Usagi’s redesign is inspired by one of my daughter’s Barbie Fashionista dolls (Number 180).

I bought her because she reminded me of Sailor Moon with her adorable hairstyle. Then as I was putting her in the toy box one day I thought, why not make her Usagi for my next scene? 🐰 ❄️ 💕

Hi there! I'm amazed another Sailor Moon reanimated project has been in the works! Is this available to watch anywhere yet? I look forward to watching this and hopefully the other two movies!

Hi! Currently we are working very hard to get more animators and illustrators signed up to the project! The movie is currently only about 1/8th done after a few years, we're trying to spread the word but traction is restarting. If this project is successful, we'll gauge interest about which movie would be next! We'd love to do all three original movies but we don't want to put our hands in too many places at once!

They kept me sane because animation is tedious, but hopefully worth it!

Not to be angry but why dick dub?

Inappropriate spelling aside, which I hope doesn't get the answer flagged Many English speakers were introduced to Sailor Moon (and anime, in some cases) as a whole through the DiC dub. For the creator specifically, the DiC version holds a special place in their heart for being the favorite of the 3 movies and the one they grew up watching the most. It was easiest to start with that one since it's in English but is also a version people are more familiar with compared to the ViZ version.

If the project succeeds, then the other two movies will likely be done in Viz English and original Japanese, but we have to get through this project first!
