Realm of Magic Addon

You've been asking and here it is. This was a massive undertaking, but one I've been wanting to do for awhile. There's a lot to describe, so hopefully the images help. Every item has all of it's available swatches in regards to brick surrounds, door colors, window options, etc. All of the tall items have been sized down for short walls and some 2-tile and 1-tile options have been added as well. There are a ton of files and they're huge. I paired like items together, e.g. glass options, wrought-iron options, etc. We're looking at 500+MB if you were to get everything. Thanks for checking it out and screenshots/downloads after the cut.

There’s lacking fireplaces in Sims 4, isn’t it? I Absolutely love this one. It’s divided in 2 packages and they show up separately in game. When I first made ‘em as one the textures kept being mixed up in game. So, to avoid problems I just decided to keep ‘em sepate.

Toile de Jouy Wallpaper Set - Part 1

I wasn't anticipating a second part but I had an idea for a panelling set with these same wallpapers but needed extra time to work on them, so I decided to separate them in two sets (the second part will probably come out in a week or so).

Bayfront home Childrens room

The Bayfront home series continues with this childroom. It contains of 17 new meshes.

Pastel colored plush, linens and cotton with classic patterns, many art prints in various sizes and colors along with cute detailed accessoires will give your kids room that typical Hamptons look.
