Hi Everyone,

I want to bring one thing to your notice, all over India nowadays it's very famous ( E-Rickshaw) for carrying person, but there are a lot of points I have noticed and want to share with you for your opinion.

90% of drivers not having a driving license

A lot of drivers are alcoholics at day time as well

After one year no one renews the Insurance

They are carrying more than rickshaw capacity

Rude behavior of drivers most of the time

Your suggestion and government attention require on below points

if there is an accident how can people get a claim if the person is not insured? many times very poor people are travelling which are not having insurance.

if they will hit any car or bike, how will get claim from rickshaw insurance company?

बहुत से ड्राइवर दिन के समय भी शराब पीते हैं

एक साल के बाद कोई भी बीमा का नवीनीकरण नहीं कराता

वे रिक्शे में क्षमता से अधिक सवारी ले जा रहे हैं

अधिकांश समय ड्राइवरों का अभद्र व्यवहार

आपके सुझाव और सरकार को निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है

यदि कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो व्यक्ति को बीमा नहीं होने पर दावा कैसे मिल सकता है? कई बार बहुत गरीब लोग यात्रा कर रहे होते हैं जिनके पास बीमा नहीं होता है।

अगर वे किसी कार या बाइक को टक्कर मार देंगे तो रिक्शा बीमा कंपनी से क्लेम कैसे मिलेगा?
