just popping up here to share that i figured out if you edit legacy posts on the mobile app the posts is "converted" to npf / beta compatible.

this can be helpful for those having to move threads to new posts, rather than making a whole new post you could just edit the original post through the app and xkit rewritten should not give you another warning again.

recap of other helpful tips:

to remove double replies caused by reblogs using legacy, edit the blog and manually remove the double clicking on the x button. here is a guide on how to.

here there's my guide on how to use trim reblogs on mobile.

here it's explained in detail why legacy and beta are not compatible, if that interests you.

hope that helps make the transition smoother.

“Yes. Hell fire,” Alice repeats before letting out a tired sigh. Obviously, the muscle headed miko failed to recognize the implication of her statement, so the magician chooses not to push the matter. Really, it could be seen as a blessing that Reimu could not pick up on the second meaning. After all, who would gather this wood? Perhaps, instead, Reimu’s next venture into the woods should take twice as long?

“Those adorable clothes would be wasted on a barbarian like you,” Alice retorts as she flicks a finger to send a duo of dolls zooming past Reimu and up the stairs, on their way to retrieve a fresh and clean house dress for the guest. 

“Besides, I wouldn’t be able to get you into one even if I wanted to.” Alice semi-certain that if the options came to where clothes she didn’t like around the house and just lounge in underclothes, there’s a percentage that the woman would pick the latter.

“Anyway, take your time up there. I’ll have your payment ready when you come back down.”

      “I am way more adorable than any of your creepy dolls.” The shrine maiden retorts with a huff, though the annoyance wouldn’t stop her from heading up the stairs soon after anyway rather than picking a fight, muttering under her breath again as she went. The shrine maiden was nothing if not simple, after all.

      Soon enough she found herself upstairs and her previous discontent quickly melted away as she took the opportunity to look around the space as the two dolls were leading her. Everything was quite frilly up here as well it seemed, she had to wonder where Alice got it all from. It was similar to the style the vampire liked, though much more like those doll houses advertised in some Outside World magazines she had seen. Fitting if not at all to Reimu’s tastes. However, she did have to wonder how old all her furniture and decorations were and how she got her hands on them in the first place.

      She loitered around in the hall as much as she could before eventually giving up and slipping into the washroom to freshen up. Alice did say to take her time after all.

You don't know. You are tired of being steady. You dream of feeling alive. Not that you aren't, but, sometimes, it's hard to remember that there is a heart between your ribs. Your love is where you breathe. Come on, breathe. In. Out. It starts now.

The shrine maiden’s grumblings are met with a coy smirk as Alice trails slightly behind her guest in order to shut her door. When she rounds the corner connecting the foyer to the living room, the hostess expects to find Reimu standing their patiently, but—

She sat on the couch! That slob!

A series of expletives stream through Alice’s thoughts as she continues smiling a courteous smile. Obviously, Reimu simply does not know better or does not realize just what a mess she is.

There better not be dirt stains on those pristinely white cushions.

“They’re for oil,” she answers simply, “I grind them up and collect the fluid I press out of them to feed my fireplace in the winter. The oil slows how quickly consumes the wood I use, so I don’t have to leave my house as much. It has other purposes too like as an alchemical component. 

“Actually, if you ever feel like bulk gathering it, it might be good to coat your shrine in. I would hate for it to be burned down because you accidentally made someone mad or someone wants to start another incident.”

The puppeteer glances towards the stairs. “Say, Reimu, why don’t you go freshen up in my bathroom? I’ll even lend you a pretty dress.”

      “Oooh is that so? Huh.. Wonder if it’d be good to cook with…” She idly wondered, completely oblivious to Alice’s displeasure at her making herself right at home. An oil that slows how much wood she would need to use to cook would be nice. Nowadays with that hell fairy living under her floorboards she hardly needed to worry about keeping enough wood around to warm the shrine, but it would still be nice if she could use less wood. Wait, did she just say burning down the shrine?

       There was a dismissive wave from the shrine maiden, “Eh… maybe. But if I can deal with hell fire sparking up every now and then, regular fire is hardly an issue.” Yes, the implications of that statement did indeed fly right over her head. She picked a few more twigs from her hair, letting them drop into the quickly building pile on the floor as Alice continued.

        Freshen up, huh? “Hm..” She looked over at Alice then. Part of her really didn’t want to get up from the couch, comfortable where she was. On the other hand, she had never gotten much of a chance to explore the rest of Alice’s house, and she was curious to see more. This was as good an opportunity as any, she supposed. With a sigh she picked herself up from her spot, looking towards the stairs. “You’re not planning on dressing me up like one of your dolls, are you?” She joked already walking towards the indicated stairs.
