On the other side...but why?
I haven't been here for awhile. I look and see that some people really do need some help. I am here to share ideas and solutions, but not seeking help in an unveiled way, Learn and grow, like a seed or sapling. Thinking about it, why should a seed learn? This is a question that may be answered through evolution, but there is also a hypothetical one and it is that it still can grow without justification. It is because that seed only has what it can consume. We have a choice. A sapling has a chance to grow, with various outside influences and with no choice to consume what it would like to in the mirrored canopy of your thought, and ultimately it will sends it's generation into the wind.

If you are overweight, you may be somehow with your appearance and lack confidence in your so-called reflection. This can affect your relationships with people and even your ability to communicate, in some dimensions, if you really think about it. Your self-esteem and confidence may improve if you take conscious steps to lose weight. In addition to a better appearance, losing weight may also help you feel elastic with emotion and of course live longer.
Losing weight is difficult. It's a time-consuming and painstaking process, yet it is also a glorious one. No matter what your goal weight is, setting small, achievable milestones will help keep you on track and motivate you to keep going. Like the time I said I should not eat that one thing until the next day or something or the other… that may be the train of thought any who. But are there any benefits to losing weight? “Of course,” would be the right answer. Here are some of the most obvious and important benefits that come with losing weight in my perspective.

For example, would be one of those times that your attraction to another is on your mind and you just hope that they see you in a better light, despite your dim projections. In addition to a better appearance, losing weight may also help you feel content and obviously live longer. On the latter note, it is all in your mind, because there is always someone for everyone, it just takes time and patience to find them.
Everyone has their own view and opinions. This is my way to let you know that words are just expressions of what someone feels. What I feel is different from many others, as are yours. Besides that, we are each unique and one of a kind. Do not let society or peers determine your development as an emotional being. Think outside of the box, because that is all that really matters in your center.
