Youâre too sweet!
I havenât been on tumblr, but it has been so nice to come back to comments like this â¤ď¸
Sticky Notes - Tom Hiddleston x Reader
It all started on the set of Ragnarok. They hadnât even started filming yet. Table reads, choreography, costume fittings, set developmentâŚThe cast, crew, and even Taika started finding little notes.
Some were specifically to certain peopleâŚ
âYour laugh is contagious. Thank you for making this set so down to earth and inviting.â You slipped that into Taikaâs (the directorâs) fanny pack when he left it on his directorâs chair.
âI know how hard youâve been working on your fight choreography, and I just wanted to let you know you absolutely killed it today!â You left that stuck to Tessaâs (Valkyrieâs) water bottle. Â
Some you posted for everyone, like âI know that you all put such amazing effort and time into bringing this movie to life and I just want you all to know that it doesnât go unnoticed.â That note was posted above a table full of âeasy to grabâ snacks you laid out such as protein bars, fruit snacks, pretzels, and dried fruit.
This continued well into filming. Everyone had tried to figure out who was leaving these little daily encouragements. It got to the point that Taika started calling you Casper, as in âCasper the Friendly Ghost.â Every day at the start of filming he would say. âCome on guys. Letâs make Casper proud.â
Everyone had a theory. Most thought that it was actually Taika just trying to keep morale up. Taika accused Tom but took it back after some comment about the notes not sounding very British.

Stormy Sleepover - Tom Hiddleston x Reader
I havenât written in like, years. I previously wrote for Colby Brock at @colbybrocksmolder and someone asked me to write for Tom so I figured Iâd give it a shot.Â
I hope you enjoy!Â

âDid you hear there was a storm coming?â one of your PAâs, Andi, asked you. You were in charge of making sure the cast all had assistants and that their life on set ran smoothly. Youâd been working with these guys since the very first Thor movie.
âI got a notification on my phone a few hours ago, but this building is so big I doubt weâd know if it had actually hit yet.â You pulled up your weather app and clicked on the â!â checking to see what the âalertâ was. âOh godâ you said, shocked to read that most of the county was already out of power.
âI told you, call me Chris.â Behind you, Hemsworth was chuckling leaning over to read what you were looking at on your phone.
âHa, ha.â You laughed at his cheesy joke. âBut seriously, has anyone been outside in the last few hours?â
Looking at your phone, Hemsworth shrugged and headed towards one of the truck bays.

Hi!!! I just came across your page and I'm in love with your stories! I read them all in one night!
The Cabin was my favorite. I connected so much with how you wrote the reader. You're 100% right about our media & literature more often than not only representing a specific type of person that many of us are not. When you described the reader's bathing suit I thought to myself, that's almost exactly what my bathing suit is like! As a curvier woman that was amazing to read!
Thank you so much for blessing us with these stories and I hope you always find the time & inspiration to work on your writing! đ
Omg, youâre too sweet. Thank you! Iâm glad you enjoyed them!
And yes! Mainstream media is finally filtering in some representation, but itâs far from the norm.

The Cabin - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader (Part 1/3)
âWhatâs got you so distracted?â Evans asked Tom.
âSorry, I justâŚI had planned on visiting my family again during break, but most of them will be on a cruise for a family friendâs wedding. I know I saw them less than two months ago for Christmas, but I donât get to see them often anymore.â
âOh, damn!â Chris replied.
âI know, Iâm considering whether or not itâs even worth it to deal with two incredibly long flights going to and from London if Iâm not even going to get to see my family.â He said, opening the make-up trailer door for him and Chris.
âWhere else were you thinking about spending break?â he asked, plopping down in the make-up chair to start having all of the Captain America washed off for the next two weeks.
âHonestly, I donât know. I may just take a trip to somewhere much closer by myself.â Tom answered, running his fingers through his hair when his wig was removed.
âIf thatâs what you WANT to do, cool, but you should just come with me to the cabin.â Chris suggested.
âThe cabin?â Tom asked.
âYeah, my friend Y/N owns a huge cabin and I drag my family up there every few years.â He explained.

The Cabin - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader (Part 3/3)
Part 1
Part 2
You threw some shorts and your favorite baggy hoodie on and headed downstairs to see what everyoneâs plans were for the day. When you made it downstairs you saw that most of Chrisâ family was dressed to go to the mountain and ski or snowboard.
âYou guys headed up to the resort?â you asked, taking the plate of food that Lisa handed you and sitting next to one of Chrisâ sisters.
âEveryone but maâ Scott answered, looking half asleep on the other side of the table.
âLet Chris know that I had all of the tires checked on my SUV, even the spareâ you said to Scott.
Scott nodded towards the stairs where Chris was almost to the bottom. âY/n, Can I borrow your truck or do you need it today?â he asked.
âI was just telling Scott the tires and the spare are all good to go so you shouldnât have to worry about themâ you answered, taking a sip of your coffee.
âPerfectâ he said, stopping to kiss you on the cheek before going to the kitchen to grab food. âBetween our two trucks I think we can fit everyone.â
When everyone was packing up for their day trip up the mountain, you made sure to throw some extra jackets, blankets, and snacks in the back of your truck and made sure Chris knew they were there.
âAre you not going?â you asked Tom when he started helping Lisa gather all of the dirty dishes from breakfast.
âI think Iâd rather hang back with you if youâd like the companyâ he said, stacking a few more plates.
âI think Lisa and I can put you to good useâ you teased, grabbing the stack of plates from him and walking them to the kitchen. âLisa, what are your plans for the day?â
âI donât need to start dinner until 2 or soâ she answered, cleaning up the kitchen from the breakfast mess. âIs the TV by the hot tub out back set up?â
âIt is!â you answered. âThe remote is waterproof and itâs already signed into all of the apps on it so you can watch pretty much anything.â
âThen I think Iâm going to enjoy my quiet day relaxingâ she laughed. âI watch the kids most days back home so thisâll be a little vacation within a vacation.â
âOh my god, I almost forgot!â you said, turning to reach into the cabinet above your refrigerator. âI got you this last time I drove down through the vineyards.â
You handed her a bottle of the wine she fell in love with last time the family was at your cabin. âYou didnât!â She sat the bottle down on the counter and pulled you into a hug.
âYou may as well have a glass while youâre relaxing out backâ you said, watching Tom put the rest of the dishes from the table into the sink.
âMaybe just oneâ she laughed, going back to putting the leftover food away.
âWhat wine is it?â Tom asked.
Lisa started talking about the wine and how it reminded her of her favorite wine that they no longer made, insisting that she pour the two of you a glass when she poured hers.
âOoo, that is very niceâ Tom said, taking a sip.
When Lisa tried to help with the dishes you told her to go and relax. Tom helped you finish up cleaning the kitchen.
âWhatâs next?â Tom asked.
âDo you want to bake our cookies?â you asked in response.
Tom smiled, taking another sip of his wine. âThat sounds wonderful.â
You turned the oven on and pulled all of the ingredients you bought out of the cabinet, telling Tom where he could grab the mixing bowls and measuring cups/spoons. The two of you took your time, laughing and talking as you mixed the ingredients all together. Â
âThese are going to be so goodâ you said, commenting on the fact that Tom had picked out regular chocolate chips and white chocolate chips and mixed them together in the cookie dough.
âYou can never have too much chocolateâ he said, sneaking a bit of the uncooked cookie dough into his mouth.
âSo impatientâ you teased, shooing his hand away when he went to grab more.
When you filled a baking sheet with balls of cookie dough, Tom put it in the oven and set the timer. You hopped up to sit on your counter while you waited, taking another sip of your wine.
âHow was your workout with Chris this morningâ you asked.
Tom laughed. âLetâs just say I was grateful to get rid of some tension after doing someâŚ*clears throat*âŚlight reading last night.â
You looked confused for about two second before you realized what he was talking about. You threw your head back laughing, âYou started reading my book.â
âOh, you underestimate your own talent, darlingâ Tom replied, walking up to you. âI read the whole book.â
Your cheeks instantly went warm. âWell, what did you think?â The look on Tomâs face, the way he licked his lipsâŚyou almost wished you hadnât started baking so that you could just drag him up to your bedroom right now.
Tomâs hands settled on your knees, slowly pulling them apart so that he could stand between them. âI thinkâŚâ his lips gently pressed against yours as his hands slid up to rest against your hips. ââŚthat your mind is just as sexy as the rest of you.â He deepened the kiss, his fingers digging into the soft flesh of your hips.
You put your arms around his neck, his body leaning into yours. âIs that so?â
Tom wrapped his arms around your middle, pulling you tight against his body. âAbsolutely, darling.â Right when Tom reconnected your lips, the timer to the oven went off.
Tom laughed, resting his forehead against yours.
âWe keep getting interruptedâ you laughed.
Right as you finished talking, Lisa walked back inside from the back porch with a towel wrapped around her.
âYouâre not wrongâ Tom laughed.
Lisa looked over at the two of you and smiled. âAww, donât let me stop you two. You might want to check whatever youâve got in the oven, though.â The timer was continuing to beep.
Tom quickly kissed you again before stepping back and grabbing the oven mitts. âIâll switch these out.â
While Tom was putting the last sheet of cookies in the oven, you were talking to Lisa.
âI think we should prepare everything we can for dinner earlyâ you suggested.
âWhat for?â Lisa asked, topping off all three of the wine glasses.
âWell, if we get it done now, weâll just have to throw it in the oven laterâ you answered. âThen we can order some Chinese take-out for lunch, open another bottle of wine, and play some games.â
Lisa seemed to be considering it.
âSounds like the perfect way to spend probably your only quiet afternoon on this tripâ Tom laughed, resetting the oven timer for the last batch of cookies.
âOkay, youâve convinced meâ Lisa said, opening the refrigerator to start prepping dinner.
You and Tom quickly cleaned up the mess from the cookies, making room for Lisa. âMmm, these are deliciousâ Tom said, taking a bite of one of the cookies. He held the cookie towards you so you could take a bite.
âTheyâre so good when theyâre still warmâ you said, licking a bit of chocolate off of your lip.
Tom smiled, pulling you into a quick kiss. âI could have gotten that for you, you know.â
You laughed, stealing the rest of his cookie. âOkay, what do you guys want from the Chinese restaurant?â
Over the next few hours, the three of you went through another bottle of wine, most of the Chinese food, and 3 or 4 different card and board games. When Chris and the rest of the family got back, the three of you were a little drunk, hanging out in the kitchen while dinner finished cooking, telling stories and spending most of the time laughing.
âWhatâs going on here?â Chris asked, hugging his mom and asking if she was drunk.
âJust a littleâ Lisa laughed, moving to pull dinner out of the oven.
âIt looks like you guys had a good timeâ he said, leaning against the counter that you were currently sitting on. Tom had started pulling out clean dishes for dinner.
âWe had a great timeâ you answered. âHow was the mountain?â
âSo goodâ Chris said, pulling out his phone and showing you pictures and videos of the kids learning how to snowboard.
âAww, Iâm gladâ you said, telling him to send you a few of them so that you could have them printed and added to the photos in the den.
âThe table is setâ Tom said, walking back into the kitchen.
âThank youâ you replied, opening your arms so that he would come stand between your knees. âDinner should be ready in a few minutesâ
Tom blushed as he slid his arms around you, knowing Chris was going to say something âI think everything is good to go, then.â
Chris smirked over at you. âLet me reiterate my statement from earlier. It looks like you guys had a great time.â
âYou could say thatâ Tom said, pressing a quick, sweet kiss to your lips before grabbing your hand and pulling you to the dining room table.
That night you, Chris, Tom, and Scott were the last ones up. All of the activity on the mountain made most call it an early night.
âIâm going to go sit up in the hot tub if anyone wants to join meâ you said, standing up from your position tucked into Tomâs side.
When you were all the way up the stairs, Scott and Chris turned to Tom.
âHowâs it goinâ buddy?â Scott asked, smirking.
Tom laughed, looking up the stairs where youâd disappeared to. âWell, if I had to put it into words Iâd say âvery wellâ.â
âIs this just you guys having fun or is this going to continue after break?â Chris asked. He knew you were an adult, but he still felt very protective of you.
âI havenât actually had the chance to talk to her about itâ Tom replied.
âWhat do you want it to be?â Scott asked.
âIf Iâm being honest, I hope this is going somewhere permanentâ Tom confessed. âSheâsâŚâ He started his sentence and cleared his throat, knowing that he was about to gush about his feelings. âWell, you two know her. You know sheâs incredible.â
âNah, what were you going to sayâ Chris reached to slap Tomâs shoulder, laughing.
âI know that this is going to sound horribly clichĂŠâ Tom continued, âbut sheâs perfect. Sheâs kind, creative, intelligent, beautiful, confident, funnyâŚâ
Scott let out a quiet âawwâ
âAnd if you donât mind, Iâd like a few minute head start joining her upstairsâ Tom said, standing and walking towards the stairs.
âNo sex in the hot tub!â Chris jokingly yelled.
Tom laughed. âIâd need more than a few minutes for that.â He could hear the brothers laughing as he jogged up the stairs, snagging his swim shorts before walking into your room.
âY/n?â Tom called into your room.
âJust getting changedâ you said, your arms covering your bare chest as you peeked out your closet door. Youâd just slipped your bikini bottoms on, but you hadnât sorted out the straps to your top. âAre you joining me?â
âI think we all areâ Tom smiled, closing your bedroom door. âI asked for a head start so I could speak to you for a moment.â
âCan we talk while I sort out my top?â you asked, walking back into your closet.
âOf course,â Tom replied, pulling his own shirt off. âI wanted to talk to you aboutâŚwell, us.â
âA topic Iâm very interested inâ you answered. âGo on.â
âThatâs good to hearâ Tom laughed, stripping out of his jeans and boxers. âI donât know what you want, but I wanted to make sure that my feelings were clear.â Tom pulled the swim trunks on.
âWell, Iâll tell you mine if you tell me yoursâ you said, walking out of your closet when your top was in place.
Tom smiled, opening his arms and pulling you against him. âI really like youâ he said, pressing a gentle kiss against your lips. âI was hoping that this is something you will want to continue after Iâve gone back to LA.â
Tomâs eyes were closed, his forehead rested against yours. âThatâs a reliefâ you said, connecting your lips in a much more passionate kiss. âI was going to ask you how you felt about me driving back down to LA with you two.â Â
âReally?â Tomâs eyes brightened.
âYes, reallyâ you laughed.
âThat would make me very happyâ Tom replied.
âThen itâs a planâ you said, moving to open your bedroom door and pulling Tom out onto the balcony.
When the brothers joined you two a few minutes later, they were dramatically walking around with their eyes closed, trying to feel their way to the balcony door. âPlease tell me no oneâs nakedâ Chris teased.
âYouâre gonna have to see for yourselfâ you laughed. You were leaning back against Tomâs chest with his arms wrapped around your middle.
Scott opened one eye, calling an âall clearâ when he spotted the two of you cuddled up in the hot tub.
The four of you hung out in the hot tub for probably another hour before the brothers called it a night.
When you and Tom climbed out of the hot tub, you wrapped a towel around yourself and walked to the bathroom that was connected to your bedroom. You turned on the shower and walked back to the doorway. âIâm going to shower tonight if youâd like to join me.â
Without waiting for a response, you dropped your towel on the counter and stripped out of your bikini. You stepped into the steaming shower, feeling the hot water run from your hair down your body. With your eyes closed, you lathered up your hair with shampoo and started rinsing it out. You could feel a short cool breeze as Tom opened the curtain to step into the shower with you. Before you opened your eyes, you felt Tomâs hands on your hips.
âYou are absolutely stunningâ Tom said, one of his hands moving to rest against the side of your face as he pulled your lips against his.
âI could say the same thing about youâ you replied as your eyes took in his full naked form. Your hands slid down tomâs back and rested against his ass.
âCan I stay with you tonight?â Tom asked, his hands moving to your breasts and his lips moving to your neck.
âJust move your stuff to my roomâ you answered, your hands pulling Tomâs body firmly against yours.
âNow that I know Iâve got more time with you tonightâ Tom laughed, grabbing your body soap and lathering his hands. âLetâs get clean and then we can move this to your bed.â
âGladlyâ you smiled, lathering your hands and running them over Tomâs body.
The two of you didnât actually fall asleep until after Tomâs gym alarm went off. Tom had sent Chris a text saying that he was going to skip the gym this morning, but that heâd continue going with Chris starting tomorrow.
When Chris went to give Tom shit for ditching the gym, he realized why he was staying home. Tomâs room was empty.
âIâm sure you got enough of a workout in last night anywaysâ Chris replied to Tomâs text with a few obscene emojis.
