Warmup that turned into a thing after 5000 years of not drawing 😭😭

Persona 5 AU where Akira and Akechi /have/ met before; they were childhood friends, but due to Akechi being passed around again he didn’t even get the chance to say goodbye. Also Goro Akechi isn’t his real name; he changed it when he got older so his father wouldn’t recognize him (not that he would eitherway lmao i bet he can’t even remember what he had for breakfast)

Skip to present day where they meet again, but Akira doesn’t recognize him bc of his name, and Akechi is too… blinded by his own revenge to even recognize his own foot :)) They both enjoyed the Phoenix Featherman series back when they were kids (they still do actually), and Akira gave them both matching keychains as proof of their friendship. Akira kept his, but Akechi threw his away since he didn’t want to remember anymore.

(Turns out that’s his treasure once he gets a palace, so lmao free copy 😂😂)
