Long time no post!

I know it's been months since I last posted, I've been pretty preoccupied with some medical stuff lately (I'm okay, but it's been a lot to handle) so finishing builds has been difficult. I took advantage of the sale going on right now and finished off my collection of game packs and expansion packs, so I've got some ideas for new builds.

Poodle Shell Challenge - 1 bed, 1.5 bath

Sliceofnicolepie on the gallery made this cool poodle-shaped shell! I was inspired by the curved walls to go kinda mid-mod so I used a lot of the eco lifestyle and dream home decorator stuff! Not the most limited pack build but also not as shamelessly pack-filled this time, lol.

Georgian Artist Residence - 3 bed, 4 bath

This 3 bed/4 bath English cottage is the perfect place for your artistic sims to work on creative skills such as painting, writing, photography, and gardening. The entire build uses items only from the base game, Cottage Living, and Romantic Garden. Feel free to re-arrange and redecorate as desired if you download, and if you have the For Rent pack you can set the bedrooms into apartments and the studios/living areas as common areas too!

I used debug/live edit and the move objects cheat for landscaping and decor placement!

Tiny Shotgun - Tier 3 Tiny Home (2 bed, 1.5 bath)

This tiny house is a shotgun-style Tier 3 Tiny Home (small home) at 94/100 tiles. It features 2 bedrooms with single beds and desks, a full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs splitting the kitchen from the living room for a feeling of privacy. The backyard is small, but cute, with a small pond and enough space for outdoor activities like laundry and gardening. It's on the Comfy Cubby lot in Newcrest, but decorated to have more Charleston SC or NOLA vibes.

This build is minimal in clutter and easily reworkable to feature one full bedroom with a double bed instead of two bedrooms with singles! :) Feel free to edit as needed for gameplay purposes.

Stacked Boxes - 2 Story Tier 1 Micro Home

Built on the Oak Alcove lot in Newcrest, this micro home is two tiles smaller than my first one while also including a second story and a full bathroom that doesn't share its sink with the kitchen lol. Obviously very minimalist again, with tons of open space in the backyard for landscaping and activities. Feel free to download and edit as much as you'd like for your own gameplay needs!! :)

Home in a Box - Tier 1 Micro Home

This tier 1 tiny house on the Comfy Cubby lot in Newcrest was my first ever tiny home build, with pretty limited packs and a lot of outdoor space for activities. Obviously minimalist, so feel free to download and edit as you'd like. I wanted to challenge myself to keep the entire home in a 30 tile square, but if you'd like to bump out the bathroom an extra 2 tiles for a little extra space to add a dedicated bathroom sink feel free to do so lol.

Baltic Resort Style - 2 bed, 1.5 bath

This Selvadorada vacation rental was inspired by the Baederarchitektur (resort architecture) style common on the German Baltic coast, which combines art nouveau elements with light colors and simple, vertical lines. It features 2 bed rooms that share a bathroom, a half bath on the ground floor, a sun room and two balconies (one of which is a private balcony off the primary bedroom).

Clutter is minimal so you can redecorate, rearrange, or edit the lot as needed for your gameplay!! :) It also uses an embarrassing number of packs so please don't be afraid to rework it to suit your game.
