Well, for one thing, Hanae is a vegetarian. So most meat is off the table. If we had to be specific, though, she absolutely will not eat Ikizukuri, because she believes eating a still-living creature is inhumane. Most of her vegetarianism is health-based, but this is one instance where she is more of a morality-based vegetarian.
