I'm so sorry but however hard I tried to share my idea on social media, I couldn't reach enough people to send it to the cast. I'm deeply sorry, especially for those very few of you who have already sent a letter. In a few days, I'll close the blog.

ive seen other people talk about this but what the actual fuck is heartstopper doing to us??? i finished it for like the 3rd time since s3 came out recently and cannot shake that weird empty feeling that can only be cured by watching heartstopper again im calling this heartstopper syndrome

I can't express how important this "little show" is. At least not alone (check the project on my page please) 🥺

the way heartstopper talks about mental health is so so important to me. "love can't cure mental illness". charlie having to write down how he's feeling so he can talk about it. the pain of struggling & also the pain of loving someone who's struggling. having to wait so long to get in to see a doctor. the anger & shutting down.

i have so much love for the kindness & directness with which this show showcases mental health.

The episode was about BILLY. It was needed backstory and if you can't handle episodes that don't involve your Lesbian Supercouple in a show that involves them the tiniest bit in their past, you either need to call your therapist or find one because you need to get that straightened out. No pun intended.

...and that's why I started this project. Because this show needs all the love we can give!

Heartstopper is such an important show. But season 3… oh my god. Season three hurt my. Healed me. Hugged me… Nick Nelson is absolutely the best boyfriend. Any other male would never be able to even reach the pedestal I have that boy on. Tori is the best older sister. I will take no arguments. Nick Swearing - that’s all that heads to be said about that, Thank you.

This season, as the others, touches on mental health, physical health, eating disorders, anxieties, unhealthy coping, mentions of self harm and hints at teen sex.

This show is is important and needs to be more widely known that it’s not just gay characters, but there’s characters who are trans. Bi, Lesbian, ace/aro, and non-binary characters too. This show needs more love.
