is it normal to always feel sad when you’re regressed ? i feel like i’m in that headspace most days and it’s usually along with a kind of sadness that feels soul crushing... sometimes it’s not so bad but most of the time it’s just so lonely feeling. i don’t know if that’s supposed to happen or not…..
