A bnha oc, his name is ryuu and his quirk is snake (very creative I know) it’s a mutant quirk.

Let’s him turn his hair into snakes as well as other things but that’s aspect he uses the most. His hair gets shorter when it turns to snakes so that’s why he grows it, longer than hair bigger/more snakes.

If anyone has hero names for him I’m open to suggestions
