I was going through the kpop tag on TikTok and realized that the 3rd & 4th generation has such little talent & unique good looks!!
It’s not secret that kpop has now become a factory rather than an industry but my god most of these kids are cut and paste (literally) it each other.
Most groups barely have a strong vocalist let along a vocal line and their dance sync is so off and only the rap groups can actually rap
And don’t get me started on their looks. It’s almost like the 2nd gen is the cookie cutter and plastic surgery doctors look at them and cut new generation idol’s faces.
ALL of them have the same eyes/nose/mouth. It’s so hard to find unique looking idols that are good looking.
Let’s not even mention their lack of stage presence, energy and bond (within and outside of the group). They are so awkward.
Fr the 3rd and new generations of kpop have nothing on the Golden era of kpop. Back then Hallyu actually meant something.
I honestly feel bad for these new kids.

when I said that I want SuJu to be active as a group for a long time & they can just sit & sing ballads & be the clowns that they are & we'll still stand around & cheer for them, this is what I meant 😭 y'all just have to be together and we'll be in tears alright 😭 y'all don't even need to dance ? I just need you people in the same room and idc if you sing or crack jokes, just BE TOGETHER ⁽ᵗᵃᵇʸˢᵗʳᵘᵍᵍˡᵉˢ⁾

YESSSS
It’s so realistic right? It’s paced on a real life scale instead of the typical kdrama meet-cutes.
This is one of the main reasons I love Work Later, Drink Now!!!
I ain’t lying if I tell you that Siwon and Sun Bin’s loveline hits different! HELP!

There’s a little surprise for you in ep 8 😉
i finished episode 7 of work later drink now and a warning would've been nice hfksjgjddk i forgot you can't have a lesbian character without death, that's right korea you're catching up perfectly
like they managed to have the worst lesbian cliches: student/teacher and suicide, and still it was so adorable and endearing and well done :/ the way they made jigoo as a teacher handle the entire situation my heart😓😓
anyways for a korean drama i'm gonna say it was actually well done and good representation. if jigoo turns out to be straight then forget what i said lol

Work Later, Drink Now is one of the most relatable kdramas you’ll find. If you’re between 20-35 these three girls will speak to your soul!
I’ve cried multiple times watching the 9 current episodes and laughed even more. Every high and low they go through will resonate with you one way or another.
All our greatest hopes and dreams all our worst regrets and nightmares are encapsulated in the show perfectly.
You will see yourself represented in these three girls

me watching everyone losing their shit over this post:
“You shouldn’t have a license”
I have a license because I don’t react the way you do
I have a license because I see things from a different perspective.
I have a good practice because people find my therapy actually helpful, unlike many psychologists who touch the surface of the water for years and don’t do shit for their clients.
I went to university and studied theories of the psyche.
I studied “emotional manipulation” and “gaslighting” I studied why people do it. I studied how it affects the person that these tactics were used against. I studied how to tackle both parties.
Guess going to a top university in the UK after growing up in South Asia, getting straight As and graduating with a First Class Bsc & Masters with a Distinction was pointless.
Should have just asked you bunch for validation instead 🙂🙂
also do you really think I say “he can’t force you to ____! It was your choice!” To my clients? 😂😂😂
It’s “let’s talk about what happened.” And you do it realistically.
Guys y’all need to chill over SeonHo’s “scandal”
He was an asshole who was selfish and chose his career over having a family.
That is totally fine. We all do that. We are human.
We are entitled to our own needs and wants.
Sometimes we are entitled to being selfish.
Also that ajummah is even older than Seonho and is a divorcee. Meaning she’s way too old to not understand the complications of all that happened. There is no excuse for her naivety.
You cannot force someone to get an abortion. You can pressure them to, manipulate them to but can’t actually drag them to an abortion clinic sit them down and have the doctor shove a scalpel up their...
Also apparently she did a drunken livestream while pregnant so that say a lot about how much she cared about having a baby.
All in all she probably grew jealous that Seonho was thriving and getting so much love that she saw an opportunity to mess with his career.
She is just as selfish as Seonho. Except Seonho made the choice to improve his life, she did it to ruin it.
Also please remember that abortion is completely legal in South Korea. There is no crime.
