I got the CotL art book!! So I took pics of what interested me.

The book was mostly a mix of finalized art and environmental concepting, and not a whole lot dedicated to character work, unfortunately, with what you see being basically the most standout.

1 + 2 - Lamb concepts! A lot of different ideas bouncing around here, from wool style to horn shape, it's so neat!

3 + 4 - Bishop concepts! These are pretty interesting too, as you can clearly see the first one was later repurposed to be Haro! I'm very interested in the idea of a Snake bishop, though.

5, 6, 7, 8 - Useful reference for the various marks and sigils in the game!!
