This is what happens everyday when I get out the shower and my hair is starting to dry. This is about half of the amount that comes out when I shower. Several times a day every time I touch my hair 10 or so strands come out. It’s been really bad over the past two to three weeks and seems to be getting worse ): I’ve always had a pixie cut my whole adult life and finally have it long (past my shoulders and almost mid back! I weighed in at 324.7 last week and today I was pleased to find 318.9 when I stepped on the scale 🙂 All I’ve done this week is eat healthier foods and drink plenty of water. Instead of ordering lunch from Postmates once or twice like I normally do I’ve been having salads and a delicious cabbage, mushroom, zucchini goulash I made (not sure what to call it). I didn’t really eat healthy over the weekend but I did make healthier choices at the places we went.
