Not sure about your exercise or eating habits but remember!! Inflammation and water weight from muscle soreness, extra sodium in your diet, or just more stuff digesting in your guts can offset the scale. I wouldn't worry too much about a pound or two if you KNOW you've been on it this week. Sometimes it happens but the progress is still there despite what the scale says.
Ahhh thank you! I needed to hear this! I think it was either water weight or being bloated because I weighed myself again a few hours later and it now shows that I LOST 0.8lbs! But still, thank you for sending this!
