My little girl Basma asks me, I cried and didn't answer I'm so cold what about the children.

My friends and loved ones, my little children are suffering from the severe cold in these cold nights.

Our old tent is torn and does not protect them from the strong winds and rain.

Their winter clothes are worn out and are not enough to protect them from the frost.

We desperately need your help to buy a new tent, warm blankets and winter clothes for our children so they can feel a little warmer in the winter.

Doctor Jo on YouTube is a physical therapist who offers lots of therapeutic stretching and exercise videos for specific conditions and pain relief. [x]

Leap Services is a Canadian physical therapy group that has a YouTube playlist of gentle exercise routines. All of these exercises are done in a chair (except for one which is done on the floor) and are intentionally adaptable to different bodies and needs. [x]

Yoga with Zelinda on YouTube has yoga that's adapted to a large number of conditions, for instance, providing a playlist of routines that don't require kneeling and another of chair yoga. She also offers yoga for specific health challenges, like fibromyalgia and mobility issues. There's a playlist of yoga routines for people with bigger bodies as well. [x]

Santosha Spirit on YouTube has yoga routines for people with chronic fatigue, chronic pain, POTS, and EDS. [x]

Yoga with Shaunneka on YouTube has a playlist of slow seated yoga, including chair yoga, as well as a playlist of gentle yoga. [x]

recently a Palestinian father named Hassan reached out to me on tiktok, his account being very new and his PayPal having received virtually no donations, despite him having over 1,000 followers and thousands of likes. I messaged with him for a long time and got to know a little about his life and his four children, and it very much upset me that he was receiving no donations through PayPal

so, i made him a GoFundMe in the hopes of getting his campaign more traction. in the description you can read about Hassan and his children as well as their predicament in my words as well as his own. this is where you'll find all the most pertinent information as well as photos of himself and the kids, so it's very important that you at least visit the link and read the description.

I've never organized someone else's campaign before, and I feel very responsible for the success of this fundraiser. I care about Hassan, Saja, Ammar, Sjood, and Waten very much, so I'm asking you all to please donate what you can and actively promote this campaign. Hassan has been very kind and helpful throughout this entire process despite what conditions he's under and I want nothing more than to be able to repay his patience.

The GoFundMe recently received its first donation, which is so exciting for the both of us.

A year has passed since the October 7 war, the Gaza Strip war. In this war, Ammar Hammad was born in harsh conditions. He was 3 months old and could not breastfeed from his mother because she suffers from asthma in the lungs and no milk comes down in her udder. There is a report from Nasser Hospital about this. Ammar needs about 10 packs of milk to help him live in these conditions, in addition to diapers and his special clothes. In addition, Ammar's son suffers from a complete tear in the cruciate ligament and cannot work. Therefore, Ammar needs your help to stay alive.

another Haiti news round up-

The US and the rest of the CORE group are not only continuing the invasion plan supported by the US and the Dominican Republic, they are explicitly aiming to rewrite the constitution. This has unfortunately happened multiple times in Haitian history. This article has been recommended on the subject.

The deportations of Haitians from the Dominican Republic have continued, and have had a massive negative impact on the local economy.

People are being crammed into deportation centers with terrible conditions.

In tandem, the US is also continuing to deport Haitians.

Additionally, the US ambassador to Haiti has admitted to having contact with prominent gang leaders. This not only arouses suspicion about the nature of this contact, it is a blatant example of imbalance and suppression. Haitian journalists cannot interview members of gangs without risking arrest. Many of the gangs in Haiti are also former police/military, and the discussion about "stabilizing" the country via outside intervention typically ignores that the gangs themselves have ties to the would be "stabilizers". These gangs often procure weapons and training from countries like the US, and gang violence has been increasing.

The sharing of photos or videos of violence is also now being censored. This means that Haitians can now be punished for recording evidence of crimes committed against them. This is being framed like it will impact the public promotion of gang violence, as many post about their crimes online, but many Haitians are doubtful that it will be anything other than censorship.
