You will be pleased to know I actually had a somewhat normal dinner for dinner today, as much as I love breakfast and fruit it has been a wee couple of days since I got a vegetable in me so yay for self care :) Rice noodle salad with ginger tamari dressing (1 ½ tbsp tamari, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil)
