Now working until we go to the gym tonight at 7, then home, shower, and bed! 🤞🏻🤍

Hi my friends,
Just going to thought dump here. E.d.///twt is still up but almost kind of feels dead. I wonder if here will get more popular anyway? I guess we will see! It seems I need some change of pace anyway. Seasonal depression has been bad to me and I've embarrassingly put on 5Ibs. So now I am 115. I hate it. Absolutely hate it. I feel so huge... I just want this taken care of... but my health has been really bad as well. My heart, my chest, my anxiety. Trying to take care of it first... just kind of wish I was happy. My life is pretty swell. It's just not perfect and I want perfect.
Anyway, someone on twt recommended DanceAcademy and I found it free on y0utube. So watching that and hullahooping. Even though I should really be working on my jewelry orders due this week!!! But we are sick enough to focus on the silly things first.
Anyway, I hope you all have a great night and had a wonderful weekend! Here's to hoping we have a good week ahead of us (and get through Thanksg1ving hopefully hahahaha).

November diet !!
I binged a lot last month and had lots of sugar so, I made a new diet to get on track again. Feel free to join me if you want :)
rules
• no eating after 7pm
• 2.5 L of water every day
• avoid carbs/sodium/sugar at all cost
• portion control
• always eat after a >16 hr fasting
• do not eat more than 700 cals per day
• 3 meals per day or less
allowed foods (・∀・)
eggs
chicken
coffee
cottage cheese
tapioca
fruits/vegetables
"light" "zero" "low fat" foods only
oats, chia, nuts etc
natural iogurt
tuna/ sardines
tea
fast food?? avoid! but order only the veg options
prohibited foods
soda
bread
candies (bubblegums, tic tac, lollipops)
embed foods (ham, cheese, spam, pepperoni etc)
pasta
cake
crackers, sweet galletas etc
fried food
instant noodles/processed food
rice and beans r ok but eat less
alcohol
