I think I'm really REALLY unwell.... why did I decide to binge watch Arcane s2? I HAVE NO IDEA

i have absolutely no idea how a.rcane s2 has such high ratings on imdb (famously Bad Site but still), and in general such raving reviews. s1 was amazing (silco is still the best character in the show btw. at least he died before his arc could be rushed off and consequently ruined), but this one? the pacing was horrible, as if they crammed up two entire seasons in 6 eps. the intra characters conflicts (namely jinx+vi and caitvi) were resolved so fast it was actually ridiculous. zaun and piltover Made An Alliance Against The Common Enemy approximately 2 seconds after the latter stopped gassing and tormenting the citizens of the first (it would have been cool to see the looooong ass journey towards peace but. this was no journey at all). the characters' main arcs were dropped in favour of ships/borderline fanservicey ''cuteness'' (ekko/jinx, jinx+isha - that kid should have never existed in the first place, she totally hijacked jinx's arc).

i mean. not to be pretentious but are you kidding me?? this is your 100% rating on rotten tomatoes? it is 6/10 at best, and that's just because the visuals, the animation etc. were amazing as usual.
