I don't workout at a gym because I don't have one close to me.
Pamela Reif : good workouts, especially targeted areas, her back and glutes workout are giving amazing results.
Move with Nicole : best pilates classes. No useless talking, good explanations and diverse workouts.
Caroline Girvan : you want to have a good sweat? She's the one for you. She has a ton of free and complete workouts plans. Her workouts are giving really good results but also strength.
Ballet Misfit : she's giving us free ballet workouts! There are different levels, videos with all the explanations and videos with the combinations only.
I workout 3 times a week and do one ballet class.

you can't keep waiting for the "motivation to hit you", you cant keep saving and liking post after post without actually APPLYING. there's no better time than NOW because you only experience the NOW.
it doesn't matter who you were a year ago or who you were yesterday. it doesn't even matter who you were a couple of minutes ago. it doesn't matter if you've been having a horrible day and letting your emotions out and overthinking about doubt after doubt. all that matters is who you are now. who are you choosing to be right now? don't bottle anything up, cry and scream when you need to. but always remember to pick yourself up afterwards. remember that you are in control. detach from the outer world, go within and give yourself relief. your desires are promised. your fulfillment is promised. but nobody is ever gonna be able to do it for you but YOURSELF.
it's okay to not be in your desired state 24/7 and it's important to recognize and remember that fact. you will ALWAYS have your desires, no matter what. i promise your imagination isn't going anywhere lovelies

favourite charts lately?
I’ve been curling my hair lately and this curl chart with examples of what width of hair curlers should be used for specific curls has been saving my life. I’m a 1.25 inch girl for life but I often use 1 inch and 1.50 inch hair curling irons just for more volume. I keep this chart just so that I can show my friends examples of curls before I do their hair and because it’s a great reference guide for me and I’m able to communicate looks even faster.
Colour corrector is an essential in my makeup kit but one shade absolutely does not fit all skin tones and so I always have this chart ready to go on my phone. Using colour corrector is going to help your base look perfect, it’s going to brighten up your skin and help hide any of the imperfections you may have, it’s great for hiding any bumps or bruises, and I can’t be without my shade.
I do a lot of eyebrow threading and makeup on my friends and this chart has been one of the most helpful charts for me. I’m not good with face shapes and brow threading and having a chart in front of me to help me decide how l should thread their brows and how dark I should tint them has been a godsend for me and my friends. It’s helped me choose shapes, fix shapes, and then help them look good after I’m finished threading.

Five Tips for a winning week....
1 ) Write those fucking goals. Take out a piece of paper or the notes in your phone and write your top 3 dreams. Then break down 3 daily actions for each goal that you can start working on every day. Feel like too much work? This will go to show how dedicated you are to changing your life and moving out of this stagnant cabbage state you’ve been stuck in. Laser focus on the daily goals and taking actions on these, this is how you move forward. It’s all in your daily actions.
2 ) Take action even if the voice in your head says no, says tomorrow. Make sure you do it anyway. This is your fucking life, make the effort for yourself. Push through that voice, and notice how fucking good it feels to move forward and take action.
3 ) Start thinking like the woman of your dreams. Move like the woman of your dreams, speak like her. Have this in the back of your mind throughout the day, drop your shoulders and push your chest forward, think of the posture of the woman you desire, the way she talks to herself when she looks in the mirror, how she communicates with the world. Hold the vision of becoming ‘HER’ so high in your mind, you naturally embody who you desire to be moment by moment.
4 ) Move your body. Find some music and move them hips, the energy needs to flow through your body, you need that movement to feel alive. Dance like no one is watching - do this as often as you can.
5 ) Focus on you. Every time you get distracted by some guy not messaging you back, upsetting you, bitching about what your friend said or didn’t say, beefing with your family. Allow. Allow. Allow. Focus on you, see the focus on other people as a sign to turn your focus inwards. This takes time, but eventually you’ll connect the dots and see every time a guy is ignoring you, it’s a sign that you’ve been ignoring yourself and putting too much energy on him. And not enough energy on you. Remember the external is a mirror of your internal world. R-connect with your heart with journaling, meditation, therapy, creativity, spending time in nature. It sounds so basic, but the closer you are to your heart, and loving yourself the less time and energy you'll have for focusing on judging others actions.

guide to get organized and create habits in your life
maybe you think that with your current pace of life, all those things you have to do in the day, it is impossible to create a healthier lifestyle, that's only for people who have money or a lot of free time and it is not so, the key is in the organization and planning of your days, but more importantly: that you really want to level up.
steps to start.
eliminate your beliefs, "it's not possible", "it's not a realistic lifestyle", "it's not possible", or "it's not a realistic lifestyle". if you really want to improve there are no excuses, the only limits are created by you.
what are your goals? what do you want to achieve with all this? the most important thing is to have a healthy lifestyle, but besides that, it may bring you closer to future goals or become your best version to achieve what you want, whatever it is, with bad habits you can not succeed.
plan your days and get organized, you don't need much for this, you can get a weekly planner or write the night before in a to-do list what you have to do the next day, create a routine from that, incorporate into your days those new habits, you always have 30 minutes or 1 hour for exercise, for example, everything is a matter of organizing yourself, but remove the thought of "i don't have time".
create your own lifestyle, you can be inspired by what you see in social media but may not fit you or what you want to achieve, it is easier than it seems, you just have to be clear about what you would like and from there start with new habits or activities, just think: what would make the best version of myself?
start now, do not wait for tomorrow, start organizing how your day will be tomorrow, what things would you like to try, start with 5 minutes of yoga? read that book that you have postponed for a long time? do it and little by little create a routine. for example, you can start by going for a walk for 30 minutes 3 days a week, reading a book at least 15 minutes before bedtime, changing the convenience food for a healthier option and so with everything.
and enjoy the process, not the result, the important thing is to be happy with our life and lead a healthy pace, not the result we want to get, that will come but meanwhile, it is important to enjoy the small improvements that we are incorporating in our day to day.

drink plenty of water during the day
create good sleep schedules (you don't have to get up early, but get enough sleep to have energy the next day)
replace junk food for healthier options.
do any kind of exercise every day.
read things that nourish your mind.
limited time on social media, only consume that which is positive.
stop talking bad about others and yourself.
be aware of your health and self-worth.
meditate before waking up and before sleeping.
write a diary or keep a record of your days, so you can also motivate yourself and see your progress.
whatever makes you happy and is beneficial to you.
having a healthy lifestyle always has to be beneficial for you, you don't have to follow to the letter other people's routines or my recommendations, you don't have to force yourself to do things you don't like, just find what you enjoy and it will benefit you in the future, but always focus on you and what is best for you 🤍
