Max Verstappen 💙
Tumblr media
Warnings:Angst?
Max Verstappen's shoulders slumped as he exited the pit garage, the weight of a disappointing race lingering on his mind. The media speculated about his performance, but what they didn't see were the struggles he faced off the track – the personal battles with his father and the strained relationships within his family.
His best friend, Y/N, noticed the change in Max's demeanor. Sensing his unease, she approached him with a concerned look. "Hey, Max, are you okay?" she asked, her voice filled with genuine worry.
Max hesitated for a moment before deciding to open up. "It's not just about the race, Y/N. Things at home have been tough, especially with my dad."
Y/N listened attentively as Max unraveled the complexities of his family dynamics. She offered words of understanding, encouragement, and reassurance that she was there for him. In the midst of the heartfelt conversation, Max, overwhelmed by his emotions, unexpectedly snapped at Y/N.
"Why do you even care? You don't understand what it's like to be in my shoes!" Max's outburst left Y/N stunned, hurt by the sudden hostility.
Confusion etched across her face, Y/N couldn't fathom why Max would lash out after sharing such personal struggles. As Max stormed away, regret immediately settled in, but pride prevented him from acknowledging his mistake in the heat of the moment.
Alone in his thoughts, Max grappled with the realization that he had hurt the person closest to him. He replayed the scene in his mind, understanding that his issues with his father had unjustly spilled over onto Y/N.
Fueled by a desire to make amends, Max mustered the courage to visit Y/N's apartment. Apologies tumbled out of his mouth like a cascade of regret, each word an admission of guilt. Y/N, still wounded, listened as Max confessed the deep-seated issues that had fueled his irrational outburst.
But the turning point came when Max, eyes softened with sincerity, confessed another truth – his feelings for Y/N. "I care about you more than anything, Y/N. I love you," Max admitted, his vulnerability breaking down the walls that had momentarily stood between them.
Y/N, taken aback by the sudden confession, felt a whirlwind of emotions. "Max, why did you snap at me? Why didn't you just tell me how you felt?" she asked, her voice a mix of frustration and confusion.
Max, realizing the gravity of his actions, reached out to Y/N, gently cupping her face. "I messed up, Y/N. I was scared, and I didn't want you to see that side of me. But I can't hide from you anymore. I need you."
As the weight of Max's confession settled between them, the atmosphere shifted. The tension gave way to a shared understanding, and in that moment of vulnerability, Y/N reciprocated Max's feelings. Their lips met in a heated kiss, a passionate exchange that bridged the gap between regret and forgiveness.
In the warmth of each other's arms, Max and Y/N discovered that love could heal wounds, even those inflicted in the heat of the moment. The road to redemption had begun, and as they navigated the twists and turns of their newfound connection, they both understood that sometimes, opening up and facing vulnerability was the key to building something beautiful.
Y'all I love writing angst but if you would like something else please just leave a request in the comments.😘 Byeee.

Oscar Piastri 🧡
Warnings: Erm angs I think....

Y/N stood by the window, staring out at the city lights. The apartment felt emptier than usual, echoing with the silence that had become all too familiar lately. Oscar Piastri, her boyfriend and a rising star in the racing world, had been increasingly distant.
She took a deep breath, gathering the courage to address the growing divide between them. "Oscar, we need to talk," Y/N finally spoke, turning to face him. His eyes, usually filled with determination, now seemed distant and preoccupied.
"What's there to talk about?" Oscar replied, not bothering to look up from his laptop. The glow of the simulator reflected on his face, emphasizing the growing distance.
"I miss you," Y/N confessed, her voice tinged with frustration. "You're always on the simulator or at the paddock. I feel like I'm alone in this relationship."
Oscar sighed, running a hand through his hair. "This is what it takes, Y/N. I'm working towards something big, and it requires dedication."
"I get that, Oscar. But we used to be a team. Now, it feels like you're living in a different world, and I'm just an afterthought," Y/N's voice wavered with a mixture of hurt and longing.
The conversation escalated into a heated argument. Y/N poured out her feelings, expressing the loneliness that had slowly crept into their relationship. Oscar, in his pursuit of success, struggled to see the toll it was taking on the person he cared about the most.
In the heat of the moment, Oscar uttered words he would later regret. "Maybe you just can't handle the reality of dating a racer. If you can't keep up, maybe you should find someone else."
Those words hung in the air, heavy with pain. Y/N's eyes welled up with tears as the weight of his dismissal sank in. Without saying a word, she grabbed her coat and left the apartment, leaving behind an air of anguish.
Two days passed, and Oscar's world crumbled. The silence of the apartment became deafening. Sleep eluded him, and the constant hum of the simulator mocked his solitude. The realization of what he had said hit him like a ton of bricks.
He replayed the argument in his mind, each harsh word cutting deeper. The emptiness around him echoed the void Y/N had left. Oscar, the rising star, felt like a falling comet, crashing into the harsh reality of his actions.
It was then, in the midst of loneliness, that Oscar understood the gravity of his mistake. The trophies and accolades seemed meaningless without the person who had been his anchor. Racing, once a source of passion, now felt hollow without Y/N by his side.
Determined to make amends, Oscar set out to find Y/N. He discovered she had sought refuge at a friend's place, seeking solace away from the harsh words that had shattered her. As he stood at the door, the weight of his remorse heavy on his shoulders, he knocked, hoping for forgiveness.
When the door opened, Y/N's eyes were red from tears, and the pain of the past few days etched on her face. Oscar took a deep breath, his words sincere and apologetic. "I messed up, Y/N. I shouldn't have said what I did. I can't imagine my life without you. I'm sorry, and I want to make things right."
Y/N studied his eyes, searching for sincerity. The silence hung between them before she finally nodded, her heart softening. "I need you to understand that I can't be an afterthought in your life, Oscar. We need to find a balance."
Oscar nodded, a weight lifting off his chest as Y/N allowed him back into her world. In that moment, they both realized that love, like racing, required balance and teamwork. As they embraced, the city lights outside seemed to glow with a promise of a renewed journey, one where they would navigate the twists and turns together.
