“Love…” Arnold let the word trail, his cheeks flushing pink. He shifted, rubbing the side of his neck, a little smile lifting onto his face. He was thinking of so many people: his mom & dad, grandpa and grandma, H-Helga, and Gerald,

“Love is caring about someone, very deeply. It’s wanting to be loyal, but, smart too. I think love is, good, it has to be. It isn’t easy, or always fun, but, it’s steady.” his heart was thudding in his chest, he wondered if it was ever possible to feel this nice before. Arnold had always been happy, but this last few months, he’d found a happiness even he hadn’t thought possible.
