Incredible #GRATEPlate! from Matt M -- This was my first whole hog I cooked this past labor day. I used Myron Mixons injection, Butcher BBQ savory pecan and Killer Hogs the BBQ Rub. It was cooked on propane but with a pan of mesquite burning the whole cook as well. This was about 5 hours into the cook. I was nervous to say the least but the cook went great and the meat was absolutely delicious.