Tom laughed, tightening his arms around you after he set his phone down on the bedside table. âChris will probably have a few questions for us when we wake up.â
âI donât doubt itâ you replied, snuggling into Tomâs side.
âGet some rest, darlingâ Tom said, pressing a kiss to the top of your head.
A few weeks later while on a lunch break from filming, Chris looked over at Tom and you. âDid Y/n ever tell you what her other pen name is for?â
Tom nearly choked on his food, and you couldnât help but laugh and reply, âYouâre never going to drop that, are you?â
Chrisâ eyes narrowed as he started at Tom. âGod damnit, she told you.â
Tom started laughing. âI simply donât know what youâre talking about.â
âDid you tell him?â Chris looked at you.
âHeâs my boyfriend, Chris. Of course he knows.â
âIâve known you for years! Youâre my best friend! You barely just met him!â You couldnât help but laugh at Chrisâ dramatics.
âShould I tell him?â you turned to Tom.
âI donât know how he would handle itâ Tom teased.
âI can handle it!â Chris interrupted.
âIf I tell you, you canât tell anyone else. Not even Scott.â You reached your hand across the table with your pinky sticking out.
âDid you make him pinky promise?â Chris snarked, hooking his pinky with yours.
âShe did, actuallyâ Tom laughed.
âFine, I swear on my life I wonât tell anyoneâ Chris said, leaning forward so you could tell him.
You pulled out your phone and sent him a link to your website that lists all of your adult books. âJust so you know, you were sort of the inspiration for one of my characters.â You stood from the table and grabbed Tomâs hand as Chris opened the text and clicked the link. You were quietly laughing at Chrisâ wide eyes as he realized what he was looking at.
âWait, what?!â Chris looked up at the two of you. âYou wrote all of these?â
âSheâs did.â Tom squeezed your hand. âThe ones Iâve read so far are actually incredible.â
âThanks, babeâ you pressed a quick kiss to his cheek, the two of you walking towards his trailer.
âHow do I know which one you based on me?â Chris called out.
âYouâll have to read them to find outâ you answered, feeling Tom wrap his arm around your shoulders.

The Cabin - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader (Part 2/3)
Part 1
You woke up as the movie credits were scrolling. The kiddos were all still asleep strewn about the den. Looking at the clock, you realized it was about lunch time.
Walking into the kitchen, you saw Lisa sorting out the food that needed to go to the grill while one of Chrisâ sisters was working on making some side dishes. âAnything I can help with?â You walked to the coffee maker to make a second cup of coffee.
âI think weâve got everything sortedâ Lisa answered. âCan you bring these out to the guys?â She was holding a large tin pan full of hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers.
âOf course.â You answered, holding your coffee in a way that let you grab the pan. âDo you mind opening the door?â
Chrisâ sister hurried to the door, sliding it open.
âThank youâ you said, heading down the wooden deck to where the guys were sat by the grill.
âLook whoâs awakeâ Chris teased, jogging to you to take the pan.
âI have to say, I needed that nap.â You laughed, following Chris to the grill.
âAre the kids still passed out?â Scott asked, watching you take a seat next to Tom. Chris started grilling the food.
âYupâ you answered. âI restarted the movie so theyâd have the background noise.â
âArenât you cold?â Tom asked, seeing you were still in your fuzzy socks and sweater.
You shrugged, sipping your coffee. âIâm good for now. Anyone know what the plans are for the rest of the day?â
âFood. Probably hit the store in a bit. I think jetlag is gonna hit everyone harder than they thinkâ Chris laughed.
âWe should go get stuff for drinks after lunchâ Scott suggested.
âIâm in. We should get a list from your mom of anything else she thinks weâll need right awayâ you replied.
âDo you mind if I tag along?â Tom asked, looking between you and Scott.
âOf course, notâ you answered, shivering a bit as the cold soaked through your sweater.
âScott, can you go grab a pan for the cooked meatâ Chris asked.
âSure thingâ Scott answered, getting up.
âCan you grab the blanket by the door?â you called out as he walked towards the cabin.
âGod, do I have to do everything around hereâ Scott teased in a dramatic voice, making the rest of you laugh.
âWould you like my jacket?â Tom asked as you took another sip of your coffee.
You turned to look at him and shook your head no, a soft smile on your face.
When your gaze lingered a bit longer than one would call socially acceptable, Tomâs cheeks turned pink. âDo I have something on my face?â
You laughed. âNo, youâre justâŚhear me outâŚlike, if I were to write a perfect gentleman into whatever story Iâm writingâŚI think thatâs youâŚyou check all of the boxes.â
Tom smiled and cleared his throat. âIf I may ask, is that a compliment or are you trying to gently inform me that Iâm incredibly boring.â
Chris let out a loud laugh, which prompted both of you to laugh. âI meant it as the highest complimentâ you assured him.
âWell, in that case, Iâm extremely flattered.â Tom replied, lifting his arm and prompting you to fill the small gap between the two of you. When youâd scooted against his side, he wrapped his arm around your shoulders.
When Scott returned, he tossed the blanket over both of your laps, going to stand by the grill with Chris. By the way they would take turns glancing back at you and Tom, you assumed they were talking about you.
âChris mentioned that you do some sort of writing or consulting outside of your books.â Tom said, simply wanting to get to know you better.
You laughed, knowing that it drove Chris crazy not knowing what else you did for work. âWell, thatâs accurate.â
âIs it safe to assume you wonât tell me what it is?â Tom smirked.
âI mean, never say neverâ you replied, looking up at Tom.
âWell, if I canât know what else you do for work, what do you do for fun?â He continued, the two of you chatting until it was time to go inside to eat.
It felt good to have the cabin full of people. Chrisâ family and a few of their family friends, including you and Tom, spent the next hour eating, laughing, and telling embarrassing stories about each other as you do when youâve got the whole family together.
You were banished from the kitchen when youâd tried to help with the dishes. âYou and the boys go do your shopping, weâll clean upâ Lisa said, handing you a short list and shooing you away.
âNow I know where Chris gets his stubbornnessâ you teased, hearing Lisa laugh as you left the kitchen.
You climbed the stairs, stopping at Chris and Tomâs rooms, both of them sitting in Chrisâ room with Scott. âYou guys ready to go?â
âJust waiting for youâ Scott replied.
âLet me grab my jacket and my shoes and Iâll meet you guysâ downstairs.â When you made it outside, Chris already had your SUV started, letting the heating warm up.
âMind if I drive?â he hollered out the window.
You shook your head no, walking around to the side of the truck and climbing into the back seat next to Tom. Scott was sat up front in the passenger seat. âIâve got the list from your mom.â
âThen we are ready to rock n rollâ Chris said, looking in the various mirrors to make sure it was safe to back-up.
Chris drove around the town for a while. He drove down a few scenic roads showing Tom the beautiful landmarks. When he saw a perfect, untouched patch of snow he insisted the four of you make snow angels. Of course, he made sure to get a picture of everyone laying in their angel.
Next stop was the liquor store. You pushed the cart around with Tom as Scott and Chris added various bottles and pre-made beverages to the cart.
âY/n!â you heard Scott call from a few aisles over.
âYes?â you laughed, looking to see if he was going to pop around the corner.
âDo you have a beer pong table?â It was Chrisâ voice you heard this time.
You and Tom laughed at the brothers. âNoâ you answered.
âIf I had to bet, Iâd say that youâre about to be the proud owner of a brand-new beer pong table.â Tom laughed, walking with you towards the front of the store.
When you rounded the corner, you saw the brothers walking towards you. Scott had a fold-up beer pong table in his hands and Chris had two cases of White Claw and a bag of red solo cups in his.
âWhite Claw?â you laughed.
âLess calories than beer means that I have to spend less time at the gym while Iâm here.â Chris replied, putting everything in the cart. âSpeaking of, Tom do you want to work out with me in the mornings?â
âAbsolutelyâ Tom replied. âI was a bit nervous to go running with all of the ice and snow.â
âIâd be more worried about the bearsâ you said, watching his eyes go wide.
âNow Iâm extra glad that I didnât try to run this morningâ Tom said, following you as you pushed your cart to the front of store checkout. Chris pulled his card out before you could even offer to pay.
Next stop was the grocery store.
As Chris and Scott gathered the things on their motherâs shopping list, you took Tom to the baking aisle. âYou mentioned that your family bakes when everyone gets together.â
âI did.â Tom smiled as he continued. âMy mother and my sisters are usually baking some sort of sweet.â
âWellâŚâ You gestured to the various options laid out in front of you. âWhat do you want to bake?â
âReally?â Tom asked, looking over at you.
âWe can make pretty much anythingâ you answered. âI mean, unless you donât want to.â
âNo, no. I do.â Tom replied, swallowing back a bit of emotion. âI justâŚI know we really only just met so you have no way of knowing any of the craziness that has been going on in my life.â
You could sense a bit of hesitation in Tom so you reached out and grabbed one of his hands in yours.
Tom smiled, his eyes watering a touch. âAnd Iâm not complaining, I promise you. Iâm grateful that Iâve been afforded so many opportunities. I justâŚI only got to see my family for 4 days all last year. Home is the one place I feel like I can completely be myself and relax andâŚWell, when I found out I wasnât going to see my family on the one break I have for the next three months, I didnât expectâŚâ
When he stopped talking, you slid your arms around his middle, pulling him into a hug.
âI apologize.â He said, wrapping his arms around you. âIâm sure a simple âthank youâ would have been a much more eloquent response.â
You could feel a light laugh rumble in his chest. âDonât apologize.â You loosened your arms a bit to pull back from the hug.
Tomâs arms held you against himself for a moment before letting you go. âWhat is your favorite thing to bake?â he asked you.
You thought for a moment before answering. âCookies.â
âThen Iâd love to bake cookies with youâ he replied, turning towards the various bags of chocolate chips.
âFYIâ you said, grabbing a small bag of sugar and flour.
âYes?â he put two different types of chocolate chips in the basket.
âI think anything you say in that accent sounds eloquent.â You pushed the cart further down the aisle to grab the oil. You could hear Tom laugh behind you.
âIâll have to remember that.â
When the four of you got back to the car, Chris recommended picking up pizza for dinner since you guys had been gone a few hours.
âJust text your mom to make sure she isnât already working on something.â You replied
When Chris got the green light on his pizza plans from Lisa, he placed the order over the phone and you guys picked it up on the way back to the cabin.
As everybody dug into the pizza, you took your baking supplies to the kitchen to tuck them away. You wanted to make sure that no one else used them before you could bake the cookies with Tom. Deciding to catch up on your work emails, you grabbed a slice of pizza and headed upstairs to your room. Sat at your desk with your headphones blasting your favorite music, you started replying to potential project proposals and questions your publishers had about your next works.
Because of your headphones, you didnât hear Tom walk into your room about a half hour later. As he walked up to your desk, he was calling out your name not realizing you couldnât hear him.
Standing behind your chair, he glanced at one of your computer screens, understanding what youâd been doing since youâd disappeared. What he didnât expect, though, was what project you were currently emailing about.
See, most of the people that knew you as an author knew you wrote books in the same category as Hunger Games or Beautiful CreaturesâŚWell, having the ability to hide completely behind an anonymous pen name let you venture into some projects that you deemed a bit moreâŚfun? Maybe spicy is the right word.
Feeling bad for accidentally snooping, Tom put his hand on your shoulder to get your attention, scaring the absolute shit out of you. You threw your headphones off and turned in your chair, your heart going a million miles an hour.
Tom was stood there trying not to laugh. âIâm so sorry.â
âOH, dear godâ you laughed, laying your hand over your heart and leaning back in your chair. âYou about gave me a heart attack.â
âI was meant to come and tell you the brothers want to play beer pong, but I think they can wait a bit longer.â Tom said with a grin on his face.
You tilted your head to the side, confused as to what Tom meant. âThat sounds both ominous and sexyâ you laughed.
Tom chuckled and turned your chair back to face your computer. âMind telling me what project youâve got coming up?â
âNow it makes more senseâ you continued laughing. On your screen was the proposed cover of your new book in an email you were replying to. You leaned your chair back so you were looking at Tom upside down. âYou sure you can handle it?â
âIâm a bit offended that you think I canâtâ Tom answered.
âYou asked for itâ you replied, standing up and walking over to your door. Sliding the lock in place, you walked to your closet, turning to Tom. âYou coming?â
Tom opened his mouth to speak and paused, choosing to simply nod and follow.
Walking to the back of your closet, you pushed your clothes to the side and opened another door. This was your writing room. Specifically, for your âadultâ books.
Youâd covered the walls in inspiration, essentially. In addition to your mainstream âyoung adultâ or ânew adultâ novels, you wrote adult booksâŚeroticaâŚbut your books were very inclusive. They featured various orientations, gendered pairings, gender identities, ethnicities, body shapes, body sizes, and various forms of being differently abled. Your walls were covered in artwork that featured real bodies in all of their various forms.
âSo, this is your secret career?â Tom asked, looking at all of the various things hung on the walls.
âOne of themâ you answered, opening a cabinet full of dozens of books.
As Tom sorted through them, he understood your niche. âI think this is brilliantâ he said, staring at you with an eye crinkling smile.
âThanksâ you replied, feeling your cheeks warm. âI donât know how I thought you were going to react, but that definitely wasnât it.â
âI mean itâ he replied, continuing to look at the various books. âI love storytelling. Obviously, itâs a huge reason why I pursued acting. I love literature and music and many other various forms of art but acting has been my passion for so long. Itâs only now that Iâm realizing how narrow of a range that Iâm personally capable of expressing.â
âHey, thatâs not trueâ you replied.
âThat came out wrongâ Tom turned to you. âWhat I meant to say was that as an actor I will never be able to personally tell many of these stories. Sex aside, obviously.â Tom lightly laughed.
âThe only reason I was able to tell a lot of them was because I talked to and got to know people that had little to no representation IN these kinds of stories.â You pulled out a box of letters and printed emails. âWhen I started writing these books, I wrote for women that looked like me. Bigger women are rarely cast as the romantic lead, in literature or on screen. When we are, we have to go through some stupid âworthless to worthyâ journey where a âspecial kind of manâ swoops in to complete us and convince us we deserve love. Weâre never just allowed to happily exist AND have a happy ever after.â
When you turned to look at Tom, he caught you off guard by roughly pressing his lips against yours as his hands held either side of your face. When he pulled back, his hands lingered a moment longer. âI do apologize. I couldnât help myself.â He cleared his throat and turned back to the box you had pulled out. âPlease, go on.â
You stared at him a moment longer, trying to gather your thoughts before turning back to the letters. âWhat I was saying before you so delightfully interrupted meâŚâ You glanced at him, seeing him lick his bottom lip as he smiled. âUnder my pen name, I run a page online. People send me their personal stories, fantasies, questions, worriesâŚThese people come in more than just various shapes and sizes. Some of them are in wheelchairs or are not as able bodied as you and me. I have a woman with Touretteâs who shares stories about her sex life and romantic life with her wife while living with her various tics. I just saw that someone started a new forum for people who have had mastectomies. When I go to write a story that represents something I canât personally speak to, I talk to those that can. I get permission to even attempt to represent them. Sex is the easiest part of these to write. I feel responsible to do right by them and to translate the truth of their experience into a bit of romantic escapism. If they want to, everyone should be able to find characters they can relate to.â
âI think that what youâve done is really, quite incredible.â Tom complimented you.
âThank youâ you replied, chuckling. âItâs weird getting compliments for essentially writing porn.â
Tom laughed, turning one of the books over in his hand. âAm I allowed to read any of them?â
âGo for itâ you replied. âYou just cannot tell Chris about any of this. At all. Pinky promise?â You extended your pinky towards Tom.
With a very serious face, Tom hooked his pinky in yours and answered. âI wouldnât dare.â
âWe should probably go downstairs. Chris and Scott are probably wondering why the hell weâre taking so longâ you laughed, walking out of your writing room.
Tom turned to grab a book before following you out, closing the door on his way. âIâm going to tuck this in my bag in my room.â
âIâll meet you down there.â When you got to the bottom of the stairs, you saw Scott and Chris practicing their aim with no beer in the cups. âWho against who?â
âUs against you two, obviouslyâ Chris answered, Scott switching to stand on the same side of the table as Chris.
âOh, itâs like that?â you laughed, opening two of the cans and filling your cups.
âYou guys donât stand a chanceâ Scott added. âHas Tom ever even played beer pong?â
âI have, actuallyâ he answered, coming down the stairs.
âThen letâs see what you got!â Chris teased, acting like a total frat boy.
The four of you played quite a few rounds before your lack of sleep and buzz from the alcohol finally got the better of you.
âIâm calling it quitsâ you said, covering your mouth as you yawned.
