Having a routine can make or break you.
Have a sort of set bedtime.聽
Have certain days that you meal prep.
If you have no routine whatsoever, you鈥檙e going to have a hard time. It鈥檚 hard to wake up early when your bedtime fluctuates between 8 pm and 2 am. It鈥檚 hard to eat right when you don鈥檛 have food ready on a really busy day. I clean my apartment on Sundays, because that鈥檚 the only way it鈥檒l get done.
Trying to find a routine sucks. I鈥檒l admit it. But once you have it, it鈥檚 amazing.
Find a routine that works for you and your goals. It鈥檒l save you.
