Saw this fantastic post on Twitter and this person is 100% right but I can't stand people in the comments/reposts claiming "they never thought of that" or "we're reading too much into it" when it's BASIC character writing and the fact that people refuse to READ speaks wonders about why most characters are constantly mischaracterized

Thoughts on the new cover:

1. The focus on the wings of the pirate king is great.

2. I love how monster trio resembles Roger/Rayleigh/Gaban from the older generation.

3. I'm also grateful that Nami is in the spotlight,too. Totally deserves it.

4. If you look closely at Zoro and Sanji's eyes, the first seem to have pink irises and the second purple. Random detail, I know.
