can anyone recommend me some books to take on holiday with me?

I look at the clock, 8:55am, I wait for the exam papers to be given out, I watch as it is placed on my desk, I stare at it blankly until instructions are given. After a while I yawn from the lack of sleep I had the night before. 9:15am, I look around at the other people in the room who are writing quickly, Some people are running their fingers through their hair or tapping their pens nervously on the desk. 9:30am, The guy on my left is breathing heavily, There’s a girl on my right and her nose has just started to pour with blood, Probably due to stress. She starts to cry and an exam invigilator rushes to her side. 9:45am, Fifteen minutes left, I’ve written six pages but it doesn’t feel like enough, I feel faint and sleep is catching up with me. Some people have finished and are glancing around the room. I’m wondering whether this exam was worth all the stress vomiting, crying and loss of sleep. 9:55am, “5 minutes left folks.” An exam invigilator calls out. I give up and put my pen down. I listen to the shy coughs and the foot tapping of my peers. I put my head down on the desk, I dream about what it would be like to live in a world where our exam results don’t define whether we are smart enough to go to a good university so we can get a good job.

People can't stand it when you're doing well

my friends do this cute thing where they ignore me until they need something, aw love them so much

it’s so amusing how offended people get when you’re comfortable with yourself. it’s been so great over the past few months watching people love themselves more. i love selfies and nudes and i love when girls call themselves queens and act like they’re the hottest thing on the planet and if anyone calls you self centered or pretentious blow them the biggest kiss and carry on.