âI should probably go to bed too since Iâm setting an alarm for 6 am to go work outâ Chris pouted, letting his head fall back.
âIâll set mine as wellâ Tom added.
âYou guys are so boringâ Scott teased, starting to clean up the cups.
You grabbed the cups from yours and Tomâs side as well as all of the empty cans and started walking towards the kitchen to throw them away.
âIâll grab thoseâ Tom said, taking the cups from Scott and following you into the kitchen.
You dumped the cups and cans in the trash and turned to see Tom walking in with the rest of them. âThanks.â
Tom dropped the cups into the trash and turned to you. âAbout earlierâŚâ
âAbout thatâŚâ you smiled, half asleep and tipsy. You loosely wrapped your arms around Tomâs middle. âWant to explain yourself?â
Tom chuckled. âI think my actions were self-explanatory.â He placed one hand on your cheek, the other pushing your hair out of your face.
âI donât knowâ you teased. âI think I need further explanation.â
âExplanation or demonstration?â Tom asked, his thumb brushing against your bottom lip.
You pretended to be considering the two options for only a few seconds before his lips were against yours again.
âY/n!â Scott called. You could hear him and Chris talking just around the corner.
You felt like two teenagers being caught by parents. You and Tom broke apart, both scrambling to be pretending to do something else. He ended up pulling the trash bag out of the bin and tying it up even though it could clearly hold more trash and you ended up unloading the dishwasher.
âWhat happened to going to bed?â Chris asked, confused as to why you two were doing chores.
âIâm goingâ you replied. âI just didnât want your mom to have to do this in the morning.â
âWell then you should have asked for helpâ Chris replied, helping you finish unloading the dishes. Scott started wiping down the counters and refilled the paper towels. Tom tried to hide the smirk on his face as he took the trash to the outside bin, but he wasnât doing a very good job of it.
âOkay, thatâs it. Iâm going to bed for real this timeâ you said, putting the last glass away.
When you woke up the next morning you could hear someone in your shower. Part of you hoped that maybe Tom had come up to use yours since him and Chris would both want to shower after coming back from the gym.
âGood morning, sunshine.â Chris said, interrupting your short daydream about a very sweaty Tom walking into your room after working out.
âOh, itâs just youâ you teased him, turning over and snuggling back into your bed.
âDamn, someone woke up in a moodâ Chris teased back, walking toward your bed with a towel wrapped around his bottom half. âYou hoping it was someone else?â
âA girl can dreamâ you turned over to smirk at him.
âAre you two a thing?â He asked, dropping down to lay in your bed.
âI donât knowâ you answered honestly.
âDo you like him?â Chris continued, laughing when you blushed.
âI mean, I havenât exactly gotten to know everything about him, but I think heâs kind of great.â You replied.
âWell, for what itâs worth I approveâ he said, rolling back out of your bed and heading downstairs to get dressed.

I may just take a trip to somewhere much closer by myself.â Tom answered, running his fingers through his hair when his wig was removed.
âIf thatâs what you WANT to do, cool, but you should just come with me to the cabin.â Chris suggested.
âThe cabin?â Tom asked.
âYeah, my friend Y/N owns a huge cabin and I drag my family up there every few years.â He explained.
âThank you for the invite, but I couldnât intrude on your familyâs time with you.â Tom politely answered.
âCome on. First, you know my mother loves you. Second, you arenât intruding on anything.â Chris tried convincing him.
âI really donât want to be a bother.â Tom felt guilty, knowing how much of a family person Chris was.
âThatâs it.â Chris dramatically pulled his cellphone out. âSiri, call Ma!â
âYou wouldnât.â Tom said, struggling to keep a straight face.
âCalling âMaââ Siriâs voice replied. The make-up artists were trying hard to keep their laughs to themselves at this point.
After a few rings, Chrisâ mother answered the phone. âHey sweetie.â
âHey Ma, Iâm here with Hiddleston and I need you to settle an argument.â Chris shot Tom a snarky âwatch thisâ look.
âTom! How are you, sweetheart?â Chrisâ mom Lisa asked.
âIâm doing well, thank you. How have you been?â Tom replied with a grin on his face.
âIâm good, Iâm good. Now what are you two arguing about?â She asked.
âWell, Tom isnât going to get to see his family over filming break.â Chris started to explain.
âOh, Iâm so sorry, sweetheart.â Lisa interrupted. âYou should just drive up to Y/nâs with Chris! Thereâs plenty of room and you know I always make too much food anyhow.â
Chris gave Tom a cocky grin. âThatâs exactly what I was telling him, Ma!â
âYouâre too kind.â Tom laughed. âI suppose youâve made an offer I canât refuse.â
âDonât be silly. Youâre always welcome with us.â Lisa reiterated. âWeâre getting ready for bed since our flight is so damn early in the morning, so Iâll see you two tomorrow!â
âThanks, Ma! Be safe!â Chris answered, hanging up the phone.
âThank you.â Tom said, getting up from his make-up chair.
âI told you, itâs no biggie. Weâre gonna have a blast.â Evans answered.
âWhen are we leaving?â Tom asked.
âWell, weâve got a few options.â Chris answered as the two of them left the make-up trailer.
âGo on.â
âThey arenât expecting us there until tomorrow, but if we leave in the next few hours, weâll actually beat them there.â Chris explained.
âI mean, Iâm nowhere near tired.â Tom said, letting Chris know he was down for the drive.
âSame. Iâve been so excited for this trip, I feel wired.â He replied âWanna pack and meet me at mine?â
âAbsolutely.â Tom answered. âAnything specific I should pack?â He called loudly as the two had walked a distance apart.
âDress comfy!â Chris yelled back. âAnd bring a jacket! Itâs snowing!â
Tom waved and made his way to his trailer.
It was about an 8 or 9 hour drive up to the cabin, so the guys rolled up at about 3 in the morning.
âIs anybody else here?â Tom asked, as Chris navigated his truck up the snowy drive.
âY/nâs here. She spends about half her time up here.â Chris answered, parking the truck and shooting you a text.
âWhere does she spend the rest of her time?â Tom asked.
âEverywhere, really. Sheâs a writer. Sheâs even come and crashed with me while I was filming.â Chris answered, hopping out of the truck when he got your text reply.
âBooks? Scripts?â Tom asked, curious what you wrote.
âBooks, mostly. Sheâs got a few popular series, but she also has a few pen names that she refuses to tell me so Iâve always assumed she like consults or edits or something.â Chris answered.
âHow mysterious.â Tom chucked, grabbing his bag and following Chris up to the house.
âY/n!â Chris yelled into the cabin, leading Tom into the large home.
âDid you really work all day and then drive 8 hours?â you laughed, walking down the stairs.
âI just couldnât wait to see that beautiful face.â Chris dropped his bag and pulled you into a bear hug.
âSure. This definitely has nothing to do with you beating Scott to one of the big bedrooms.â You laughed, wrapping your arms around him.
âThatâs just a perk.â He teased, introducing you to Tom. âIâm sure you know who this is. Y/n, Tom. Tom, Y/n.â
âNice to meet you.â You replied, pulling Tom into a hug.
âItâs very nice to meet you too.â Tom said, happy to see that you seemed just as chill and down to earth as the rest of Chrisâ friends and family.
âHe had to bail on his plans to fly home for the break, so I convinced him to join our two weeks of amazing chaos and shenanigans.â Chris laughed.
âAmazing is right, bucko. I just got two hot tubs installedâ you shared.
âYes!â Chris half yelled.
âAlso, mi casa es su casa, Tom. Make yourself at home.â You told him.
âGracias.â Tom replied in Spanish.
âAny chance you two want to take a dip tonight before the rest of the pack arrives?â Chris asked, looking between you and Tom.
âAbsolutelyâ you answered, walking towards the kitchen. âYou both okay with Beer? Iâve got other options.â
âBeer for me.â Chris answered.
âActually, a beer sounds rather refreshing at the moment.â Tom answered.
âIâll grab the beer and you two can pick your roomsâ you called from the kitchen.
âYou down for the hot tub?â Chris asked Tom.
âI am, but I didnât pack any swim shorts.â He answered.
âNo worries, Y/n has a whole closet full of random stuff. Follow me.â Chris led Tom up the stairs. âY/nâs room is at the very top, but thereâs two rooms just below that. We can take those two. Let those with kiddos stay closest to the bottom floor.â
âSounds good to meâ Tom replied, dropping his bag on the bed before following Chris to your closet of misfit swim clothes, jackets, sleepwear, blankets, and other miscellaneous stuff.
When you made your way upstairs, you saw that the guys had picked the two rooms closest to yours. You werenât surprised. They were the two biggest after yours and Chris never got to pick one of them because he was always the last to show up for his family get togethers.
âWhen you two get changed, head up to mine. The second hot tub is on my balcony.â You took the three unopened beers and went up the last set of stairs to get changed in your room. Your suit was a black balconette bikini top and a pair of black high waisted bikini bottoms. The top and bottom had a few strappy bits that accentuated your curves.
âWell hello there, sexy lady.â You heard Chris and his unending charm behind you as you were finishing getting your top all sorted.
âYou guys get settled in?â you asked, nodding towards the beers.
Chris opened one and handed it to you. âWe did.â As he opened another for himself and sat on your bed, he shared a bit about Tom. âIâm happy he tagged along. I donât know what heâs got going on in his personal life because he doesnât share a lot, but he needs a break like this.â
âWell, if I had to take a guess...â you took a swig of your beer. âYou two get along great which makes me think heâs a down to earth, genuine person.â
âI agreeâ Chris replied.
âIf youâve seen any of the tabloids lately, they arenât very friendly to the exes of the women heâs most recently dated. Iâm going to assume heâs a bit overwhelmed and a bit worn out. Itâs hard to stay genuine and down to earth when the media is writing about you as if youâre a scheming fuckboy.â
Chris took a swig of his beer. âI think you might be right. God, beauty and brains? Why wonât you marry me?â he teased.
âLike you could handle meâ you teased right back.
âIâm going to go get more beer so we donât have to leave the hot tub.â Chris stood and smacked your ass on the way out.
âHow did I know you were going to do that?â you laughed.
Chris was laughing as he passed Tom. âIâll meet you two up there.â
When Tom walked in, you opened the last of the three beers and handed it to him. âPink suits you.â You noticed he was wearing the bright pink swim shorts from the closet.
Tom blushed and laughed as he took a sip of his beer. âIt was this or ones with bananas all over them. I thought Iâd make a bold choice.â
âChoice well madeâ you replied, opening the double doors to your balcony. âItâs going to be a short chilly journey to the hot tub, but heaven once you get in.â Â
When you went to walk up the steps on the side of the hot tub to get in, Tom extended his arm so you could grab his hand. âBe careful.â
âThank you.â You couldnât help but smile.
âGod, I leave for two minutes and you two are already holding hands.â Chris snarked as he joined the two of you on the balcony. You and Tom both laughed as you walked down into the hot tub and let go of his hand. âWhatâs he got that I donât got?â Chris was fake sniffling as he climbed into the hot tub after Tom.
âOh, sweetie. I donât think you want to know the answer to that question.â You answered, finishing the beer in your hand.
âNow I really want to knowâ Chris replied, opening and handing you a second beer.
âAre you two always like this?â Tom laughed.
You and Chris looked at each other and answered âyeahâ at the same time.
After the three of you had spent about a half hour in the hot tub just talking and laughing, Tom cleared his throat. âThank you for this.â
âFor what?â you asked. He was sat between you and Chris, the three of you looking out at the beautiful snowy mountain view.
âChris, for inviting me. You, for having me. Both of you for forcing me to get out of my own head.â Tom answered.
âYou donât need to thank us.â Chris replied, slapping Tom on the shoulder.
âHeâs right, you know.â You smiled, looping your arm through his and leaning your head on his shoulder, looking back out at the view. âYouâre pretty great company if I do say so myself.â
âWell, if I canât thank you, at least let me share my appreciation of you both.â Tom replied, pressing a quick kiss to the top of your head.
âJust wait until the whole pack shows upâ Chris laughed. âItâs calm now, but youâre going to have plenty of distractions once the shenanigans start.â
âRemember, my room is the safe zoneâ you laughed. âNo kids, itâs off-limits during games, and itâs the only access to this balcony.â
âIâll keep that in mindâ Tom chuckled.
Chris looked over and saw you cuddled into Tomâs side. âWhy do I get the feeling youâre âappreciatingâ Y/n over there a lot more than you are meâ he teased.
You laughed and Tom looked over at Chris. âIf you wanted a snuggle, thatâs all you had to say.â
The three of you were all laughing, the lateness of the night sinking in. âIf I snuggle anyone Iâm going to fall asleep, and I have a feeling thatâs not the best idea in a hot tub.â He stood up and hopped over the side, almost slipping on the icy balcony floor.
âWhat time is everyone arriving tomorrow?â you asked, not moving from your spot at Tomâs side.
âWell, they always grab breakfast down at that old little diner after they land, so maybe 11?â Chris answered, wrapping himself in a towel.
âYou mean we actually get to sleep in?â you said with a bit of exaggerated shock.
âI donât think it counts as sleeping in if you donât go to bed until after the sun starts peaking over the mountains.â Tom teased you.
Chris laughed. âHey, weâll take it. Sleep is going to be a rare commodity around here for at least a few days.â He left the balcony and went back inside to warm up.
âI canât wait.â Tom said.
âMe either. I love when they come up here. Always makes this place feel more like home.â You shared, moving to get out of the hot tub.
âI think the chaos is something I miss when I donât get to spend time with my family.â Tom replied, once again grabbing your hand and making sure you made it safely out of the hot tub and onto the balcony. âI think having all of my nieces and nephews running around and the fact that there is always something cooking or bakingâŚItâs hard to feel alone.â
You handed Tom a large towel and wrapped another one around yourself. âWell, if thatâs your idea of a great time, youâre going to love your time with Chrisâ family. Theyâre love and chaos and great food with a dash of an extreme love of competition.â
Tom followed you back into the house. âWell, again. I appreciate that Iâm able to experience it.â
âMe tooâ you said, drying your hair a bit with your towel. âIt sounds like you needed a bit of an escape.â
âThatâs one way to put itâ Tom said, drying off.
âWell, if you need anything just come find me, okay?â You could hear Chris coming back up the stairs to your room.
âThank you, I will.â Tom replied, seeming to hesitate for a second. âIâve enjoyed spending time with you tonight. Or this morning, rather.â He laughed.
You couldnât help but smile as you threw your towel into the clothes hamper. You were a very confident person. You were proud of who you were, and you loved your curvy body, but all of a sudden you felt very naked standing there in your bikini. Tomâs genuine compliment and the way he confidently looked you up and down left you with goosebumps. âThe feeling is definitely mutual.â
âLet me know if I can help with anything. Preparations and such.â Tom mentioned as Chris walked in.
âDonât worry about that, Ma usually takes over when she gets here.â Chris laughed.
You shrugged. âTrueâ you added, both grateful for and irritated by the interruption. Â
âY/n, I checked that all of the doors were locked. Our trucks are both locked too. Iâm gonna pass out and shower when I wake up.â Chris let you know.
âThanksâ you replied. âIâll probably hop in the shower before I go to bed so that I can help your mom sort meals and such out when she gets here.â
âSweet. Iâm going to bed.â Chris interrupted himself with a yawn. âI will see both of you in a few hoursâ
As Chris headed back down a floor to his room, Tom cleared his throat. âI really donât mind helping.â
âYouâll eventually get roped into doing something, I promise.â You laughed.
Tom nodded and smiled. âWell then, Iâm going to go shower and sleep. Iâll see you in a bit.â
As Tom turned to walk down the stairs, you spoke. âTry to relax.â When he turned to look at you, you continued. âYou have nothing to worry about for two whole weeks. No schedule, no paparazzi, no expectationsâŚjust, let yourself enjoy it, okay?â
Tom smiled and nodded his head. He replied âI think I willâ before continuing down the stairs.
Instead of your alarm, you were woken up by Chris crawling into your bed. âY/n.â He was trying to wake you up gently. âY/n!â
âDid my alarm not go off?â you asked, rolling over and snuggling into Chris.
He chuckled, wrapping his arms around you. âI underestimated my motherâs planning. Turns out they got to the diner at 8 this morning and theyâre currently unloading the cabs downstairs.â
âWhat time is it?â you asked.
â9:30â Chris replied, the two of you hearing someone coming up the stairs.
âIâm going to need coffeeâ you mumbled.
Tom made it to the top of the stairs and saw you and Chris together in your bed. He tucked the thought away, making note to ask Chris about the two of you later. âNot a morning person?â he asked, laughing at your messy bed head and request for caffeine.
âI can be when I need to be, but we were awake and drinking on my balcony like four hours agoâ you replied.
