I think you said that you trim your own hair? I was just curious, do you think there will come a point where your hair is short enough that you have to start going to a hairdresser to get it cut?

Yes, i do trim my own hair! 😄 It’s pretty straightforward, nothing too complicated, and i like being in control of it. With my current length, that's still quite doable. Of course, shorter styles and more precise cuts do require a professional touch. Will i ever reach the point of letting someone else handle that...? Hmm… not sure… 😅 I guess i’ve had too many less-than-ideal salon experiences in the past, which led me to take matters into my own hands. For now, i’m sticking with my DIY approach. 😏

Summer haircut plans? Anything drastic or just the few inches?

Thanks for asking :) 'Drastic' isn't my style at all... 😅 So no, definitely nothing drastic! However, i do have plans to trim my hair and go a little shorter again this summer. Shorter hair has really become a personal preference of mine; i find it just suits me much better. And i still feel like i haven't quite reached my ideal shorter hair length yet, so this trim will be part of that ongoing exploration. :)

Good haircutting tools are essential, and ever since i posted a picture of a pretty pair of rose gold scissors, the almighty algorithms have been sprinkling my feed with more, such as these… 🌟 I don’t mind at all :) These are what i would call: fairytale scissors...! ✂️😍 Intricate silver carvings, detailed craftsmanship – they look like they belong in the hands of a hair sorceress… 😁 They might be waaay out of my price range, but it's nice to let my imagination run wild… 😏
