i have a futile whimsical desire for a life like the ones i see in my cosplay filled youtube shorts feed - of going to renaissance faires that don’t exist in england with like minded friends i don’t have, wearing beautiful dresses i could never justify buying and corsets i have no place to wear, of living in a forest cottage i could never afford, carefree in a world that will never allow it. i dream of a fantasy life i will probably never have, but maybe, someday, a little bit of it could be real