âCan I make you some coffee?â Tom offered.
You rolled over and sat up sorting out your messy hair. âI can make it. I just need to get dressed.â
Chris rolled out of your bed, going to your closet. âBra, leggings, sweater, fuzzy socks.â Chris tossed your clothes onto your bed.
âYou know me so well.â You laughed, gathering your clothes and getting out of bed. âIâll be down in a few.â
âI think theyâre finished unloading, but Iâll go see if thereâs anything else they need help with.â Tom replied, heading downstairs.
âIâm offended that you two look like youâve just had 12 hours of beauty sleep.â You teased Chris, pulling your leggings on.
âI think youâre underestimating yourselfâ Chris said, turning to leave. âYouâve definitely caught someoneâs attention.â Chris had noticed the way Tom looked at the two of you cuddled up in your bed and planned on asking him about it later.
âWhatâs that supposed to mean?â you sleepily asked, but Chris was already gone.
You finished getting dressed in your long, oversized sweater and fuzzy socks and walked downstairs to greet Chrisâ family.
âY/n!â Chrisâ sisters greeted, pulling you each into a hug, the three of you quickly catching up.
Then came Scott, who practically tackled you. âBitch, it has been too long.â
âAgreed.â You replied, the two of you making plans to go get stuff for drinks tonight.
Youâd said a few hellos and given a few hugs to various other friends and family and eventually you made your way to the kitchen with Tom and Lisa, Chrisâ mom.
âOh, my dear, itâs so good to see you.â Lisa pulled you into a tight hug, kissing both of your cheeks. âI canât believe the boys showed up at three this morning!â
You laughed. âItâs good to see you too. And Chris warned me a few days ago that he would probably drive up after he finished filming.â
Looking over you saw Tom holding a mug of coffee out towards you. âFor me?â You reached out and took the mug from him.
âItâs the least I could do. Lisa told me how you take your coffee.â He answered, nodding towards Chrisâ mom.
You took a sip, humming to yourself. âThank you, this is perfect.â You pressed a quick kiss to Tomâs cheek before hearing Chrisâ niece call for you.
âIn the kitchen, sweetieâ you called back out, walking towards where you heard her call from.
As the adults started getting settled into their rooms, the kids were all starting to crash from the hectic morning theyâd had.
âLetâs watch a movie in the den, guys.â You suggested, grabbing blankets and pillows and throwing them on the couches and floor so that the kids would spread out and nap.
âWhat are we gonna watch?â one of his nephews asked.
âWell, weâve got Goosebumps, weâve got School of Rock, and weâve got Bedtime Stories.â You read the movies aloud, with the kids all picking Goosebumps. About 15 minutes in, all of you were asleep in various places in the room.
Scott, Chris, and Tom were bundled up in their jackets talking on the back porch as Chris set up your grill and got it ready to use.
âSo how long have you guys known Y/n?â Tom asked.
âOh, god. Itâs beenâŚI donât even know. Itâs been years.â Chris thought about how long you guys had been friends.
âChris met Y/n one day in New York. She was there for a book project or something and Chris had ducked inside her apartment building to get away from paparazzi.â Scott laughed, remembering Chris tell him the story.
Chris let out a big laugh. âShe was getting ready to walk out and I practically ran into her. When she realized why I so rudely shoved my way into the building, she asked me âDo you want to do something very immature but totally worth it?â I had to, right?â
Scott continued the story. âShe led him up to her apartment and ran inside. Chris just waited at the door wondering what heâd gotten himself into when she popped back out, holding a box of water balloons.â
Tom laughed. âOh, please tell me you threw them at the paparazzi.â
âThey did. They filled a bin full of them and went to the roof.â Scott replied.
âI have never made a friend so quickly in my lifeâ Chris said. âWe got through about half of the bin before they left. Even better, they never got a picture of me throwing the balloons. The tabloids alluded to the fact that it was me, but we never officially got caught.â
âI donât know if she adopted us or if we adopted her, but sheâs been family ever since.â Scott added.
âEither way, sheâs the best kind of people.â Chris said, closing the lid on the grill.
âI can see that.â Tom replied. After a short pause, he continued. âHave you two everâŚdated?â
Chris grinned, remembering how Tom had looked at the two of you cuddled up in your bed. âNah, sheâs one of my best friends. Possibly my actual best friend.â he answered, sitting down next to the other two guys.
âEven though Iâm sure ma would love it if you two got together.â Scott laughed.
âI think ma just wants both of us to settle down and have kids like the girls did.â Chris replied. âShe treats Y/n like a daughter.â
Scott looked back at Tom. âWhy the interest in Y/nâs dating life, huh?â he teased him.
âJust curiousâ Tom answered with straightest face he could manage.
âI donât knowâ Chris continued, continuing to tease Tom. âYou two looked awfully cozy last night.â
Tomâs cheeks blushed a bit before he could answer. âIf a beautiful woman laid her head on your shoulder, what would you have done?â
âFair point.â Chris laughed. âSheâs single, you knowâ he added.
âShe isâ Scott echoed, smirking. âAnd I have a date to go shopping with her if you want me to see if sheâs interested.â
âLetâs not get ahead of ourselvesâ Tom replied, failing miserably at hiding his grin.
âNo rushâ Scott answered, putting his hands up. âIâm just sayingâŚâ
âGive him a breakâ Chris interrupted. âHeâs got two weeks to see where things go.â
âTrueâ Scott replied.

Smitten - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader
Filming sex scenes wasnât the easiest task. There are weird nude undergarments or socks or tape or sometimes just a nude co-starâŚWith Tom, though? There were nerves and feelings and a deep down hope that he couldnât tell that you were incredibly turned on as he mimed fucking you twelve ways to Sunday.
âCut! Thatâs a wrap on today. Great work guys!â the director called.
Tom collapsed onto your chest, laughing as the tension left his body. âThese never get easier.â
âI donât knowâ you teased, playing with his hair as everyone left the set so you two could leave the bed with some of your dignity. âItâs a lot easier with you.â
Tom held himself up on his elbows. âDonât tell me your past romantic co-stars have been less than gentlemanly.â
âNot all of them.â You shrugged. Being a âlarger than the Hollywood standardâ actress had put you in someâŚnot very flattering roles in the start of your career. Sure, now you were the romantic lead with a conventionally attractive male actor, but lets just say youâve dealt with a lot to get here.
âWell, I hope you know you deserved better.â Tom kissed the back of one of your hands, rolling off of you.
âComing from you, I may actually believe it.â You laughed, gathering the sheet around you as you left the bed, grabbed your robe, and started walking towards your trailer.
The two of you filmed the movieâŚWhere youâd usually fall asleep in one of your two trailers watching other moviesâŚ
The two of you attended interviewsâŚWhere Tom would almost always defer to you and even stuck up for you when a few interviewers were borderline sexist or would comment on your appearanceâŚ
The two of you even walked a few red carpets togetherâŚTomâs hand always placed at your middle or  on your hip or in one of your hands...
He invited you out to eat with him before or after any shindig the two of you went toâŚ
Heâd walk you to your hotel rooms with kisses left on your cheeksâŚ
Heâd even tried to convince you to spend the week before the premiere in London with himâŚ
In your mind, Tom was just too nice. He was nice to everybody. It all seemed very friendlyâŚUntilâŚ
You hadnât been watching the interviews as theyâd been posted. Some interviews you did together with Tom and others youâd been split up and put with other actors from the movie.
Your phone pingedâŚ
*best friend* - HAVE YOU SEEN TOM ON FALLON?!?
Before you could reply, your phone started blowing up.
You scrolled through the texts until you saw Tomâs
Tom â Darling, I hope you know how much you mean to me. Regardless of what your answer is, Iâd never want to lose your friendship. Itâs not every day you get to work with one so incredibly kind and thoughtful and talented and beautiful andâŚevery moment Iâve spent with you has been a privilege. Please put me out of my misery and let me know youâll at least let me see you again.
âWhat the fuck?â you asked yourself, opening your laptop and googling âTom Hiddleston and Jimmy Fallonâ
You saw that the Fallon YouTube channel had just posted Tomâs segment of tonightâs episodeâŚ
âHow are you doing, buddy?â Fallon asked, pulling Tom into a tight hug.
âIâm doing incredibly well at the moment, actually.â Tom answered, sharing that the movie you two had filmed together had done extremely well on its opening weekend just a few days earlier.
âI know! It was amazing. Iâve seen it twice!â Fallon replied, always enthusiastic.
âIâm so glad you liked it. Y/n is incredible, right?â Tom turned to the audience, loving that they cheered when he brought you up.
âOh my god, you two are so good together. I kind of thought maybe you two wereâŚyou knowâŚâ Fallon waggled his eyebrows suggestively.
Tom threw his head back laughing, fidgeting with his tie and avoiding looking into the audience.
âCome on, you canât tell me you two donât have SOME sort of real chemistry. I saw the movie.â Fallon gave Tom a look like *Donât lie*
âWell, perhaps weâre just incredible actors and youâre simply complimenting our craft.â Tom shrugged, trying to look anywhere but at Jimmy.
âWell, yes. The acting in the movie is amazing, but I donât think that accounts for this.â Jimmy turned and pointed to the screen. It was a series of clips pulled from Tomâs interviews where all he did was gush about you.
âI missed being home, but itâs hard for anyone to stay upset when theyâre around Y/n. She just lifts the mood in any room sheâs in. You could say she makes anywhere feel a bit like home.â Tom had answered when a woman asked him if it was hard being on site away from home for 5 months.
When another interviewer asked Tom what his favorite line in the movie was, he answered, quoting one of your lines. âWhen she delivered it for the first time, it kind of took my breath away. I felt very unprofessional. I had to apologize and ask to start over. I couldnât remember what I was supposed to say next. She tends to have that effect on me.â Tom laughed, a slight blush on his cheeks.
The final clip was one of an interviewer simply asking Tom how his day had gone. âI feel all out of sorts, if Iâm being honest. Y/n isnât here today because she woke up not feeling the best and with Covid still being an issue, she didnât want to risk getting anyone else sick.â Tom answered with a sad smile on his face. When the interviewer shared that they hoped you would be okay and feel better soon, Tom answered with âIâll make sure to pass on your sentiments when I bring her food later on.â
âCOME ON!â Fallon laughed, throwing his arms up.
âI know, I know. Iâm not very good at hiding how I feel, I guess.â Tom admitted, leaning back against the couch and laying his arm across the top. The crowd went wild.
âSo, you admit it! Are you two together?!â Fallon asked, sitting on the edge of his seat.
âUnfortunately, not.â Tom answered, ducking his head as his cheeks flushed.
âWhy?!â Jimmy asked. âYouâre clearly smitten!â
âHey, itâs not my fault!â Tom rebutted, looking to the audience for support. âIâve tried!â
âAww, now I feel bad for bringing it up.â Fallon chuckled and looked at the audience as they collectively âawwâed. âHow could anyone turn down this?!â He gestured towards Tom as the audience cheered.
âWell, if Iâm to be completely honest I guess I havenât actually TOLD her how I feel.â Tom confessed.
âWait, what do you mean?â Jimmy paused.
âWell, I thought sheâd catch on. I assume she has.â Tom laughed, fidgeting in his seat. âIâm pretty sure everyone else that knows the two of us can tell Iâve fallen completely head over heels for her.â
âTom, Tom, Tom.â Jimmy shook his head.
âWhat?â Tom asked, nervous about what the answer would be.
âIâm sorry to have to tell you this, but I think you may just be horrible at flirting.â Fallon said with a straight face, the audience busting up laughing after.
âDo you think?â Tom replied, eyes gone wide in exaggerated surprise.
âI mean, I think youâre just so nice.â Jimmy laughed, trying to stay seriousâŚâthat everyone thinks youâre flirting with themâŚWhich means, when youâre trying to flirt it just blends in.â Â
âWell, how would you suggest I stand out then?â Tom asked, putting his elbow on his knee and leaning his chin on his fist like he was really paying attention.
âI meanâŚâ Fallon slowly pointed towards the camera. âYou gotta shoot your shot, right?â
The audience went wild at the suggestion. âOh, dear.â
âI can scrap this and we can just talk about the movie.â Jimmy offered, making sure Tom knew that none of this had to go on the air.
âI mean, if itâs truly that obvious to everyone what have I got to lose, right?â Tom answered.
âThatâs what we like to hear!â Jimmy cheered with the audience.
âWellâŚY/n.â Tom paused, a soft smile on his face. âI donât quite know where to start. I feel as though I may have been remiss by not just telling you how I feel. The consequence of such is that now Iâm doing it in front of all of these people *gestures to the audience*âŚand Iâm sure youâre laughing at how red Iâve gone and how flustered I am so Iâm going to get to the point. Darling, youâre an incredible woman. I could list a million reasons why, but hopefully later youâll give me the time to tell you them in person. What I really want to tell you now is that you make me happy. You inspire me. You make me want to be the best version of myself and you even make me believe I can achieve it. Iâd be honored if youâd give me a chance.â
Fallon had tears in his eyes and most of the audience did, as well. âIâŚThat was so beautiful. I think we need to go to a commercial break.â He was all choked up and stood to give Tom a hug.
You pulled up Tomâs text, your fingers hovering over the keyboard. âAre you still in New York?â you text him. The two of you were there for interviews. You were even staying in the same hotel.
âI am.â He text back, but the âtypingâ bubble stayed. âDid you watch it?â
âI did.â You answered. âCome over?â
You saw the âtypingâ bubble pop up and then disappear a few times. Instead of a text, you heard a knock at your hotel door.
âSo?â Tom asked when you opened the door. He looked nervous, a look you didnât often see from him. He had his glasses on and his hair was an adorable mess. He was even already dressed in his night clothes.
You didnât answer. Instead, you stepped forward and placed your hands on each side of his face, pulling his lips gently to yours. He quickly reciprocated, his hands finding your hips as he walked you backwards into your hotel room.
âAnd to think, I could have been doing that for a whole year already.â You teased him, connecting your lips again.
âDonât worry, my sweet.â Tom answered, pressing kisses across your cheek and down your neck. His lips paused at the shell of your ear and his voice dropped. âIt just means weâve got a lot of catching up to do.â

Dark Queen, Bright King - Tom Hiddleston x Emo/Alt Reader
You and Tom were different. At your core you shared many interests and values as well as your playful natures and senses of humor, but if someone were to see you walking down the street together, they might have a few questions.
âWhat are you going to wear on the show?â you asked your now husband. You and Tom had been married for nearly a month after dating for about two years and he had finally convinced you to let him introduce you to the world.
âI donât know, actually.â Tom sat down on the couch next to you and pulled you into his side. âI canât decide between wearing the most colorfully obnoxious outfit I could get away with or pulling a Ragnarok and wearing head to toe black.â
You laughed, dragging your finger up and down Tomâs thigh. âI canât lie, the black-on-black suit does make me feel a wayâŚâ
âOf course, you pick the black suit.â Tom teased, pulling you into a heated kiss as your fingers trailed dangerously close to his manhood.
You turned to straddle Tomâs lap, slowly unbuttoning his shirt. His hands couldnât stay still, moving from your legs to your ass to your waist. âI didnât pick the black suit.â You said, leaning forward to press kisses across his jaw and down his neck. âI think you should wear one of your stunning bright suits.â
âBut you saidâŚâ Tom tried to reply, already having a hard time staying on topic.
âI said it makes me feel a way.â You pushed Tomâs shirt down his arms and ran your hands slowly up his torso.  âWhat youâre forgettingâŚâ you pulled your shirt over your head to reveal a black lace bra, âis that youâre always making me fall further and more in love with you just by being you.â
Tom pulled you tighter to him, pressing sloppy kisses to your breasts. âGod, I love you.â
The two of you could never keep your hands off of each other. This was the second time TODAY youâd made love. Slowly. Lazily. Just happy to be in each otherâs embrace.
As you laid against his chest, still on the couch, and let your breathing slow back to normal you looked up at your husband. âI fell in love with you exactly as you are.â You traced invisible patterns softly into Tomâs chest with your fingertip. âI love how bold and bright and charismatic you are. I love that you like classical music and how excited you get when people ask you questions about Shakespeare and that youâre always the most polite person in the room. I wouldnât change a thing about you.â
You could feel a laugh rumble in Tomâs chest. He pulled your hand to his lips and gently kissed it. âIâm ever grateful for that.â Tom twirled a piece of your hair between his fingers as he spoke. âI wouldnât change a thing about you, either. I canât wait to tell the world how much I love you.â
âHow are you going to break the news that the actor behind everyoneâs favorite trickster has finally settled down?â
âYouâll have to wait and see.â Tom smirked.
