Lest we forget which political party really started the incitement to vioence and insurrection. Its insane that so many people will tolerate a Democrat spewing hatred and curse words (think Rashida Tlaib) but will say a peaceful call to make your voices heard by a Republican is an incitement to insurrection. This false narrative has resurrected censorship and caused companies to be unfairly shut down. This is reprehensible. We have a right to peaceful protest. We do not have a right to quiet the voices of those who hold differing opinions. It’s called the 1st amendment.

Dancing on the Page

A bunch of letters thrown together on a page do not make words.  Letters must be choreographed into words, which then are choreographed into sentences, then into paragraphs, then pages, and so on.  The letters and words dance on the page to express ideas.  When we read the dance that these elements have made together, we understand the ideas they convey.  That is the sweet movement of the writing life.
