I have come to the conclusion that intuitive eating as a high schoole, that sees family too often isn’t the best way for me to lose weight. ALL of my family is overweight and avid snackers. You can imagine the use of too much fat and carbs, but not enough fruit and veggie. They eaten whenever and what ever and in my experience so far attempting to intuitively eat, I am forced to eat when I’m not hungry. So, I have turned back to calorie counting. I want to lose at least 15lbs before summer ends, but I can’t do that if I don’t know the calories and am over eating every day. Looking forward to getting back on track!

My mom had gone grocery shopping whilst I was away. Among all the items she bought, she bought my favorite cereal. It's cinnamon toast crunch. I really want to have it. I really do. It reminds me of a simpler point in my life. A time where I didn't know what calories are. What a serving size was. A time where I didn't know that I was the overweight, fat, kid. I wish i could freely eat the things that I want. I say that, yet I still binge on all the things I shouldn't be eating.
I love cinnamon toast crunch.

On vyvanse I’ve still been binging. Definitely not as much, but still sometimes. I do still over eat most days, but I’m getting back on track with calorie counting and eating healthier. I’m ready to feel like me again.

One thing no one ever tells you about when growing out your hair from a perviously very short haircut, is that you will ALWAYS think/feel as is your hair isn't long. My hair used to be way above my shoulders two years ago, but it has grown out to my middle back and I still feel like my hair isn't long. It still feels very short to me. It's like phantom hair but the opposite lol

I just got so scared lol. I wanted a cold drink because I was out and about, so I went to a vending machine. My sister was there with me, and I was paying .75 cents to get a pepsi zero. Unfortunately for me, they were out. SO, I tried the diet pepsi option. Luck was not on my side because it was ALSO out. But my sister, after watching both pepsi options fail, she wen ahead and pressed the normal, not diet, full sugar pepsi. I snapped at her and told her that that was not what I wanted. Thankfully, the action didn't go through, so I was able to purchase a diet mountain dew. After the event was done and over with, I sat in my car and reflected a bit. I have gone two and a half years since I have consumed a full sugar soda. And I'm so stingy that I didn't want to accidentally waste .75 CENTS on a full sugar soda because I knew damn good and well that I wouldn't drink it. I could've pawned it off if the transaction went through, but I wanted my drink lol

Today I ended with about 750cals. I had a sandwich at work (413 cals), a piece of banana nut bread (200 cals) and some apple cinnamon rice chips (110 cals). I walked 15k steps as well. Im excited to start vyvanse tomorrow and I've been set up with a counsellor to also help with my binge eating. I've got this!! 30lbs before summer ends!!

I just got prescribed vyvanse for my binge eating!! Hopefully I can reach my goals without binges in the way. That, and I have decided to to a 5/2 or a 4/3 fast per week. I wanna aim for 4/3 because it is now summertime, so I don't have to eat with my friends if I don't want to.

I have eaten so much here recently. Consistency is key, but I can't manage to stay within my calorie range for more than a few days. It isn't like my calories are too low, I just always end up wanting to eat SO much. If anyone has some inspirational wl quotes or sayings, please comment them.
