very sad to say that there will be no dreaming ocean post for at least the foreseeable future since my mv currently looks like this:

it is pretty much entirely unwatchable due to horrific lagging, which i assume is being caused by. whatever that is.

i did also encounter a similar issue with bye-bye buddy, although it only occurred for a very brief moment (from the gunshot until the camera cut back to the stage) and didnt cause any issues beyond some weird visuals. these are the only two instances where i have seen something even remotely like this.

unfortunately, i have absolutely no idea how to fix this, but if anyone has any insight on what might be happening it would be greatly appreciated.
