We could’ve had that pre-flight pint at the airport together and my heart kind of breaks just a little bit that we didn’t get to do that. But all the best excuses to make up for it during our week here right? Are you telling me that you, Florence Pugh, did not treat yourself to first class? Or are we saying that some parent was out of their damn minds and brought their kid into first class, or that they were running around? Either way.. I adore kids. But not on flights. Oh you bet darling, we’ll make the most of our time in the same place and not having work keeps us busy. I heard something about that, yeah.. You know what I love about festivals? You never know who you're going to find at them. If I'd had know you were going to be here, we could have gotten on the same flight. It would have beaten the screaming child that seemed to have far too much energy for me so early in the morning. It's an injustice we don't get to see ewch other as much as I'd like, so I'm glad that can be fixed while we're here. Did you here Zendaya's going to perform? Cross my heart man, you’re the first. I will tell Jer how much I loved it, but still — you’re first. Your acting does just get better and better man, mean that when I say it. You choose some proper good projects too and you’re really carrying them. Your ego should always stay boosted as long as your feet are on the ground. Ah yeah man don’t get me started. The Fox and the Hound is that for me.. The twist that just twists your heart and soul. Fucking ruined me as a kid and still does.

Yeah I am prepared to agree with you there man. We have this big music awards thing in the UK — and I popped over to the after party.. god knows it was a blast compared to the ceremony. Just sitting around them tables, waiting for all the awards to be handed out? Nah the after party is where the real fun is. That being the drinks. You have your priorities set straight mate, love to see it.

some i wish i was there some... less so? but i'm telling you man, it's all about the after parties - they're way better than the main event. i just kind of treat the award shows as a pregame, open bars after? so much fun.

Do you? I think that would make me thick as bollocks and not sure that's someone you want to be seen with. Of course, if it's beneficial for you, its all the better innit? I don't think I've ever not spoken what's on my mind, even when it's positive or negative. Which blows sometimes, but usually tends to work out for the better. Yeah days without you are quite dusky and dull, much like London weather these days. You do make the days brighter even on the most grey of days.

I think you could benefit from a lack of sense for a change. It suits you. This is news to me. I do like this side of you that can just come out and say what's on your mind. Particularly when what's on your mind is how much you miss me. Don't worry, I'm all yours for a good minute now. To brighten your days up. I know how lacking you are in that department without me.

Honestly mate, fuck anyone who doesn’t think it’s okay. It’s not like you love your kid any less just cause you appreciate one night of not having to change diapers. Glad to hear it man. We all need those nights to just forget about responsibilities for a good few hours. Nah I mean, I enjoy a good night out or out to the pub. But partying isn’t what it used to be, you know? Is that maybe just me getting old. Much rather have a pint and a chat with the lads at our local place, than drunk and sweaty on a dancefloor with a bunch of strangers. They said it didn’t really fit the occasion, and god knows what that meant.. It was an after party after all, not the actual red carpet event. Oh trust me, I don’t give a flying fuck what people think. It’s honestly just quite hilarious and pathetic that others care so much about what you wear, you know?

Thank you for that, it's nice to hear it from another human being that it's okay for a parent to go out. I managed to have a great time being out with friends and meeting new people. Are you not much of a party goer? Sometimes a person just needs to recharge that social battery so it's totally understandable. People love to nit-pick anything and everything. Did they say you weren't fashionable enough with that beanie? I got to the point where I just don't care about what people say. It's so tiresome hearing them complain about the dumbest things.

Ah man, you're only human. I can imagine it's a lot when you have a whole other human you're responsible for. You're more than allowed to enjoy the few hours of not constantly carrying that responsability. Just cause you enjoy a night without them, doesn't mean they're not the most important thing that ever happened to you. Nah you're good man. I'm kind of glad I wasn't attending things this award season. I went to the BRITS after party and that was more than enough for me. After it, people kept banging on why I was wearing a beanie, and I was like, it was cold? Also reminded me how nice it is to not attend all these things and have people constantly criticizing your appearance you know?

I never thought that I'd ever be happy for award nights because those nights now equal a baby free night. Adjusting to parenthood hasn't been the easiest, but it's wild how a tiny human can easily change your lifestyle and how you love a person. Anyway, for non-parents I'm so sorry for all my rambling. We can transition the conversation to partying days and how some of us just can't hang anymore. @hillsfmsstarters

I do love the occasional dressing up and going to events and sure, getting the recognition must be extraordinary. But I gotta say.. I'm king of glad I'm not the one having to do the entire award season and hit up event after event. I remember the one time I attended the Oscars, as wonderful as it was.. man the pressure? Me a year ago would try and smack some goddamn sense into my brain, that’s for damn sure. Also not sure I was much of a fan of myself back then. But you know, I had my reasons.. None which I care for now and quite frankly fuck that. I prefer where my head is at today and I think you know that too. Alright, whatever you say miss. Oh I don’t have to be subtle about it, I’m done with that. I can easily admit to having missed you. And no, I am not drunk. I’ve found that every day life is a tad more fun with you in it. Oh the only one that matters of course.. the british kind. Nah I can appreciate all forms of football. But the british kind is the original after all. Oh I’m right there with you. So see that sort of team spirit, it really is inspiring. I played some footy myself as a kid and there really is no better way to learn to work in groups and make friends. Ah wow? Sea turtle? Like the ones in Finding Nemo? That’s cool. You never know when you’re in unfamiliar places. You watch survivor and those things happen there. But hopefully not.

What kind of football are we talking here? America, English or Australian? It's funny how three different sports have the same name. Yeah, team sports is incredible. I could watch any sports that has a team environment and not get bored just because of the fans and the passion behind it. I did - I saw a sea turtle. Which was the biggest thing I wanted to see. How likely is that, though? Getting bitten by something you shouldn't? I highly doubt that's going to happen.
