todayyy was a success but being honest i could fuck up a chicken sandwich and some fries 😩 i only ate a chicken wrap in group today ! around 1pm and i gave my chips and juice to someone else, so many unnecessary cals when i could just drink water! i did 2 workouts, im weak !

i already had one meal at school and i had to eat another at home, really ruined everything. i’ll just start skipping the meals at school but those wraps always look so good :( and it’s small and healthy. skipping meals at home will just look bad on my end- idk what to do

the weight distribution is weird on me , i don’t look “fat” but im not ideally skinny, i just wanna stoop down to 140 and hopefully i feel comfortable enough with that to maintain <3

haven’t calorie counted in a min but I haven’t ate anything crazy, watching my proportions and things like that lol, but im gonna start counting again to make my diet a little more strict.
meal 1 - small bowl of pinapple = 82 cals
meal 2 - two boiled eggs and broccoli = 69 cals
snack - half slice of plain pizza = 178
less than a cup of cranberry juice and only water .
total = 329 🦋