The two of you had met on a Broadway show set. You were in charge of make-up and costume design, and youâd hit it off with Tom straight away.
At first, he found you intriguing. Your style spectrum went from absolute tomboy to fitted dresses, but the color black was the common denominator. You had various tattoos sprawled across your skin and there really was no way to know what color hair youâd show up with the following day. He loved how sure of yourself you were and how little you worried over what those around you may or may not be thinking.
Little did he know, you thought the same of him. First, he was the most attractive person in the room whether he was wearing a ten-thousand-dollar suit or a pair of black joggers and a t-shirt. He always commanded the room with his bright disposition and youâd never once seen him have a diva moment. He was intelligentâŚnot only with information, but emotionally.
One day after a show, while you were gently removing his stage make-up, he kept smiling up at you.
âWhatâs got you so happy?â you asked.
âWell, weâve got a week break. First real break weâve had since the show started.â His answer made sense, but you noticed his cheeks were blushing.
âYou get a whole week without having to deal with me smearing things all over your faceâ you teased, throwing the make-up remover wipes away.
Tom cleared his throat. âI was actually hoping we could make plans?â He reached out and grabbed one of your hands in both of his.
It took you a second to realize he was being serious. âIs Mr. polite and proper asking me on a date?â
Tom laughed, ducking his head. âThat depends on whether or not Ms. dark and spooky is willing to give Mr. polite and proper a chance.â
The two of you ended up spending the entire week together. You talked about film scores and music. Horror movie classics and period pieces. Your favorite projects that youâve worked on. Friends and family. Even though the two of you looked so different, you fit perfectly into each otherâs lives. That brought you to this moment, with your husband about to tell the world about your existence.
The Graham Norton show is filmed on a Thursday and aired on a Friday. You were surprised that no one had leaked the news between filming and airing.
âWelcome to the show TOM HIDDLESTON!â The audience, as usual, went wild. Graham always loved teasing Tom and making him blush, so when Tom reached out to let Graham know he wanted to announce something important and that he wanted to do it on the show, Graham booked it immediately.
âWelcome back, Tom.â
âThanks for having meâ Tom answered, greeting everyone else on the couch with him including Eddie Redmayne and Kenneth Branagh.
They talked for a minute about Tomâs latest projects and such.
âSo, Tom. I hear youâve had a lot of big things happen this year?â Graham was genuinely curious what Tom was going to announce.
âThat I have.â Tom replied, looking to be thinking about them. âI mean, oneâŚI bought a house outside of London.â
âWonderful, wonderful. What else?â Graham continued.
âOh, I also experienced my first mosh pitâ he said so casually.
âYou did what, dear?â Kenneth interjected.
âWhy wasnât I invited to this?â Eddie asked, laughing at everyoneâs reaction. Eddie obviously already knew what Tom was going to announce as him and Tom had been friends since they were teenagers. Eddie was at the wedding, even.
âHold up! Hold up.â Graham said, waving his arms. âHow on Godâs green earth did you end up in a mosh pit?â
âWell, thankfully I didnât end up IN it. For my first go, I just stood very very close to it.â Tom explained, making the room laugh.
Kenneth turned to Tom. âWhy were you anywhere near it?â
âWell, my wife had been asking me to go to one ofâŚâ Tom started explaining.
Graham did a dramatic double take before reaching out and grabbing Tomâs arm, interrupting his story. âDid you say your wife?â
âYes, my wife y/n. She loves this band Bring Me The Horizon, and her friend couldnât make it to the show so she asked me if I would go with her.â Tom had the biggest smile on his face, finally being able to talk about you.
âScrew the mosh pit and the house near London, I want to hear about your wife!â Graham pushed.
âWell, I guess the biggest thing that happened this year was that I married the love of my life.â Tom blushed, looking back at the screen. He had given the production team a few photos to show.
On screen first was a photo from your wedding. You were in a beautiful, gothy, black, long-sleeve, plunge neckline, lace dress and Tom was in an amazing dark red suit with a black shirt.
âYou two look incredible.â Graham complimented, watching the photo change.
âThank you, sheâs a million times cooler than I am.â Tom laughed. âBut for some reason she agreed to spend the rest of her life with me.â
The second photo was a candid photo from the greenroom where you met. You were concentrating on getting Tomâs stage make-up perfect and he was just staring at you, adoration clear on his face.
âAs you can see, I was smitten.â Tom pointed out.
âIs that how you met?â Graham asked. Tom told the story and explained how long the two of you had been dating, then engaged, and then married.
âIâm surprised you were able to keep it private for so longâ Graham commented.
As the final photo came up, Tom started explaining. âThis is a photo of Y/n at one of my family gatherings.â It was a photo of you on the living room floor with his nieces and nephews. You were laying on your stomach and painting all of the kidâs nails. âWe had only been together for a little over a month I believe. We had just concluded the show where we met, and I asked her to come to London with me. She was so nervous.â
âWell, it looks like she had no reason to worry.â Graham said.
âNot at all. The kids never left her side.â Tom replied, smiling as he looked at the photo. âEveryone loved her. Everyone that meets her loves her, to be honest.â
âWell, when sheâs ready youâll have to bring her on the show.â Graham suggested.
âI think having you two in a room together would be dangerous.â Tom laughed.
âWhatever could you mean?â Graham tried to act innocent, and Tom just raised his eyebrows and gave him a *you know what you did* look. âFine, no fanfiction involved. Honest to God.â
Everyone laughed and the show moved onto Kenneth after Tom received many congratulations.

Your job on set was to cast extras. While you were present daily, you honestly only had to meet with Taika once or twice a day to make sure the next dayâs cast extras were ready. You two fell into an easy rhythm working together and he started asking for your opinion on some other aspects of the set. One late afternoon, after an incredibly chaotic day of filming, Taika decided that he was going to scrap the entire scene and start it over.
He pulled out his phone and sent a text to you, Tom, and Chris. âToday can suck it. Iâve just watched the dailies, and something just isnât right about that scene. Meet at mine in 30 so we can get ahead of it.â A few seconds later he added, âAnd for the love of God, someone bring some tequila.â
You laughed at his text, jogging to the trailer you shared with the other casting director. You changed into a pair of shorts and a baggy t-shirt and grabbed your keys and wallet. You jumped in your car so you could make a quick trip to the Starbucks down the street since it appeared it was going to be a long night.
âOne Venti iced coffee with milk and 1 sugar, one Grande Americano hot with cream and 2 sugars, one Venti hot latte with vanilla, and one Venti hot water with two earl gray tea bags and four sugars on the side. Can I also get one of the small kidâs milk boxes?â You heard the barista repeat your order back and pulled forward and paid.
When you got to Taikaâs trailer, Tom and Chris were already there.
âOh, bless youâ Taika thanked you, taking the Latte from you.
âYouâre the bestâ Chris said, taking the lid off of the Americano so it would cool off a bit. Â
âTom, I grabbed you tea.â You handed him the hot water and two tea bags, setting the sugars and milk next to him so he could make it to his liking.
âYouâre too kindâ Tom graciously took the hot water from you, noting that you grabbed his favorite kind of tea.
In Taikaâs trailer there was a table with a bench on each side. Chris and Tom were sat on one side, leaving a space for you to sit next to Taika.
âAnyone grab the tequila?â you laughed, dropping your keys and wallet on Taikaâs counter and sitting at the table with your iced coffee.
Taika grabbed the bottle and sat it down in front of you. âYouâre already two swigs behind, love.â
âBullshitâ you laughed. âProve it. Where are the shot glasses?â
âI said swigs, not shotsâ Taika smirked. âWe donât have shot glasses.â
âLook at how much is missing from that bottle. I just bought it.â Hemsworth backed Taika up.
You looked at Tom, knowing he would be honest with you.
âHey, you trust Tom more than me?â Taika pretended to be offended.
âTom always looks out for everybody. I donât think heâd let me get two shots drunker than you fools.â You teased Taika, poking his side and sticking your tongue out at him.
âWatchâ Taika said, putting his arm around your shoulders and looking towards Tom. âHow many swigs did we all take?â
Tom laughed, âIâm sorry darling, but heâs telling you the truth.â Â
âFine, fine.â You opened the bottle and took three swigs, handing it to Taika. âCatch up, then.â
Tom started thinking about the compliment you had given him as he took his third swig of Tequila. He felt flattered that you felt that way, but it also reminded him of one of the notes he had found stuck to his trailer door.
âOkay, we need to re-block this whole scene. It just did not translate from script to screenâŚâ The four of you worked on a few line changes and mapped out a better way to execute the scene for over two hours.
There was a bit of dialogue that Taika felt was getting lost that he really just didnât want to let go of. âWe may just have to mess with this tomorrow while weâre filming.â
âOr you could have Loki say it instead of Thor.â You suggested.
âCould do.â You could tell that Taika was thinking it over.
âHere you have Thor immediately going into another hard-hitting lineâ you explained. âIf that line comes from Loki, it makes it less likely to get lost.â
âI think that will fix this problem tooâ Chris started underlining other parts of the dialogue.
âWhat do you think?â Taika looked at Tom.
âI mean, I personally think Loki has already evolved enough at that point in the script that it suits him quite nicely.â Tom explained in a way only Tom can explain.
âI agreeâ you said. âYou guys make Loki grow quite a bit in this film and as usual, Tom is hitting it out of the park. Iâm 100% confident he will have conveyed that message to the audience by this point.â
âThank you for your vote of confidence.â Again, Tom was flattered. However, he was growing more and more suspicious that you were Casper.
âAlwaysâ you replied, smiling at Tom as you finished your coffee.
âLet me type this up and we can table read it.â Taika grabbed the papers and went to the other side of the trailer where his computer was set up.
âWhile you do that, Iâm going to steal your restroom for a moment.â Chris stood, throwing his empty coffee cup away and closing the bathroom door. Chris joined Taika a moment later.
âY/n?â Tom said, kind of quietly.
âWhatâs up?â Your elbows were resting on the table with your chin sat on your hands.
âCan I ask you something?â Tom didnât want to bring it up in front of anyone. He didnât want the notes to stop, but he had to know.
Tom looked a bit serious, but you didnât know why. âOf course.â
âAre youâŚâ He stopped, reaching his hand into his back pocket to retrieve his wallet. âIs this you?â
Your eyes went wide as Tom pulled a small stack of pink sticky notes out of his wallet, laying them down next to each other. There must have been 10 of them in total. You were touched that he actually kept them. Sometimes you felt silly leaving them for people not knowing if they appreciated them. You tried to play it off, laughing. âI thought those were from Taika?â
He pointed at one of them, reading it quietly. âI tried the tea you always drink. I donât think it could ever replace my love of coffee, but I wanted you to know it pairs well with a good book.â He pointed to another note. âI know you paid for everyone to Uber home after our last night out. I just wanted to tell you I appreciate you. Thank you for always looking out for us.â You could feel his eyes on you as he moved his hand to a third note. âI envy your ability to capture a room. Youâve got an amazing knack for making those watching you feel whatever emotion youâre trying to convey.â When Tomâs hand moved to the fourth note, you heard Taikaâs printer turn on.
âPut them awayâ you said, trying to stack them quickly. Chris started walking towards you and you grabbed the small stack you had gathered and put them in your pocket.
Tom put the rest back in his wallet. âWhat do you think?â he asked Taika about the changes he had made.
âI think tomorrow is going to be a lot fuckinâ better.â He passed the printed copies around after joining the two of you back at the table.
Tomâs line went over great, and the dialogue flowed much more smoothly. All of the other changes made the scene feel more natural. When Taika called it a night, Chris laid down on the couch refusing to go back to his own trailer.
âCan I walk you to yours?â Tom asked as you stepped out of Taikaâs trailer.
The two of you walked back to your trailer in comfortable silence, tired and a little drunk. When you got to the door, you turned around and pulled the pink notes out of your pocket.
âPlease donât tell anyone?â You placed the notes in Tomâs hand.
âI didnât plan on itâ he replied, tucking them neatly back into his wallet.
âI feel silly now that someone knows it was me. Why did you keep them?â You had to ask. You assumed, at most, that people read them, smiled, and threw them away.
âHmmâŚâ Tom laughed humorlessly, his eyes focused on his wallet. âI think youâre doing a lot more than you realize when you leave your âsillyâ little notes.â
His response caught you off guard. He almost soundedâŚsad? Serious?
âY/n, Iâve had to work with actors and crew that have made filming a project miserable. Whether they were rude or critical or just an absolute diva, there is always someone to bring the room down.â He put his wallet away and looked you in the eyes. âI wish you knew how many of us have kept these notes. Taika has them in the glovebox of his car. The catwalk above the set is covered in notes youâve left the crew. Theyâre stuck all over the mirrors in the make-up trailer so that the cast sees them first thing in the morning.â
Your eyes went wide. âWhat?â
Tom put his hands on each of your arms as if to ensure you were paying attention. âAn encouraging word or a genuine compliment can change someoneâs entire day, y/n. You have no way of knowing what life has dealt any of these people. They could be depressed or stressed out or wishing they hadnât woken up that morningâŚand all of a sudden they receive a tiny bit of kindness from someone and it makes it that much easier to get through another day. Maybe even with a smile on their face.â
Tom wore a soft smile and even though you felt a bit overwhelmed, you couldnât help but smile back. âThank you for telling me that.â You moved towards him, pulling him into a tight hug.
âPlease donât forget it.â Tom pulled back a bit and pressed a quick kiss to your cheek. âI hope you get a good nightâs sleep.â
âYou, too.â You watched Tom walk away before slipping into your shared trailer.
Over the next few weeks, Tom had left you multiple green sticky notes with compliments written on them.
âYou looked stunning yesterdayâ
âThank you for still being a good listener when I go on rants about things you couldnât care less aboutâ
âTaika was bragging about you to someone on the phone. I just wanted you to know. I know sometimes you hesitate to suggest your ideas, but you shouldnât.â
âI appreciate how much time you spend making this a better set to work on.â
âYou are an incredible friend.â
Youâd find at least one note a day and for every note he left you, youâd leave one for him. The two of you got quite a bit closer after he found out about your secret. Youâd spend breaks on set together and often times wound up back in Taikaâs trailer with him and Chris. You cuddled and flirted and shared more than a few loving glances, but you never went any further. It felt like it was turning into something more, but Tom was such a gentleman you couldnât tell.
The note you found this morning, however, completely caught you off guard. The filming was almost done and everyoneâs time on set was almost over. You had just sat down next to the directorâs chair and opened your laptop. There, stuck to the screen, was a green sticky note. âDarling, would you please be mine?â
You looked up at Tom on stage only to find him already looking at you. He lifted his brow and tilted his head, waiting for your response. You couldnât help but smile as you nodded âyesâ.
Taika looked between you, noticing the interaction and intentionally teasing you. âOi, whatâs this then?â
Tom turned, trying to hide his grin by talking to Chris. You closed your laptop to hide the sticky note.
âNah, I saw you two. Donât pretend like Iâm crazy.â Taika was still looking back and forth between you and Tom.
âMaybe youâre still drunk from last nightâ you teased, putting your laptop in its bag so you could retrieve the note later.
âOh, sure.â He dropped it, knowing heâd bring it up tonight when you all gathered in his trailer.
The rest of the filming flew by crazy fast. You and Tom had decided that you would go stay with him in New York until the press junkets and interviews started. When the premier rolled around, you two were already publicly dating so you got to escort him down the red carpet. It had been just over a year since the two of you had started dating.
As the credits for the film started rolling, you felt like you were walking down memory lane. So many people go into making movies of this scale and watching all of the names roll by, one by one, really puts that into perspective. Youâd met almost all of these people and worked closely with quite a few of them. As the credits came to an end, you saw that Taika had added an extra credit.
The last few âSPECIAL THANKSâ credits were in order as listedâŚ
âThe filmmakers acknowledge the assistance of the New Zealand Governmentâs Screen Production Grantâ
âThe filmmakers would like to acknowledge the Yugambeh and Bundjalung Peoples of Australiaâ
âThe director would like to thank âCasperâ, Ragnarokâs own personal friendly ghostâ
It had been a year since youâd written one of those notes and it caught you off guard. Tom put his arm around your shoulders, pressing a kiss to your temple. âI told you.â
You and Tom mingled amongst your friends at the after party. Taika was flying. He was so happy with how it turned out and grateful for such a positive response. Everyone in the cast was telling stories from filming and catching up with their friends. By the time you two got back to your hotel room, you were blissfully tipsy and exhausted. You slipped out of your dress and threw on a baggy t-shirt before washing your face and getting ready for bed. When you left the bathroom, you saw Tom sitting on the edge of the bed in his pajamas with a soft, warm smile gracing his beautiful face. He was wearing his glasses and his hair was a mess and he could not have been more attractive if he tried.
