Introducing: Let There Be Light - A Moral Orel Fanzine

Let There Be Light is a fanzine based on Moral Orel that aims to showcase art, writing, and more from all over the Moral Orel fandom!

The project is directed by @gravecircuit with help from @moraltonuniversity, @themoralgoats, @antyoneelse and more!

The zine will be sold both digitally and physically trough preorders on bigcartel, and all proceeds will go to the following charities: The Trevor Project, National LGBTQ Task Force, Doctors Without Borders, and Islamic Relief USA.

Prices are currently pending.

With the launch of this project, the zine is now in pre-production and is now accepting applications! Please follow this blog and await status updates in both live posts and the pinned post. You must be 18+ to apply.

We hope this project sounds exciting enough for fans of the show to apply and express they're love for Moral Orel! This project kicked off after Dino announced he was writing a new (potential) movie script for Moralton, and we hope this type of project could help galvanize the hype around that as well as express why Moral Orel is special to all of us!

my desk is a graveyard of usb / hdmi converters that don't fucking work but I'm switching back to working on a pen display tablet!

it's always been more of a trade-off than an upgrade. the intuos / desktop drawing tablet is extremely stress free, one cable plug and play, and allows me to draw at 144hz with the right monitor. on the other hand display tablets always turn my setup into Lain's house, I don't have a thunderbolt port so I have to use the 3 in 1 gordian knot cable. But even after training my hand eye coordination for a few years now with the desktop tablet, trying out the pen display is still very intuitive!

the cable format is also less exposed to getting dinged by my arm, the amount of times I've had to resuscitate the 13HD drivers every time that happened, man.

I've been wanting to do more drawing streams I think this will help, I also decked it out with one of those desk arm tray things so I can draw in bed now!

Most job leads I’ve called this season have been very clearly dazed and in their underwear same as me.

I am no longer immune to depressed union worker media.

I think binning all dating prospects (as if) might actually lead to at least $30 in ad revenue if I make a video titled “30 year old virgin reacts to 40 year old virgin”

I’ve finally caved and accepted the term “Zillenial” but only in the sense that neither age bracket really wants me. “Cusper” sounds too academic, and Gen Y I’ve always read as “Gen Y r u even here LOL”

No student (dropout) loans, the debt collectors for my x-ray only leave anxious voicemails and it’s almost paid off anyway, credit limit is up a tick, checking account’s down many ticks, my car has 4 wheels 4 cylinders roll up windows CarPlay and like 1 or 2 torque, 300hrs to punch in before I even think about making an appointment for my cubital tunnel and what I’m guessing is a cavity.

Also started watching Duckman, my kind of show!

last wip for this project! this is definitely my longest animatic thus far with around 40+ frames to draw, but all the sketches are in place and "principal drawing" is starting if that makes sense lol.
