“well,  this  song  is  darker  than  my  usual  and  i  thought  it  would  be  fun  to  have  another  female  voice  to  add  more  to  it.”  sonny  practically  beamed  as  she  stood  in  the  studio  with  the  other.  already  excited  for  what's  to  come.  “i'm  even  surprised  you  said  yes  to  begin  with.”

"i could always take you down to the underworld. all sorts of nasty death states to take your mind off it." she had a meeting with her court in a few hours anyway, so it wasn't as though the trip was out of her way for the day. "up to you."

a single digit lightly circled the rim of her glass, eyes seemingly locked onto something in the distance. it took a minute more than it should've for the prince's voice to break through her fog, a blink bringing her attention back to reality to land her gaze upon him. "i could attempt a lie, but it seems you've caught me lost in another world." malia knew better than to assume there'd been any subtlety to her snap back the feast.

i've realized that i need to make some more icons before i can really tackle my replies, so i'm hoping to work on those tonight after work so i can tackle drafts tomorrow while i'm off. as per usual, things will most likely go into the queue!