âHow are you feeling?â he asked, pulling you to stand between his legs.
âPretty good. How about yourself?â you put your arms around his neck and pressed your lips to his.
âI think thereâs only one thing that could make me happier in this moment.â He answered.
You thought he was being a bit cheeky, so you replied with, âoh, yeah? I wonder what that could be.â
Tom reached behind him on the bed and pulled out a small box with a worn, green sticky note on top of it. He didnât say anything, letting you read it. It was the same note he had left stuck to your laptop screen. âDarling, would you please be mine?â Only now the word âforeverâ was written at the bottom.

The Nanny - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader - PART 2 (smut)
âHow long has this been going on?â Elsa asked, the two of you lounging on the couch while the kids were napping.
âI wasnât aware anything was going on until yesterdayâ you answered, blushing as you told Hemsworthâs wife about your plans to stay with Tom over the short break.
âWell, if you ask Chris heâll tell you heâs always known, but I was the first one to call it.â She gave you a smug look.
âWhy didnât anyone tell me?!â you threw your arms up. âWould have been nice to know I actually had a chance.â
âYou didnât tell me you fancied him!â Elsa laughed. You both heard India start scooting down the stairs one by one.
âDoesnât everybody?â you smirked, standing to go grab India. âHalf the time Iâm certain your husband has a crush on him.â
âOh, he does.â Elsa laughed, following you up the stairs.
You and Elsa got the kids fed and dressed so she could visit Chris with the kids on set.
âYou may as well bring your bag nowâ she suggested. âYou can just go home with him when heâs done filming.â
You took a deep breath, thinking through what you should even pack.
âAre you nervous?â she asked, telling India to put her shoes on.
âIâmâŚI donât know. This doesnât feel real.â You laughed, shaking your head.
âIâve been watching it happen for over a year, Y/n. Itâs real. Now, living with someone makes you privy to certain details about each other that you otherwise wouldnât knowâŚI donât snoop, but our laundry has crossed paths a few timesâŚso when I tell you to wear the black lace lingerie, take my advice.â She winked, going to put Indiaâs shoes on the correct feet.
When you all arrived at the set, the guys were in the middle of filming. You and Elsa sat back and watched them work through the choreography of a scene for about 20 minutes before a break was called.
âDo you mind watching the boys while I take India over to Chris?â Elsa asked.
âNot at allâ you smiled and waved her off. You were sat on a bench and the twins were sat on the floor at your feet, so they could play with their blocks.
When Chris saw Elsa, his face lit up like a childâs. He ran off of the sound stage to meet her halfway. You spotted Tom looking around the room until he made eye contact with you, smiling and waving. When he passed Elsa and Chris, Elsa pulled him into a hug. It was obvious she was talking about you because she literally pointed while Tom ducked his head like they were teasing him. Tom continued towards you, joining you on the bench by the boys. Â
âHow is filming going?â you asked, resting your hand on his thigh.
âToday has actually been a lot of funâ he answered, putting his arm around your shoulders. âI am, however, incredibly sore from all of the choreography. Weâve been shooting fight scenes all day and I think every bit of me has been whacked or stepped on at least once.â
You ran your hand up and down his thigh, looking up at him. âYou sound like you need a massage.â
âAre you offering, darling?â Tomâs voice sounded a tad husky and his eyes dropped to your lips for a split second.
âOh, I would love to get my hands on youâ you teased before he dipped down to press a slow, lingering kiss to your lips.
âCome on, boysâ Elsa called as she walked towards her twins.
Chris teased the two of you. âReally? In front of the children?â
âBe niceâ Elsa scolded him.
âOr what?â he laughed, throwing the boys blocks into their bag and picking up Sasha. Elsa turned and gave him a knowing look. Chris nodded and replied, âYes maâam.â
âYou are officially off dutyâ Elsa said, picking Tristan up.
You snuggled into Tomâs side a bit and sighed before hearing him say âIâll take good care of her, I promise.â
When it was time for Tom to head to the make-up trailer to get out of costume, he grabbed your hand and took you with him. When they removed his wig and handed him make-up wipes, you started pulling out the bobby pins and combing your fingers through his hair. Dragging your nails gently over his scalp had him practically purring in your hands. âBetter?â
âThat feels amazingâ he replied, his eyes shut and the make-up wipes forgotten.
âFinish upâ you said, kissing his temple and grabbing the dirty make-up wipes from him to throw them in the trash.
âEager, are we?â he teased, continuing to remove the stage make-up after the make-up artist left the trailer.
You watched him scrub the last bits of Loki away, a soft fond smile on your face. âFor you?â He turned to face you. âLetâs just say Iâve probably been thinking about it a lot longer than you have.â
Tom stood up and threw the rest of the dirty face wipes away. âI wouldnât be so sure.â
âI donât know, I think everyone fell in love with you in Thor.â You replied.
âIt doesnât count if I hadnât met you yet.â He laughed, gathering his things.
Picking up your bag, you turned to leave the trailer. âWe met like, what? A year later?â
âThat Christmas, actually.â Tom answered, following you out of the trailer. âYou had already moved in with Chris and Elsa. She was just starting to really show her baby bump.â
âThe party.â You said, nodding in agreement. âI remember. I felt like a massive fangirl when Chris introduced us.â
âFar from itâ Tom answered, pulling your bagâs strap off your shoulder to carry your bag. âFirst, you looked incredible. You had on black and burgundy and Iâm certain I spent an inappropriate amount of time looking at your ass.â
You laughed, remembering the dress. You felt like Morticia Addams with more cushion for the pushinâ.
âSecond, you were so confident. Every other person I met that night just wanted to talk about gossip or getting Botox or theyâd ask me to do an impersonation. You asked me questions. Meaningful questions. You actually had opinions of your own when I asked about your favorite writers and films and such.â
You could feel yourself falling more and more the longer he went on. âI didnât know you had such a high opinion of me.â You said, watching Tom put the bags in his car.
âAdmittedly, I should have told you sooner.â He replied, coming around the car to open your door for you. When he climbed into the driverâs seat and buckled up, he continued. âBut I am absolutely looking forward to making up for lost timeâ he said, leaning across the console to kiss you.
You stopped and grabbed food to take back to Tomâs. The two of you ate and had a few beers while lounging on his couch. It all felt veryâŚnormal? Comfortable. You were snuggled into his chest listening to him talk about how Hemsworth had broken three separate props today when you remembered what he had said about being sore.
When you went to pull away from Tom, he tightened his arm. âDarling, if youâre standing up to clean up the dinner mess, I will personally see to it that I find some way of punishing you during your stay.â You watched Tom lick his lips as he awaited your reply.
âWhile I know that I would enjoy every second of whatever you consider punishment, I was actually going to tell you to take your clothes off.â You smirked, watching his lips part and his eyes widen.
You stood and grabbed the trash from dinner, swaying your hips as you walked towards the kitchen trash can. âHey!â Tom laughed, sitting upright on the couch. âWere you just trying to distract me?â
You walked back in the room with a bottle of lotion in your hands. âWhy are you still dressed?â you teased him.
âIâd be at a disadvantage if I were the only one undressedâ he replied, slowly unbuttoning his shirt.
âDonât worry, youâll get me naked soon enoughâ you laughed, kneeling by the couch. âLose the pants and lay down on your stomach.â
âIâm never going to catch up if you keep spoiling me.â Tom stood and unbuttoned his jeans.
âWhat is that supposed to mean?â you asked, your eyes glued to Tomâs body.
Tom loved that you seemed to get just as distracted by him as he was by you. âY/n, youâre always the one taking care of everybody. Constantly.â He tossed his jeans to the side, standing in front of your kneeling form.
âWell, isnât that just the pot calling the kettle blackâ you said, patting the couch and telling him to lay down. After warming some lotion in your hands, you ran them slowly but firmly up Tomâs back. âTom, youâre always the first person to help.â Tom moaned, pressing his face into the cushion to quiet the noise. âYou are always checking on me or helping with the kids orâŚâ
âWell, Iâve been trying to show you how I feel, but itâs hard when you donât need anything, and you donât accept anyoneâs help.â Tom interrupted you. âOh, fuck meâ he moaned, turning and laughing into the cushion. You were working on a knot in his muscles near his shoulder and you just got it to loosen up. âItâs really hard to have a serious conversation while youâre eliciting very sexual noises from me.â
âIâm actually enjoying this.â You smirked, starting to work on another knot.
âWell, what Iâm trying to sayâŚ*moan*âŚis that I donât want you feeling like you HAVE to do anything for meâŚ*Oh god, whatever you just did felt amazing*âŚI want you to feel taken care of too.â Tomâs very heartfelt sentiment was spoken between groans, moans, and swear words.
âSweetheart, I do things for people because I want toâ you said, moving down his back towards his ass. âJust like you do and just like Elsa and Chris do. Itâs not a competition. Iâm not keeping score.â You were kneading your thumbs into Tomâs hip and thigh muscles.
Tom tried to sneakily adjust his growing issue between himself and the couch, but you saw. With your hands all over him, he was having a hard time not letting his mind wander. âIf thatâs true then you just have to accept that I want to do things for you too.â
âI think I can allow it.â You started working your way back up his thighs, when he reached back and grabbed one of your hands.
âThis feels incredible, but if you keep touching me, Iâm just going to get more and more turned on.â He turned to sit on the couch with a throw pillow covering his lap.
âAnd?â you said, still kneeling by the couch. You ran your hands up Tomâs thighs, your finger teasing at the band of his briefs.
Chucking the pillow to the floor, he leaned forward and pulled you into a rough kiss. âTake your clothes off.â
âGladly.â You stood, pulling your shirt off and unbuttoning your jeans. Turning around so that Tom got a great view, you bent over and slid your jeans down your legs. When you turned around, you saw Tom palming himself as his eyes took in the black lace bralette and thong.
âWherever you bought that setâŚweâre getting more of them.â Tom said, stripping off his last item of clothing before leaning forward and slipping his fingers into the waist of your thong. âYou look unbelievably sexy.â
Tom made you feel like a goddess. He dragged your panties down your legs, letting you step out of them. When he leaned back you saw just how endowed Tom was. He saw you lick your lips and smirked.
Leaning back on the couch with his legs spread, Tom patted his thighs and started stroking his manhood. âCome here, gorgeous. That is, if you can handle me.â
While you were slipping out of your bralette, you teased back. âAre you sure you can handle me?â
âSweetheart, I know that youâre a lot of womanâŚI know what Iâm getting myself intoâ he said, still admiring your body⌠âand I am going to lick, touch, or suck every part of you before you leave this apartment.â
Placing your knees on the outside of Tomâs legs, you straddled his lap, letting him pull you into a rough kiss. His hands found their way to your ass, and then your breasts, and then your hips as he pulled you tight against his torso. âThere is a condom in that drawerâ he pointed to the small table by the couch.
âIâm on birth controlâŚâ you said, waiting for his response.
âThen itâs up to youâ Tom answered, still wanting you to set that boundary.
You connected your lips in another kiss. âWe donât need it.â
Tom slid his hand between you two and ran the tip of his hardness up and down your dripping slit. âJesus Christ, Y/n.â Tom brought his wet fingers to his mouth and sucked them clean. âMmm, so sweet. Glad to know Iâve got you as hot and bothered as you have me.â
You dragged your tongue along Tomâs bottom lip, asking permission to deepen the kiss. When his tongue ran over yours you could taste yourself in the kiss.
âI canât wait anymore. Please.â You said, your hands roaming Tomâs perfect chest.
Tom pushed into you in one smooth motion, digging his fingers into your hips, âRide me.â
You put your hands on the back of the couch and started moving, feeling him move his hips in rhythm with you. âOh, fuckâ you moaned, throwing your head back.
Tom buried his face in your chest, sucking love marks into the tender skin there. âGod, you feel incredible.â
When Tom shifted a bit and hit your G spot, you could have sworn you saw stars. You grabbed his face and begged him to do it again.
Tom looked cocky, absolutely obsessed with making you fall apart. âLike this?â he said, roughly hitting the same spot a few times in a row.
âTom!â you moaned his name, your fingers finding their way into his hair as you crashed your lips against his.
Tom could feel you clenching around him, your legs starting to shake. âCan you cum for me, baby?â He was ready to burst, himself.
You couldnât form words. Your hands moved to your breasts, absentmindedly playing with your nipples as your orgasm built.
âYou look luscious, y/n.â Tom gripped your hips, holding you in place as he franticly thrusted into you. âIâm gonnaâŚâ
Tomâs snap into overdrive tipped you right over the edge. Your bodies glistened with sweat and Tomâs hair was mussed from your idle hands. As you came down from your temporary highs, Tom kept running his hands up and down your sides, kissing your temple and then your shoulder and then your cheek.
When he pulled out of you, you groaned and tucked your face into his neck.
âDonât worry, my sweet. Thereâs plenty more where that came from.â Tom held you against his chest, feeling both of your breathing level back out.
When you thought you could actually move again, you sat up and pulled him into a gentle kiss. âMmmâŚthank you.â You said against his lips.
âLetâs go get cleaned up, darling.â Tom held your hands as you stood.
âLead the way.â You smirked, waiting for Tom to walk ahead of you. When he did, you couldnât help but smack his amazing ass.
âIs that your way of telling me you want to be spanked?â Tom quipped, grabbing a stack of towels and taking them to the bathroom.
You laughed and then stood there thinking about what he had asked. *mmm Tomâs hands* *I mean, he did tell me he would punish me for cleaning up dinner* *Oh god, thinking about him being rough is turning me on all over again*
You were thinking it through when he popped his head back around the corner. âMight I suggest you have your dirty thoughts in the shower so we donât run out of hot water.â
You shook your head, ending your daydream and looking at the adorable face staring back at you. You walked towards him, going on your tip-toes to give him a quick kiss. âSpanking is a yes.â
Tom laughed, walking with you to the shower. âWe should probably try a bit of everything, if Iâm being honest. Itâs good to try new things.â
Your eyes went wide. âYou only have two days off work.â
Tom pulled you to his chest, under the water. âMy sweet, weâve got the rest of our lives.â

The Nanny - Tom Hiddleston x Curvy Reader
âPapa!â India ran towards her father, Chris Hemsworth.
Hemsworth picked her up, looking around for whoever had the other two. When he spotted you, he waved and laughed seeing both boys clung to you. You had one on each hip. A big perk of being curvy is that it makes it a lot easier to tote the little ones around.
It was rare that him and his wife, Elsa, both had projects going on at the same time, but when it did happen, they had a close friend nanny the children near one of the projects. With the twins being a year old and able to be away from their mother for a short time, Elsa reluctantly took a month-long job where she would be doing quite a lot of traveling. Chris put her worries at ease and told her she had put her own career on hold quite a lot for their family. You had met the couple back when you nannied for their manager. When they had India, you helped them navigate having a child while working in Hollywood. When the twins arrived, you once again moved in with the family and helped smooth the hectic schedule involved in being a parent to three kiddos while working in such a high-demand and publicized job.
âIndia, I told you to wait for meâ you gently scolded the young girl.
ââŚbut I saw papa n unca Tomâ she replied, hiding her face in her fatherâs neck.
âIndia, you know you need to listen to Y/n. She just wants you to be safeâ Hemsworth said, rubbing her back with his hand.
ââŚm sorryâ she said, peeking her face out and smiling at you.
âThank youâ you replied.
âYou look like youâve got your hands fullâ Tom said, a soft smile on his face as he looked at the two boys sitting on your hips. âI think weâre done for the dayâ he added, gaining the attention of Tristan, one of the twin boys.
Tristan reached out a hand, making grabby gestures towards Tom. âLooks like youâre about to have your hands fullâ you quipped, safely passing the 1 year old to Tom who happily took him into his arms.
âHey, buddyâ Tom said, smiling as the young boy gently played with the wig he was wearing. Tom was great with everyoneâs kids. It kind of made you wonder why he hadnât had any of his own.
Hemsworth spoke to India, bouncing her up and down. âPapa and uncle Tom need to go get out of our costumes and then we can all go home and eat. Does that sound okay?â Chris was talking to India, but he looked at you and Tom as well just wanting to confirm that this plan worked for everyone and making sure Tom knew he was welcome to join.
âSounds wonderfulâ Tom replied.
âIndia, why donât we go get dinner started for everybody. I could use some help.â You knew that India LOVED to help cook.
âYour papa takes a lot longer than me to get readyâŚâ Tom teased, making Hemsworth laugh. âSo why donât you let me walk you back to the car with Y/n so he can get a head start?â
India started squirming, wanting her dad to put her down. âMake sure you hold uncle Tomâs hand the whole way.â
When you got back to the car, you put Sasha in the first child safety seat and turned to grab Tristan from Tom. âThank you for walking them back with meâ, you smiled up at your always generous friend.
