He cleared his throat, rubbing his temple and then looked at her. "Oh? Sure." He nodded, smiling slightly. He knew a lot of places where to eat, but it had been a while since he had been around so he wasn't sure what was new and what wasn't. So he decided to let her choose. "Where should we eat, though?"
I’m sure you are. -she studied his expression, letting a small smile curve upon her face. she could tell her compliment worked him up a bit so she decided to lighten him up- would you like to do something? grab a bite i suppose?

"I don't think it's that strange." He let a soft laugh run from his lips. "But you're welcome. What's your name, though? Or should I just call you Fairy? Or perhaps Pixie?"
"That’s the strangest compliment I have ever received before in my life." Nods, her nose crinkling slightly as she flashed the other a bright smile. "But it’s very appreciated nonetheless! So thank you~"

"Right, right. I remember now." He uttered a laugh to himself, nodding. He looked at the other, returning his grin and glanced at his hand, only to see an expensive watch on it. He was about to say "Nice watch", but decided not to. He rubbed his hands slightly together and pursed his lips. "I wasn't really heading anywhere. Or well, I was going home but that's the only place I could really go." Sunghwa laughed - slightly embarrassed after realising what he said.
"We didn’t talk in the past, but I did announce you as the opening act for that event… way back when." he admit with a hushed chuckle. "It’s been a while, don’t sweat it man." he assured with a tiny grin. Jay picks up his wrist to eye level to check the time. His silver Rolex read, 2:34PM, not too shabby on time he thought to himself as he pocketed his hand. "So uh, where ya headed to by the way man?"

He shoved his hands back inside his pockets, and took a deep breath. "Yeah, not so far away." He nodded too, biting on his lower lip. As the female then answered his question, he raised his eyebrows trying to keep his expression controlled as he tried to make sense of what the other had just said. He slightly furrowed his brows, staring at her and then nodded slowly. "I see." He didn't quite know what to say, since he didn't want to force her to talk about anything she wouldn't feel comfortable talking about. So he stayed silent for a while, before saying. "What brings you here, though?"
Hyeri nodded a little in understanding. “Ah, so your birthplace is not terribly far from here? That is fortunate; you’re very lucky to have the ability to visit that place if the whim strikes.” The silence, for her, was not an awkward one. She spent the time simply studying his person, taking in the details, as she often liked to do with everyone she met. After all, it was the little things that could help her determine if someone seemed trustworthy or not; the way they carried themselves, their mannerisms, little fidgety ticks… She looked up as he asked the question, smiling, though it didn’t quite meet her eyes, which were sad. “I’m afraid my home is a place so far away and impossible to return to, there is really no point in even speaking its name. But know that it is a very different world than this one.”
