CHANGES THAT IMPROVED MY HEALTH
switch from coffee -> green tea: more alert, no crashes, & doesnt upset stomach
eating at dining table without visual stimulation: no longer an ipad baby HUZZAH!
no more taking phone to bathroom: dont look at me like u dont do it too
3 step oral hygiene routine: tongue cleaning, flossing, & brushing teeth
eating healthy snacks between meals: ie. nuts, yogurt, fruit
simplifying skincare & subtracting beauty rituals because its a waste of time TO ME
reducing my wardrobe to the life i have, not the life i want: care more about functionality than style
gentle exercise & stretches: pain relief from sitting all day
listening to danceable & fun music when doing the mundane because i deserve to enjoy my time: ie. kpop
ASKING FOR HELP: ADMITTING I CANT DO THINGS ON MY OWN IS EASIER THAN SUFFERING ALONE. NOBODY SUCCEEDS BY THEMSELVES, WE ALL NEED GUIDANCE & STEPPING STONES PLACED BY THE PEOPLE BEFORE US
