Saltwort: Add a tablespoon of saltwort papers to the cup of boiling water, then put the mixture on fire and boil for 15 minutes, and take this drink every evening before you go to sleep. 
Cucumber, and mint: Put in Food Ingredients amount of fresh mint leaves, the fruit of choice, and half a cup of water, as a whole day can pass a small fraction of the lemon juice, and drink a cup from this combination AM each day on an empty stomach.
The cumin and garlic: put the pot to the fire and then add the 2 glasses of water, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder in addition to nine cloves of garlic peeling, and let the mixture boil for 15 minutes, then lift it on fire and allowed to cool, then put it in the prepared food and and mix it well,drink  a glass of this mixture every morning after waking up from sleep immediately.
Ginger, Mint: cut a fruit of ginger and place in the boiling water, then add to the quantity of fresh mint leaves, mix on the fire and boil for 30 minutes, then lift it on fire, Let it cool and drink one cup    of the mix before each meal. 
Honey and Apple Cider vinegar: Mix a tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a cup of warm water. Drink three times a day before eating the three main meals.
Lemon juice: Mix a glass of lemon juice and two cups of water. Eat this mixture every morning on your stomach to burn a large percentage of fat.
