Work - actions create results. Once we know what we’re working for we must take action every single day to ensure that we’re walking the path to success. Dreams only work if we do.
3. Affirmations - speaking our reality into existence. Reinforcing positive beliefs such as “I am attracting love & positivity” aligns our vibration with that which we are seeking and brings it to us. Every great thing that has ever been accomplished began with the belief that it could be done.

4. Mindfulness - being in the now. The positive changes we want to create can only be made at one point in time - the present moment. This requires us to detach from thought regularly and experience the bliss that comes with present moment awareness. Creating our reality with inner peace rather than from a place of scarcity & fear is how we enjoy the process of growth.
5. Authenticity - living in our truth. We have control over what we choose to do, think & believe and nothing else. Surrounding ourselves with the people, places & things we want to have in our future and releasing everything else that no longer serves us accelerates the process of manifestation because we aren’t being blocked by inner conflict.
All we can do is live our truth & the rest takes care of itself.

We always want change, we always want to be better. if we get something we wanted we start to want more.
It’s never enough for us.
but if we feel like its never enough how can we be enough for ourselves? how can we be completely happy with ourselves if we always try to be better, prettier, stronger?
Why can’t we be happy with the things we have and the things we already are?
we have already grown so much and experienced so many things which made us the way we are here in this exact moment 👣🍃
so why should we feel like we have to be a certain way and change
instead of just be.✨💛

Yesterday I lived through a pretty depressing day haha. I had doubts about my bf again. I thought hanging out with him started to become boring cuz I stopped growing that much. But I’m over it now xD. I love him even more than before and hanging out today was so much fun.
It’s difficult to work after hanging out though and in the mornings. But I need to do find time when I will do it. I almost skipped yoga and meditation today again. It was difficult to make myself go. 
I was feeling sad in the morning and then when I met with Jamie, I was feeling so happy. It changed after the circle of doubts.
