This took way too long

So you know that Blossom Amy skin SEGA HARDlight made for the mobile games recently? The one where she’s matching Shadow’s eye markings and warrior outfit?

Apparently Hardlight’s made a million Amy skins and hardly any for some of the other characters, so some fans are understandably a little tired of it and said so in the announcement post. So, uh...I did something very silly and very, VERY time-consuming.

There are MANY of these. 10-15% of the replies on that post are people (correctly) pointing out how unfair it is, and I’ve decided Shadow’s taken it upon himself to demolish every single one. I don’t think I can make a headcanon out of “Shadow routinely breaks the fourth wall to needlessly defend Amy’s honor online,” but I made 13 of these and it took absolutely forever, so here we are ᕕ-ᐛ-ᕗ

I like to imagine the folks at HARDlight just adore Amy and are thrilled to dress her up in these cute little outfits, like she’s a Barbie doll and they can’t wait to make her match Shadow for the fourth time.

Fun fact: I wasn’t originally going to make custom names and handles, but “Wave” was originally a Shadow impersonator and Shadow the Hedgehog Would Not Say That. So of course I had to make new ones for EVERYONE. Thanks, Wave 🙃

Shadow’s learned to write threats without setting off the censors. Omega’s still working on that.

Things have officially gone from bad to worse...

And thus we've officially reached the conclusion of Sonic Boom Revisited Issue 1! I want to thank everyone for reading. When I started this project, my only goal was to finish an issue. I just wanted to show myself I could do it. I didn't expect to get a lot of attention. Frankly, I didn't think enough people would still care about Sonic Boom. Every day I am blown away by everyone's responses. So, seriously, thank you. There are a few more things I'll be releasing on issue 1 over this weekend and one more thing later today. Details on Issue 2 will be announced SATURDAY. Before you get too excited: Issue 2 will NOT be released BEFORE the 2024 Holiday's. There will, however, still be updates to look out for between now and then, so stay tuned!
