My New Years Resolution was, yet again, to lose weight. Yet here we are on March 1 without more than 2 pounds lost. Over the past two years I gained 40 pounds. It’s effecting my health, appearance and confidence. My excuses: I’m too confused by the Fast Metabolism Diet; I don’t want to exercise outside in case someone sees me; my belly jiggles too much; I want to eat cupcakes; I’m not that fat. All terrible excuses and instead of talking and talking about it. I’m going to just do it. Starting today. Today is a fresh start. Here we go. Will post Before pictures and progress photos.

Less meat 3) Smile More & Laugh more EVERYDAY 4) Hug & kiss my kids more EVERYDAY 5) Write & publish a novel 6) Write & publish kids’ books 7) Take a writing class 8) Organize my house & my life 9) Attract & Earn massive wealth 10) Speak French fluently, learn Korean, Japanese, Italian, Mandarin

11) Let go of things and thoughts that don’t sparkle or make me happy

my boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years now. We’ve gone to 2 taylor shows together, danced with Andrea, gotten guitar piks from Scott, took pics with 1989 cds at prom, thrown a t-swift themed graduation party together, created a project for taylor and recruited 300 fans to participate, made costumes together, sung together, cried together and died together when I got invited to the Reputation Secret Session. You know, I think I did one thing right. Call it what you want, but this…this is a swiftie relationship.
