💕Copy pasting from yt! Gave my version of William a new 1985-87 fit :3 And changed my timeline so the MCI is in ‘87.

SO HAPPY I UPDATED HIS 1985 DESIGN EEK, it was always boring to me so I needed to snazz it up a little! You can see my inspiration board as the first image. His jacket from now on will mostly be drawn buttoned up but I drew it open here to show off the corset/back brace. It started off as purely a back brace but now it seems a little more cosmetic bc…well, corsets are MEANT to be supportive and non painful but his looks painfully cinched-

Sure he’s SKINNY and continuing to lose weight over time as he gets sicker, but he’s not like, skeletal until ‘95 so he genuinely might just be crushing his waist here XD I like to think it simulates the comfort he gets from being in a springlock suit(I think I described it in that fic I wrote once as like, the equivalent of a weighted blanket)- but at the same time it makes him claustrophobic when he’s anxious since it reminds him of the springLOCKING so, boom. This can also do both. Comfort and claustrophobia.

Wanted him to look whimsical, sparkly! He co-owns a kid’s play place/restaurant franchise, it’s only natural that his outfits have a little funk and charm! Speaking of, gave him some charms attached to his gloves because(as seen on my inspo board) I just thought that was really cool :3 As I’ve mentioned once or twice before, the heart buttons are kinda an Elizabeth homage. Considering giving Henry a Charlie homage by having him wear her bracelet on a necklace but, idk if that’s just depressing and dark. But he deserves to accessorize too! Even if his sense of style is different(which is why I gave him the puffy jacket after she dies).
