It's honestly extremely hard to get back into fitness especially when you haven't done it in awhile but I'm really thankful I found JC Barre and barre classes! For the past few months I've been dealing with anxiety and bouts of panic attacks. I've found myself having more migraines, back and neck pains and difficulty breathing during the most stressful days. I've been doing better. I've been finding myself more relaxed when I'm with friends or just doing the things I love, which is writing and photography and even binge watching K-dramas and anime.
