hi everyone! as of today we will be kicking off our buzz week. this means only one more week before heaven in hiding officially opens 🌟 we’re so excited to meet more of our future members and we will be kicking our buzz off with a character introduction challenge! in our discord you will be able to introduce your characters in the #character-introduction channel. this is a nice way to get a glimpse of all our wonderful characters to come and get those plot ideas flowing. with this challenge you can reserve 1-2 more faces, depending on your current face reserves and how many of your charries you’re introducing. we hope to see you soon in our discord and in just another week on heaven in hiding!

the magickal touch

― 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚟𝚎𝚗 𝚒𝚗 𝚑𝚒𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 ☾

while we will mostly focus on the beautiful city of nola, we will also be working with a little magical touch. think about the stuff you may see in real life (especially in nola); witches, voodoo priests & priestess, healers, psychics, mediums, or just general witchery & divination for ‘a hobby’. besides that, we want to give a twist to the regular supernatural stuff. we’ll be making the usual supernatural species/creatures into modern-day, semi-realistic versions of themselves say you’re inspired by vampires for your character, on heaven in hiding your character would have this natural allure about them, and a knack for making people do whatever they want, they’re true night owls and a huge flirt - maybe they even paid a witch for a potion that makes them live longer. love werewolves? your character has a natural pull to wildlife, nature, and any and all pets/animals, it’s almost like they can talk to them! a true fairy, really? basically she’s a hippy that loves to hang around in nature, maybe even an environmental activist! and those gorgeous mermaids? we’ve already got a singer in the works that has such a magnetic voice, it seems to hypnotize people.  now you’ve got a feel for what this magickal touch on heaven in hiding will look like, we’re looking for more suggestions as to which modernized, made into a realistic version of the original creature, you would like to see on the site! once our site buzz opens, we will be allowing two face reserves for free to anyone. give us some (or even one) suggestions and we’ll be adding one extra face reserve for you! you can send us in your suggestions via an ask (make sure to add your name to it or not post anon so we can give you the extra face reserve later!) or send me a message on discord (khali#6506)