âNo need to thank meâ he said, passing off the second boy. âYouâre incredible with them, but I know it has to be a lot of work.â
Strapping Tristan into the second child safety seat, you replied. âYouâre a natural with kids, Tom. Youâre going to make a wonderful dad someday.â
Slightly blushing, he replied. âWell, Iâll take that as the highest compliment coming from you.â
Tomâs sincerity kind of stopped you in your tracks for a second. âIâll take that as a compliment as wellâ, you failed at hiding the grin heâd put on your face. âIndia, say bye bye to uncle Tom. He needs to go get ready so him and papa can come home.â
The girl gave Tom a hug before reaching for you. âIâll see you guys soonâ Tom said, waiting to leave until you got the third child strapped in so he could open your door for you.
âAlways a gentlemanâ you smiled at Tom who was still in full Loki garb.
As you climbed into the car, Tom said âA woman such as yourself deserves to be served by the gods.â
You felt your cheeks warm as you thanked him again. âRemind Chris that he promised heâd bring home ice cream for India.â
When you got to the house where you, the kids, and Chris were staying during filming you pulled into the garage and unloaded the kids. The two boys were in their safe gated area in the living room so they could play, and India was sat on the counter helping you tear apart lettuce for the salad.
âGood job, sweetie.â You said, finishing up the grilled chicken and squash. âCan you go wash your hands for dinner while I get the boys set up in their high-chairs?â you asked, setting India on the ground. âMake sure you use the bathroom downstairs. No stairs without an adult!â you called out. You continued making the salad at the counter
âDinner smells wonderfulâ you heard, feeling a hand on your shoulder. You were startled, not knowing the guys had arrived home.
âShit!â you yipped, turning and almost dropping the bowl in your hands.
Tom grabbed the bowl, trying to hold back laughter. âIâm so sorryâ he laughed out, setting the bowl on the counter and wrapping his arms around you.
âYou made me say a bad wordâ you replied, laughing into Tomâs chest. You wrapped your arms around him and leaned back against the counter for stability. Looking up at him you added, âNo swearing in front of the childrenâ.
âWell, Iâm not the one that said it, darlingâ a smirk present on his otherwise serious face.
âYouâre supposed to leave the mischief at workâ you laughed, dropping your arms from around him and turning to finish the salad.
âWhat fun would that be?â he said quietly into your ear as he reached around you and snagged a vegetable out of the salad.
When you turned around, he was stepping over the child gate to grab one of the twins and get them set up at the table. You shook your head as if you could shake away the very inappropriate thoughts you were having about your friend.
You could hear Hemsworth laughing in the other room, India giggling along with him. âWell, are you going to tell me the secret?â he said. âNo one else can know?â he questioned. India must have been trying to tell him something. âWell, they canât hear you, just whisper it to me.â It got quiet for a moment. âAh, I see. Iâll have to pay attention and see for myself.â
âAre you telling secrets?â Tom asked after grabbing the second twin and setting them up at the table.
âMmhmmâ you heard her say as you brought the platters full of food to the table.
âDo I get to know?â you asked, turning to grab the twinâs bowls since they werenât eating adult food yet.
âMaybeâ she answered before telling her dad she could get in her own chair. She was quite proud that she wasnât in a high-chair anymore and she wanted to seat herself.
âDo you need help with anything else, darling?â Tom asked, following you back into the kitchen.
âHelp me grab the cups of water?â you answered, handing him two full cups before grabbing your own and a small juice cup for India.
âDinner was deliciousâ Hemsworth said, leaning back in his chair with his hands over his stomach.
âIt truly wasâ Tom added, standing to gather the dishes.
âIâm gladâ you replied, gathering the dishes Tom hadnât grabbed. âYou donât have to clear the table.â You said, reaching for the last dish.
âNonsenseâ he replied, grabbing your hand before you could grab the last dish. âYou worked hard preparing this wonderful meal. The least I can do is help clean up.â
He wouldnât let go of your hand until you conceded. âIf you mustâ you said with a smile. âThank you.â
You saw India crawl into her dadâs lap and whisper something to him. âI seeâ he answered, looking between you and Tom.
You shot him a look, letting him know you were suspicious of whatever they were talking about. Hemsworth shrugged, acting innocent.
After dishes were done and leftovers were put away, Chris put the twins to bed. You could hear him singing along with the giggles of the twin boys. âIndia, do you want to take a bath before bed or in the morning?â
âTomorrowâ she answered, crawling up the stairs to her room with you right on her heels.
âTom, thereâs a bottle of red wine already out on the counter if you want to grab a few glasses. Iâll be back down in a few.â You called down the stairs.
When you finished getting India dressed in her jammies and got a movie playing in her room, you headed back down the stairs. You could hear the guys talking in living room, but you couldnât really make out what they were talking about. âYou make it sound a lot easier than it isâ you heard Tom say before you made it to the bottom of the stairs.
âAll good?â Hemsworth asked, getting up to go say goodnight to his daughter.
âAs per usual, sheâs a dream. Sheâs watching Big Hero 6.â You answered, walking into the living room.
âCome sitâ Tom said, holding out a glass of wine for you.
You grabbed the glass and sat in the spot next to Tom. âThank you for pouring the wineâ you said, taking a sip and sighing, laying back against the soft couch.
âLong day?â Tom asked.
âNot nearly as long as yours. I canât imagine going non-stop all day like you guys do.â You answered, turning your head to face Tom as you took another sip of wine.
âRidiculousâ he said, tapping his glass against yours. âYou take care of three tiny human beings that have all of the energy and attitude of their fatherâ, he laughed. âIâd argue that your job is harder.â
âTheyâre great kids. The only reason this week has been a bit tiring is because the twins are teething. Sasha seems to be getting it worse, thoughâ you explained.
âPoor thingâ Tom said.
âI know. Heâs been clung to my side all week. Iâm surprised Chris got him to sleep, actually. Heâs been fussy at bedtime and usually ends up passing out in my arms.â You felt Tomâs arm slip from the back of the couch to your shoulders.
âWell, enjoy the breakâ he said, pulling you to lean into his side a bit. âThough I canât blame him for wanting to sleep in your arms.â
You looked up at Tom. âYouâve been awfully complimentary today.â
âIâm just saying, youâve got a wonderfully voluptuous figure, darling.â He cleared his throat. âI imagine anyone that gets to fall asleep in your embrace is going to sleep well.â
âWell, if I thought you were interested, I might just tell you to find out for yourself.â You could hear Hemsworth coming down the stairs.
âTom, I got the spare room all set up for you so we can ride into work tomorrow. No point in going to your place since we both have to be in the make-up trailer at 7 tomorrow anyways.â Chris said, laying out on the couch across from the two of you after grabbing his wine glass. âY/n, I checked Sasha. Heâs still asleep.â
âIâm glad. Hopefully his teeth arenât hurting him as much.â You answered.
Chris looked at how you and Tom were sat and made eye contact with Tom, raising his eyebrows and looking between the two of you. âAnything you two want to tell me?â He asked, grinning like a little kid.
âWhatever do you mean?â Tom smirked, drinking the last of his wine. âWould you like more wine, Y/n?â
âYes, actually. Thank you.â You sipped the last of your wine, handing the glass to Tom. When he got up, you watched him walk away with a smile on your face.
When he was out of earshot, Hemsworth imitated him. âOh, whatever do you mean?â He laughed, looking at you and waiting for some sort of response.
âI have no idea whatâs gotten into himâ you shrugged, unable to keep the smile from your face.
âIâd wager a bet that I know whatâs gotten into him.â He looked you up and down, sipping his wine, as if to say âduh!â Youâd become practically family to Chris and Elsa, and unbeknownst to you theyâve always thought you and Tom would make a great pair.
âThen why now?â you asked.
Chris shrugged. âIndiaâs big secret earlier was that she thinks uncle Tom over there thinks youâre pretty because he looks at you like I look at her mom.â
Your face softened, thinking that was the cutest damn thing youâd ever heard. âYour daughter is officially my favorite of your children. You arenât allowed to tell the boys. Or their mother.â
Chris laughed. âBut seriouslyâŚgive it a chance. Trust that I know something you donât.â He was trying to help without breaking Tomâs confidence. Â
You could hear Tom walking back. You whispered, âI didnât know I had a chance!â
âHere you go, darling.â Tom sat back down, opening his arms so you could resume your earlier position.
âThank youâ you answered, snuggling further into Tom.
The conversation went back to normal after Tom came back. The guys talked a bit about what they would be filming tomorrow, and they answered questions as you had them. Chris talked about the fact that Elsa would be coming to visit for a few days since Tom and him had two days off from filming after tomorrow.
âY/n, Elsa will be here for 2 nights, 3 days and she wanted to make sure you knew that you didnât need to work that whole time. Youâre obviously more than welcome stay with us and keep your schedule, but she wanted you to know you could make plans.â Chris explained, knowing that you usually stayed and helped even when one of the parents was going to be around full time for a while.
âI donât think I have any plans to make, but Iâll keep it in mindâ you answered.
As the night wound down, you could feel yourself drifting off while cuddled up next to Tom. âI think Iâm going to call it a night.â
âIt is getting quite lateâ Tom responded, his hand running up and down your arm.
âThank you two for a nice kid free nightâ you laughed, pulling yourself from Tomâs embrace to stand up.
Tom watched as you slightly adjusted your clothes, his eyes gazing over your body as you stretched. âThe thanks should go to you, love.â He stood, grabbing the three wine glasses so that they could be rinsed in the kitchen.
âYou have to stop giving me all the creditâ you replied, grabbing the glasses from Tom. You leaned up and pressed a quick kiss to his cheek before taking the glasses to the kitchen.
When you were far enough away, Chris started teasing Tom. âOh, whatever do you mean?â he repeated from earlier.
Tom threw a pillow at him, leaving the living room to find you in the kitchen. âI donât want to startle you againâ he spoke before he entered the kitchen, peeking around the corner with his hands raised.
âI didnât even know you guys were home earlierâ you laughed. Your hands were in a sink full of water, rinsing the wine glasses.
âI just wanted to come and say goodnight.â Tom walked up behind you, placing his hands gently on your hips and kissing your cheek from over your shoulder. âI hope you get some well-deserved rest.â
âYou tooâ you answered, but he was already walking away when you turned to look at him.
When you got in your room, you felt like you were floating. Today felt crazy. Sure, you and Tom had been fast friends from the start. Youâd certainly grown close, but today felt like something entirely different.
âChris said to trust him.â You stripped out of your clothes and took the time to decompress in the shower. You towel dried your hair, threw on a pair of short spandex shorts and a baggy t shirt, and crawled into bed.
You were woken up by the baby monitor in your room. âOh, Sasha.â You crawled out of bed and quietly made your way down the hallway. âCome here, sweetheart.â You picked Sasha up and he threw his arms around your neck. You walked back and forth, bouncing him in your arms.
âIs everything alright?â You heard Tom quietly ask from the doorway.
âIâm so sorry if he woke youâ you said, feeling bad that they had a full day of shooting tomorrow.
âDonât beâ he replied, walking into the room and rubbing Sashaâs back comfortingly. âI take it his teething woke him up?â
âMust have.â You answered. âIâll get him back to sleep if I take him to my room.â You turned to check on Tristan and he was standing up in his crib with tears running down his face.
âIâll grab himâ Tom said, moving to pick the boy up out of his crib and holding him to his chest. âWhat do you normally do when they both wake up?â
You couldnât help but smile at how cute Tom was in his pajamas and glasses. âIâd take them back to my room with me. They usually fall asleep pretty quickly after that.â
âWould you like some company?â Tom asked, kind of in awe of how easily you handled the craziness of taking care of three very young children.
âIâd love someâ you answered, turning and walking to your bedroom. Holding Sasha to your chest with one arm, you pulled back the blanket and crawled into your bed. You were sat up, just a bit, with the already half-asleep boy draped across your front with his head snuggled into your chest.
Tom followed suit with Tristan draped across his much leaner figure. âCome hereâ he said, lifting his arm so you could tuck the two of you against Tomâs side.
âI hope you arenât too tired tomorrowâ you said, feeling yourself already drifting off to sleep.
âDonât worry about it, darling. Get some sleep.â Tom pressed a kiss to the top of your head before dozing off, himself.
You woke up to Hemsworth trying to wake Tom with the biggest grin on his face. âBrother, we need to leave in a half hour.â
Both boys were still passed out on top of the two of you. You rolled out of bed, still holding Sasha. âLet me go put Sasha in his crib and Iâll be back for Tristan.â You walked to the boyâs room and laid him down in his crib. Before you could even turn towards the door, Tom walked through with Tristan. âGood morningâ you whispered.
Tom set the boy down in his crib and gestured that the two of you leave so you wouldnât wake them back up. âGood morning, beautiful.â Tom gently closed the boyâs door and pulled you to him in a long, lazy hug.
âYouâre not allowed to be charming this early in the morning.â You laughed against his chest.
âNonsenseâ he said, letting his hands slowly slide to rest on your ass. âIf Iâm not allowed to be charming then youâre not allowed to be irresistible.â
âThat road goes two waysâ you said, sliding your hands under the back of his shirt and grinning up at him.
âOh, does it?â Tom replied, dipping down to kiss your cheek before whispering âI think you should stay at mine while Elsa is here.â
âTom!â Hemsworth whisper-yelled down the hall. âGet your hands off my nannyâs ass and get ready for work.â
You both tried to quiet your laughter as not to wake the boys back up.
âConsider it?â Tom said, releasing you and walking towards Chris to get changed and on their way.
You quickly walked to your room to brush your teeth and wash your face. You threw on a more modest pair of shorts and quickly put your bra on so you could go make the guys some coffee for the road.
Once in the kitchen, you brewed some coffee and got two travel mugs ready. You grabbed a piece of fruit and a protein bar for each of them before Tom walked in. âI hope you got enough restâ
âActually, I feel incredible.â He said, eyeing the coffee and breakfast youâd set up for him and Chris. âI donât think it has anything to do with rest, though, if Iâm being entirely honest.â
âIt must be something in the airâ you blushed, ducking your head.
Tom took a step towards you. âAt this point, I donât think I could spend all day trying to pay attention to my lines and cues and such if Iâm preoccupied with wondering whether or not Iâve made my feelings clear.â
You looked up at Tom, realizing this is the first time youâve ever seen him look nervous. âWas your invitation serious?â you asked, filling the gap between you and sliding your arms around his neck.
âVeryâ he answered, holding you tight against him.
âThen, yesâ you answered, going onto your tippy toes and pressing your lips together in a slow, gentle kiss.
âBrilliantâ he breathed out, dipping back down to connect your lips once again.

Stormy Sleepover - Tom Hiddleston x Reader
I havenât written in like, years. I previously wrote for Colby Brock at @colbybrocksmolder and someone asked me to write for Tom so I figured Iâd give it a shot.Â
I hope you enjoy!Â
_________________________
âDid you hear there was a storm coming?â one of your PAâs, Andi, asked you.
In front of you, you watched Evans and Tom training with each other. There were various scenes in this movie involving water and a big thing the trainers had been working with them on was safely landing in water. It sounds funny, but you can break bones or knock yourself unconscious if you land wrong.
âBad newsâ Hemsworth yelled out, getting everyoneâs attention. âThis building has been running on generators. Thereâs no power in the whole lot.â He dramatically shook his arms, flinging rain water on you and Andi.
âNo wonder this water has gotten so coldâ Evans added, shivering. âItâs usually warmed, but Itâs ice right now.â
You sent a text to the director who was in a meeting with the writers. You received a text back fairly quickly. âLet everyone know weâve got 6 more rooms at the Hyatt Hotel a few towns over for those who donât have trailers on the lot. Tell everyone else that it looks like the power wonât be fixed until tomorrow afternoon. Thereâs a whole line of downed power lines that they canât get to until the storm stops. The generators only run lights and a few outlets and it looks like theyâre going to die soon too. The 16 seater van is outside with a driver to take people to the hotel.â
âLooks like weâre done for the day.â You said mostly to yourself, with Hemsworth and Andi hearing you.
âEverybody in.â Hemsworth hollered out so you wouldnât have to yell.
âThanks.â You shot him a smile.
âAny timeâ he replied, flinging his long wet hair towards you.
âI take it back.â You laughed, moving to stand on your chair.
âI know that not everyone has a trailer in the lot yet as we havenât actually started filming, so for anyone that doesnât have a home here thereâs a van outside that will take to you the hotel that has power nearby. Itâs already super chilly in here, so I imagine itâs freezing outside.â You spoke so everyone could hear you.
âCan confirm.â Hemsworth said, starting to shiver a bit.
