Apple and Spinach Salad
Nutrition Facts:

Total Fat: 2g
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp fresh orange juice 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp honey ¼ tsp salt freshly ground black pepper to taste ½ cup thinly sliced red onion 8 cups fresh baby spinach (about 8 ounces) 1 large apple, cored and thinly sliced ¼ cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Combine juices, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk together. Place onions and spinach in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss together. Top with blue cheese.

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
These can be made overnight (liquid + oats —> fridge) or stovetop/microwave
70 calories
3 tbsp quick oats - 57
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp pure pumpkin purée - 10
1/4 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
sweetener as desired
opt top with maple syrup or waldens 0kcal maple syrup
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly. Place mixture into mason jar and close lid tightly. Refrigerate 5+ hours, top, and enjoy!

1 tablespoon soy sauce (15)
1 teaspoon siracha (0)
Water (0)
Salt (0)
-optional-
Whole spring of green onion (5)
Medium mushroom (4)
Boil and combine!
Honestly this is one of my favorite things to have when I'm restricting, it tastes super yummy!!! (The chili in the siracha boosts your metabolism too 😉) I know soy sauce is salty already, but I think it tastes better with just a pinch.
