Pennsylvania Supreme Court declines to lift Pennsylvania's stay-at-home order Time to file Lawsuits en mass, who's with me? It’s very simple and very clear. Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. For the purpose of Section 242, acts under "color of law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim. The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.... My 2 cents... The President is a separate branch of government called the executive branch. He could end these tyrannical lockdowns tomorrow if he really wanted to by issuing an executive order federalizing the Pennsylvania State National Guard and then force Governor Wolf to reopen at the end of a National Guard rifle. Of course, Trump has not and will not do this because he is more concerned about "optics" and being reelected than doing the right thing. Our Government is supposed to be staffed by us. It's decisions are supposed to be made by us.  It's primary responsibility is to protect us and our property assets at all costs and all comers. That's why governments exist period. And that is the only reason for any government to exist, ever.  But what if your government doesn't protect you? What if, instead, your government preys upon you, threatens you, harasses you, and makes you miserable and fearful? Then something is terribly wrong.  Six generations of Americans have been preyed upon, threatened, and harassed by something posing as "their" government. Wake up folks, what you see..... It isn't our government. It's a substitute and counterfeit government run by two Federal subcontractors. So these people are our employees, indirectly, but they are being told what to do by foreign governments controlled by foreign Principals: the Holy See, the British Monarch, and the Lord Mayor of London.    Those foreign governments are under contract to provide us with certain enumerated "governmental services".  They have been exercising "Delegated Powers" and operating "in our names". They are supposed to operate under the limitations and in accordance with their employment contracts called the Constitutions. They have NOT. Instead, they've been colluding to evade their obligations under the Constitutions.  And they've been misdirecting our Employees to racketeer against us and to misidentify our political status, to impersonate us, and to defraud us. So instead of protecting us, these Hired Helpers have operated in Breach of Trust and harmed us.  They've done exactly the opposite of what your government is supposed to do. But do you notice something?  Do you see what's missing? You are. You are supposed to be self-governing.  You are supposed to be running Your Government. I will concede that the media hyped this virus but it wasn’t a hoax. Lots of people will die. This covid 19 virus is being utilized for a particularly expedient narrative but it isn’t for mass arrests rather it was to cover up the reasoning behind the stock market crash as a scapegoat. I wrote back in October that the President’s FED CHAIRMAN was secretly bailing out the same bank that bailed out Trump 2 decades ago. I even questioned why the media that supposedly hates Trump was covering up the irrefutable fact that the FED was using the REPO MARKET to bail out DEUTSCHE BANK. Finishing up my most recent flip in King of Prussia. We tore out the 70's shag carpet, padding and tack strip, after painting of course. Why would anybody RIP out carpets first when your going to paint???? I never understood the logic. Then we sanded and waxed the oak hardwood floors with some secret sauce. .Big improvement dont you think? Thought I'd share our recent Fox 29newss story with everyone. I used some good old fashioned storytelling about an 85 year old lady who had a movie made in her home and spoon fed it to the press in a way they like to eat it. Turns out I had 117 people show up. Simple disclaimer, I am an experienced real estate author and marketer, this aint my first rodeo.... but some magic happened. This little old lady it turns out had some amazing stories to tell. Like baking cookies for cast and crew. And hanging out with Mark Walhberg, Saoerse Ronin and Peter Jackson... and she told me fun story after fun story..... Now being a storyteller myself, I told a few of those little old lady stories to the press in a way they like to hear it. I crafted the copy for the press release and send out using a press release service. I was taught by a publicist many years ago a top secret press release formula to virtually guarantee press coverage if written correctly. I wrote it correctly and send out twice , one week apart. The rest is being available to the press and helpful. FYI, the press will call you if your press release copy is on point. Turns out the national TV, Newspaper and Radio press from 5 major networks picked up the story and ran it. So the major media campaign really paid huge dividends in terms of reach and brand awareness for our James Harner Group brand and for eXp Realty brand.