âThereâs umbrellas near the catering tables and thereâs a bunch of old hoodies and jackets in the extras costume bay. Make sure youâre warm and dry before you head to the van.â
Everyone that didnât have a trailer on set left once they had their instructions.
âAs for the rest of us, we have to hunker down in our trailers until this passes. I have solar power and full solar batteries on my trailer so all of you are more than welcome to come crash with me if your trailer is too cold or you need electricity for anything.â
You, Hemsworth, Evans, Tom, and Scarlett were the only ones on set that had trailers so far.
âIt canât be THAT coldâ Evans joked, grabbing his bag and heading towards the door.
âScarlett went to her trailer a few hours agoâ Tom shared. âI only got here last night so I donât even have my trailer set up. Are you sure youâre okay if I go grab my bag and come steal some of your space?â
âAbsolutelyâ you smiled at him. âAnd if I know Scarlett, sheâs already in my trailer. I donât think her trailer was even hooked up to power yet. Herâs was the newest one on the lot.â
âThank you, darling. Iâll go grab my bag and check Scarlettâs trailer on my way to yours.â Tom replied and then jogged towards the door.
Andi left to catch the van once you passed your notes from the day on to her. âBe safe. Donât worry about making it back tomorrow. I will email you any further updates I have for assignments.â
âIâm going to head back to my trailer and see if I have any cell services.â Hemsworth shared after everyone else had started leaving. âI know my wife probably has all of the weather and accident alerts on for the whole county and sheâs probably worried.â
âBe safe.â You said, taking his offered hand so you could step off of your chair safely. âIâll grab the satellite phone in the emergency kit and take it to my trailer just in case we need it.â
âIt looks like you may have a full house tonight.â Hemsworth Joked.
âYouâre welcome to join the insanity.â You teased, throwing your hoodie on and grabbing the satellite phone.
When you made it to your trailer, you were pretty soaked. Even with the umbrella, the rain was insane.
âThank God you didnât leave.â Scarlett startled you.
âI knew youâd already be in here.â You laughed. âTom is on his way. His trailer is like yours. We didnât even get a chance to get them hooked up before this crazy storm hit.â
âOooo Lover boy is coming.â She teased.
âOh, shut it. Weâre friends, Scar. Thatâs it. Weâve never been more than friends.â You started stripping out of your wet clothes and slipped on a pair of soft black sweatpants and your favorite hoodie. It was dark green with âMischiefâ written across the front. There were gold horns painted on the hood.
âIâve known your friend almost as long as you have and the way he looks at youâŚIâm just saying. I think thereâs something there.â She teased, gathering your wet clothes and putting them in a laundry bin that was tucked under one of the beds.
You both turned to the door hearing what sounded like a woman screaming bloody murder. âLet me inâ Evans yelled, banging on the door.
Scarlett opened the door while you grabbed a towel. She laughed at him, seeing him drenched head to toe. âIt was unlocked, tough guy.â
âYou hit an octave I donât think I can even reach, Capâ you teased, throwing him the towel and going back into your PJ drawer for an oversized t shirt and a baggy pair of sweats.
âI was wrong. I was so wrong. Itâs fucking freezing in my trailer and I didnât realize that the water would be cold because the power has been out for so long.â Evanâs teeth were chattering as he stripped out of his clothes, trying to dry off.
âI think Iâve lost track of how many times Iâve seen you naked, Evans.â Scarlett laughed, handing him the clothes you picked out for him.
âThank god you arenât seeing the front. Itâs so cold I think my manhood has retreated fully into my bodyâ Evans replied, throwing the clothes on and drying his hair with the towel.
Both of you laughed. You started brewing a pot of coffee and turned your water kettle on for tea. âWell, Scarlett already claimed the couch.â You mentioned. âWhy donât you take the regular bed so that if Hemsworth joins, you two can bunk together. Itâs queen size so it should fit you both comfortably.â
Evans crawled into bed, wrapping himself in the blankets and trying to warm up. âWhere will you sleep?â
âThe dining room table and benches turn into a bed.â You replied. âItâs a full size, so almost as big as the one youâre in.â
âDid you hear that?â Evans perked up, trying to look out the tiny window he could still see through from the bed.
You and Scarlett quieted down. Getting louder you could hear Hemsworth yelling âNO, I AM THE GOD OF THUNDER!â every time lighting would strike and the sky would boom.
âLooks like itâs going to be a full house tonight.â Scarlett laughed, opening the door. âGet your godly ass in here, you crazy Australian.â
âHeâs clearly the superior Chrisâ Evans joked. âAre you fucking crazy?â he asked as Hemsworth stepped into the trailer.
âPossibly. Probably.â Hemsworth laughed, trying not to get water all over the floor.
Scarlett grabbed the towel Evans had used to dry off and put it down on the floor by the door. âHere you go.â
âMuch appreciated.â Hemsworth replied, dropping his duffle bag. âCan I change in your bathroom?â
âItâs all yoursâ you said. âDo you need clothes or did you bring some dry ones?â
âI brought some. I also brought some fun. Iâll show you after I get out of my sopping clothes.â He answered, leaving his shoes by the door and stepping into the bathroom.
When the bathroom door clicked, you heard a knock on the door. âTom, come inâ you hollered.
Tom was wearing a long poncho with an umbrella. He had a large bag with him and when he got inside he kicked his shoes off, putting them by Hemsworthâs shoes. You grabbed his bag from him, putting it by the second bed you had just finished setting up. He closed the umbrella and pulled his poncho off, his black sweatpants and black hoodie bone dry.
âYou make the other two look like heathens.â Scarlett laughed. âThey showed up soaking wet and screaming.â
âHe is a gentleman.â You gave him a smirk, causing his cheeks to blush ever so slightly.
âIs there even room for all 5 of us?â he cleared his throat and laughed.
âAbsolutelyâ you ushered him towards you. âEvans and Hemsworth are sharing that bed. Scarlett has the couch. I just set up the extra bed right here, for you.â
âFor usâ he replied with a stern look. âI know you too well, darlingâ he smirked. âYouâre going to offer to sleep on the floor by the couch and I wonât have any of it.â
âTom, itâs fine. I have a sleeping bag andâŚâ You tried to ensure him youâd be okay, but he interrupted you.
âIf you try to sleep on this floor I will walk back to my freezing trailer so you can have the bed to yourself.â The stern look softened as he pulled you into a tight hug. âYou know you donât always have to be the one to make the sacrifice. Plus, I promise I donât talk in my sleep or have crazy dreams. Iâve even been told Iâm quite comfy to cuddle with.â He dropped his eyes to yours, smirking.
âOh, if I must.â You teased him, kissing his cheek as Hemsworth finally came out of the bathroom. âScarlett knows where the laundry bin is.â You pointed him towards the hamper full of wet clothes.
âDo I smell coffee?â Evans sat up in bed, looking towards you. âCome cuddle, buddyâ he laughed opening his arms for Hemsworth who let all of his body weight drop on Evans. âJesus Christ, youâre a brick.â
You laughed, pulling down mugs from the cabinets and making everyone coffee. âCoffee or Tea, Tom?â you looked over at him. He was sitting on the edge of the bed you two would share.
âTea, my sweet. But let me help you.â He stood and started grabbing sugars for everyoneâs coffee, asking how many they normally added.
âThereâs pasta in the crock-pot as well if anyone is hungry.â You announced.
âFood?â Hemsworthâs head shot up and he crawled off of Evans.
âGod, men are so simple.â Scarlett laughed, grabbing the coffee you handed her.
âYou are not wrong.â Evans added, asking if he could help with anything now that he wasnât freezing to death.
âI think weâre good.â You replied, dishing up some pasta for Hemsworth and Evans and passing them off to the boys. âScarlett?â you offered her food, as well.
âActually, Iâm craving something sweet.â She answered.
âIâve prepared for this oneâ Tom answered, going to the large bag he brought with him. âIt took me so long to get here because I walked to the catering room to grab some snacks. Iâve got a whole tub of cookie dough that probably needs to go in the refrigerator soon, a tub of sour sweets, and what looks like a large cherry pie.â
âPass the cookie dough this wayâ Scarlett answered. âThis man has his priorities straightâ, she laughed.
After everyone had sat back on their beds, dug into their food, and warmed up with their coffee or tea, Hemsworth remembered his bag. âSince we are most likely going to be stuck in this trailer until tomorrow afternoon, I brought a different kind of treat.â He picked up his bag and started pulling out bottles of alcohol and putting them on the counter. âAnyone opposed?â he asked.
âWhat a G!â Evans laughed, crawling out of the bed to help Hemsworth make drinks. âWhat kind of mixers do you have, Y/n?â
âThereâs some cans of soda, some energy drinksâŚthereâs some juiceâŚand then weâve got coffee for that Baileyâs I seeâ you answered.
Tom was smirking next to you as the Chrises started making a make-shift bar out of what they had available to them.
âWeâve got to get this started with a bangâ Hemsworth said, handing everyone two shots each. âThe first one is to us having a great night reunited with our make-shift family.â He smiled at everyone and downed the first shot, everyone else following suit.
Evans spoke up after. âThe second one goes to our incredible, gracious, and always prepared host. To Y/n!â He downed the second shot, everyone following his lead. Except for Tom.
You shivered as the second shot went down your throat and looked over at Tom who was still holding his full shot glass, sitting next to you on the bed. He had a small smile, giving you a look you couldnât place. Quietly he spoke to you âIâd like to add a few things to his toast, but I think it may take a few more drinks to find the right words.â He downed the shot and took a sip of his tea to wash it down.
âWho wants what?â Evans asked, making everyone a strong drink.
For the first few drinks, everyone just talked and caught up. It had been a while since the group had been on a press run or a film set together.
âY/n!â Evans spoke up.
âYes, Cap?â you answered, starting to feel the alcohol course through you.
âTruth or Dare?â He smirked. His eyebrow raised like he was challenging you.
âTruth.â You answered, staring him down.
âHmmmâŚHave you dated anyone working on any of these movies? Cast or crew?â He asked, finishing off his drink and standing to make another.
âI havenâtâ you answered truthfully.
âWait, letâs not do truth or dare, lets do truth or shot.â Scarlett suggested, wanting to get a few answers out of you and Tom.
âI like it.â Evans said, grabbing everyoneâs shot glasses back and filling them so he could hand them out as needed.
âI answered, so Iâm in the clear. Hemsworth has a higher alcohol tolerance than we do so I need him to catch up. Who is an actor in the MCU you hope you never have to work with again?â You asked, hearing Tom chuckle next to you.
âI canât answer that!â he laughed, taking the shot Evans handed him.
âThatâs the point.â You laughed.
He laughed, handing the empty shot glass back to Evans. âFine, fine. Tom. In our last interview panel together, they kept asking you if you were seeing someone and you answered no. You then said that you were interested in someone, but that you hadnât done anything about it. Who is she?â
âOh no.â Tom laughed, feeling the alcohol a bit himself. âI think I need to take a shot. Are all of these going to be so hard?â He grabbed the shot that Evans passed off to him.
âI think you guys just need to not be pussies and answer the damn questionsâ Scarlett laughed, shooting you a look.
âRight?â Evans laughed, taking the empty shot glass from Tom.
Tom scooted a bit closer to you when he handed off his shot glass. âOkay, Evans. If you had to marry one of your on screen romantic co-stars, who would it be?â
âOh, come on! Itâs gotta be Scar Jo! The one and only.â Evans laughed, putting his hands over his heart and giving Scarlett a loving look. âWeâve been in movies together damn near my whole career.â
âWe would annoy the hell out of each other.â Scarlett laughed.
âItâs true. Weâre practically siblings. Okay, Y/nâ Evans rubbed his hands together like he was plotting. âFavorite actor youâve been able to work with ever.â
âWhy do I feel like thereâs a very specific question you want to ask, but instead youâre asking questions trying to fluster me?â you shot him a look, trying not to blush.
âHey, Iâm just playing the game.â Evans laughed, picking up a shot to let me know I didnât have to answer.
âKeep your shot. Iâll answer this one. Itâs definitely Mr. Mischief himself over here.â You pointed your thumb to your side at Tom, trying not to blush.
âNo, there has to be someone cooler than me.â Tom blushed, hiding his glee by taking a sip of his tea.
You looked at him, summoning the strength of the drinks youâve been throwing back. âYou should give yourself more credit. Youâre amazing.â
You stayed in the moment for a few seconds, just smiling at each other. âI think itâs your turnâ, Tom said, putting his arm around your shoulders.
You blushed, realizing you had just been staring at him. Leaning into his side, you asked âOkay, Evans. Have you slept with any of your MCU co-stars?â
âOh shit!â Scarlett laughed, standing up and handing Evans one of the shots.
âYeah, yeah.â He laughed, downing the shot. âIâll pick on someone else this time.â He filled up everyoneâs drinks while thinking of his next question. âOkay, Scar. Who is the most attractive man in the current MCU?â
âOooh, good question.â Scarlett thought about it, going through the movies outside of the Avengers. âI have a few different answers.â
âExplain.â Hemsworth replied.
âWell, There are a few people I find attractive for different reasons, I guess.â She answered.
âHow about you share this list and we decide if you still need to drink for not picking one person?â You laughed.
âWell, Hemsworth is an amazing dad. Like, you look your happiest when youâre in the messiest, most chaotic situations with your kids. Most dads are the opposite. Theyâre trying to escape that.â Scarlett explained her first answer.
âValid points made so farâ Evans agreed, leaning against the counter.
âHiddleston is the fucking epitome of a gentleman. Youâre literally everything women want.â Scarlett turned towards tom, making him blush.
You quietly spoke âSheâs not wrongâ in Tomâs ear, feeling him pull you tighter to his side in response.
âYouâre too kindâ, Tom answered to her, downing the rest of his drink. Â
Scarlett looked to Evans. âI think I have to go withâŚIdris Elba.â
âI want to be mad that I didnât make your list, but that man is truly a god.â Evans responded.
The game started to wind down as it got later into the night. Seeing everyone kind of calm down and get settled, you walked around making sure everyone had what they needed.
âAnyone want water so you donât wake up hungover?â you laughed, pulling some water out of the fridge.
âHere!â âPlease!â you handed water bottles out to everyone.
âIâm not setting an alarm for the morning. Itâs super late and I doubt anyone is going to be back on the lot before dinner time anyways.â You said, grabbing you and Tom each a water bottle before turning off the main light.
You turned on the small light above your bed so you could sort out your sleeping arrangements. You grabbed your toiletries bag and pulled out a make-up wipe, trying to clean your face since you didnât really get to do your nightly routine.
âCan I use one of those?â Tom asked, realizing he hadnât been able to wash his face either.
âCome hereâ you said, scooting against Tom so you could run the damp cloth over his face. He watched your gentle movements, feeling you run the cool cloth across his skin.
âThank youâ he said, kissing the back of your hand before scooting back in the bed and laying down.
You put your bag back and drank some of your water before crawling fully into the bed and turning off the light. âAre you good?â you asked, turning to face Tom in the dark. You could feel his hand reach out and settle on your arm.
âI amâ he answered, running his hand down your arm, to rest on your hip. âI want to finish your toastâ he whispered, scooting his pillow closer to yours. âWhat Evans said was true, but youâre so much more, y/n. Youâre beautiful and incredibly intelligent and there is not a single person I look forward to seeing more than you.â
âI think youâre drunkâ you replied, knowing that if the light was on your face would be bright red.
âI amâ Tom chuckled. âI still stand by what I said.â
You reached forward and ran your hand up Tomâs chest until you felt your fingers graze the side of his face. âIâm going to have to thank Hemsworth for getting you tipsyâ you laughed, teasing Tom. You scooted closer to him, feeling him wrap his arm around your back and hold you against him.
âI couldnât have waited much longer to tell you anywaysâ Tom replied. âI was just nervous you didnât feel the same. Weâve been such good friends for so longâŚâ
You interrupted him, capturing his lips in a kiss. âIâve wanted to do that for yearsâ you said, connecting your lips in a second kiss.
âOh, thank god.â Tom said, a little louder than intended. âCan I call you mine?â
You laughed, trying to stay quiet. âPlease, do.â You answered reconnecting your lips.
Tom rolled to hover over you, deepening the kiss.
âFucking finally!â you heard Scarlett call out, making Tom collapse on top of you in laughter.
âRight?â Evans added. âItâs been ages.â
âFair warning, I am telling this story at your weddingâ Hemsworth said.
âI think our friends are happy for usâ Tom said in a much quieter voice, flipping the two of you so that you were laying against his chest.
âI mean, Iâm pretty happy for usâ you replied, snuggling into his warm chest.
âMe too, love. Get some sleepâ he said, running his hand up and down your back as he felt your breaths even out.
